This company does not care about customer service
This company does not care about customer service. I have probably called Dividend 10+ times over the past month trying to close on my loan assumption. Each time I was told I would get a call back and not once did someone call me back. I am told that documents would be sent today or tomorrow, only for that document to still not be sent for signature a week later. This is the worst company to work with and I will be paying off this loan as soon as possible so I don't have to give them one extra dime of my money. Avoid working with this company at all costs.
They took 2 payments
They took 2 payments. I had switched payments to a new Checking Account and they took payment from new account and my other checking account. They told me its going to take them 2 weeks to put my money back (this is part of my house payment money!l) I told them it takes you seconds to take my money its ridiculous it takes that long to put it back! Told them I want to talk to a manager, was told they will put the request in and I'd get a call in *** hrs I literally laughed at the ridiculousness that it takes that long for a call back. I am highly upset!

Dont do it! Not an pleasant company to work with or get information from. Glad I have a low loan, and will be paid off in a few months. Never again.
Horrible system no documents provided no disclosures properly made to the customer
This have the worst customer representative ever. I spoke with one of the customers representative.
Too early to tell, but from the other reviews, I am somewhat anxious over their financing of my solar system.
I am having a very challenging time dealing with this company
I am having a very challenging time dealing with this company. We had no choice because they own the loan that we assumed when purchasing our home. I am not exaggerating when I say that every single step of the process has taken multiple phone calls, emails and a lot of frustration. I would be told that I hadn't done something I needed to, only for them to discover that yes, I actually had (submitted pay stubs, completed application). Getting the loan name changed from previous owner to us, is taking an act of congress. I honestly do not understand how they are still in business. As soon as is possible, I will get out of this loan and work with my bank. Do ANYTHING to NOT work with this company!

Oooh Boy! If I knew then what I know now, I would've shredded my contract after noticing Dividend Finance name on the document. We recently replaced/remodeled many things in our home. Including windows with this company. There were many nights I had to laugh instead of crying from anger and frustration from dealing with Dividend Finance. Because we worked with many finance Co, I assume all were the same. Decent. Well you know what they say about assuming... With other companies, I had NO ISSUE paying more than what's due and those Companies automatically applying the extra funds to the principle. NOT THIS COMPANY! They apply it to interest. Maybe a little to principle. After calling a few times and finally reaching someone (w/o getting the staff is busy ... please call back message then the line disconnected), I was told I can only make principle payments on my actual due date. And lets not mention how my regular payments are split in half between interest and principle. Yes. IN HALF! At this rate, we'll pay double what was financed! In conclusion. Not ONLY will I NOT refer anyone to this Company. I refer them to a company that's much better, no need to call ever, auto apply extra funds to principle and MOST importantly, STRESS FREE! THEE #1 WORST EXPERIENCE EV-VER!I really hope this review help someone avoid the misery I'm enduring.
I financed a shower remodel with an "interest-deferred" loan from Dividend. I have 18 months to pay it off, supposedly without interest. I made my first payment--of over $700--and they applied over $400 of it to interest, saying I'd be credited for the finance charges if I pay the full balance by end of the promotion date. That means I'll have to pay MORE THAN double the loan amount in order to pay it off it time. Shame on them and shame on West Shore Homes and other remodelers for using them. This is a total bait and switch.
The salesperson of the company that sold me the replacement windows told me Dividend would only charge me seven percent interest. Getting my first statement I find our they charge 25 percent! How is that?
STAY AWAY!
STAY AWAY! Do not be fooled by the "incentives." The only reason you should buy solar panels is if you can pay for them with cash up front. We are in the process of selling our home and discovered today that we have to pay $9K NOW (which is the amount of the "incentive" tax credits) before we can transfer the loan to the new homeowners. This is no where in the signed agreement. We were told today that it is somewhere in the application... DO NOT FINANCE SOLAR PANELS. The minimal impact you have on the planet is not worth the damage to your credit score and finances. Also, we had to talk with three customer services reps who couldn't explain the detail until we got to someone higher up who was a jerk. Likely because he gets yelled at all day because of the unethical practices of this company.

This company is a rip off! Stay away. For the first 18 months of my loan, they applied 6 cents towards my principal of the loan from a payment of $160. You was that right, 6 cents. This company has no morals or values.
I got a loan from dividend finance not by my choice and got ripped off by fraud. I made my payments twice and nothing toward my ***. It seems they take as much money to put in their pockets before you get money toward loan. This is a fraud base company.*** Oklahoma
I financed a new roof with 50 yr warranty. Despite Project Mgmt issues, the roof itself is well done by the workers. However, the finance arm 'Dividend Finance' is billing me fraudulently approx 50% interest per month. Yet the contract and billing statement clearly say ***%. Multiple phone calls to company, and they say they can charge a daily of whatever they want?
I have made my payments on time for the past year and half since i got this loan for home repairs
I have made my payments on time for the past year and half since i got this loan for home repairs. This month, it seems their website is not taking my username or password of which i have not changed so i don't know which is the problem. There is no way to reset the password if that's the problem, and i have called, called, called only to be on a recorded hold for 3 mins saying someone will be with me, then put on a leave a message and we will get back with you . Customer service is in serious need of work, and from what i see in other reviews i see i am not the only one. If i get stuck with a late charge my only option is seek legal advice on what to do next. By the was i got approved on a over priced roof reshingle all my neighbors roofs have only cost between 3 to 7 thousand, i needed a roof bad and was stupid to accept this 17k roof repair. I am a senior citizen and veteran that got taken advantage of.
For my experience, it seems Dividend Finance is in cahoots with Momentum Solar to commit fraud
For my experience, it seems Dividend Finance is in cahoots with Momentum Solar to commit fraud. Per my contract payments were to commence 90 days after work complete on new windows. In March, I was notified payments would start on April 15, although no work had been done. i called both companies and it seemed a certificate of completion had been sent to dividend. the sales person told me was needed for lioan application but would be submitted after the job completed. In phone calls companies agreed to revike the certificate. That did not happen and in April i was notified i needed to make a payment and if I did not my credit would be adversely affected. momentum offered to resolve by sending my checks for payments until 90 days after the work completed. I have now made a second payment and no compensation from momentum nor any work scheduled. I'm stuck with an over $9,000 loan for work that will seamingly never be done.
I, too, would give them NO STARS AT ALL, if I just could
I, too, would give them NO STARS AT ALL, if I just could. The WORST company I have ever done business with, EVER. They routinely lose payments I make, they have the worst website ever to pay on--you can't print a record of your payment being made. Furthermore, they just told me today that the only proof of payment they recognize is from my bank. Well, if their website was worth anything, anything at all (which it is NOT), you would get a page showing that you made the payment--just like EVERY OTHER LEGITIMATE BUSINESS. Oh, there's the rub, they are not really a legitimate business. They are just there to treat their customers llike something they stepped in and can't get off their shoe. Dividend Finance should be sanctioned by the Attorney General of the State of Califormina and run out of business for fraudlent business practices. Bankruptcy is too good for them, they should be punished for the way they run their business and treat their customers..

I had Solar panel install on my roof of my house on Feb of 2019 turn on. I'm having a problem with the sales representative and others in regard of this matter. The Sales representive told me that he change installer after the old ones install the panel on my roof. He said and still saying that he have to get the new install to check out the work that the old install to make sure everything is alright before he can get this register with the power company although the system is on. my power that is being use to power my house is with the power company nothing coming off of the solar panel. it is in the contract that they should have been working as of Feb.2019. I been paying as of Feb.2019 and steal paying for something I'm not receiving. the power send me a email as of saying they requires more information from your contractor in order to complete the review process. Your contractor will need to provide a response by 12/17 otherwise your interconnection application will be withdrawn

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE DISCOVERD AND CREATED HERE
BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE DISCOVERD AND CREATED HERE. During the pandemic of Covid-19 ,I inquired about their preparation and offerings in case of job loss, hours cut and simply unable to make payments,, First call was they did not have any answers at this time,, ok. Maybe understandable,,three weeks later ,, (1.3 months into full pandemic )I recieved a call back of their findings/offering,, sounded pretty good. Same offerings as a mortgage company,,right. Well not really. Thankfully I was and am able to continue my payments with more money ,, Turns out. They actually took the three months offered as deferred payment with interest and place it to the rear of the loan ,,,and with my payment,, they actually took 52% of my payment and applied it as intrest reduction and then apply the remaining 48% to principal reduction So sence when can intrest be more then principal? And why do they have to be so greedy during this pandemic,,and I am going up and beyond my loan agreement and giving more money then my normal loan payment. Greed GREED GREED.

I would also add a 0-star rating if I could
I would also add a 0-star rating if I could...buyer beware...Dividend Finance claims that they hold no interest in the real estate property of the solar panel buyer. They even state as much when they file a fixture filing UCC lein with the public records office. However, they will not subordinate on a cash-out refinance. This means that in order to complete a cash-out refinance, Dividend Finance MUST be paid in full before the buyer gets any value from the home. This is in direct contrast to their own filing. Not only will they not subordinate, they will not work with the lendee with reasonable requests to come up with a solution. It is very much "pay me or I hold your property hostage" by virtue of not being able to take advantage of the value of the home. Hence, they DO have an interest in the value of the home and is the reason they have a lien on the property...For those wondering, this is not standard for solar financiers. Other lenders will place liens against the panels, but will work with the lender to come to a solution and do not actually have any interest in the value of the property.

Worse company ever
Worse company ever. They are unsustainable because they do not balance the Environment, economic and equity to their customers in an even manner. The solar was already established when we bought the house. Their incompetence forced our close date on our house to change which cause the sellers to get mad at us and left the house in terrible conditions. Their incompetence was that they couldn't distinguish that we are dual military with dual income even though we provided them with bank statements from both of our banks. This set back caused us to have to reschedule the movers last minute which means they lost the capability to fill the time with another client. Even though I made an online account immediately during the closing phase, I was told that we needed to register a new online account. When I tried to register a new account, their incompetent system couldn't because we have two people (my husband and self) associated on the account. When I called to resolve these issues, they sent me an email saying if I'm unable to follow the simple instructions to reset my password, I should ask a friend for help... Worse company ever. I thought they would be organized, sustainable and efficient to have solar but instead I get treated horribly because of their incompetence.
What lender makes it difficult to repay a loan?
What lender makes it difficult to repay a loan? They do... first their interest rate is too high but hey I had to get the roof fixed. I intended to pay down the principal quickly but it's almost impossible to do that. They won't apply extra payments to principal unless it is on the first of the month. You can't pay them earlier so you're not late and later apply it to principal. Ok that is bad enough but they also make it impossible and / or inconvenient to pay them. If you set up ACH it is only for a set amount you can't vary it. So if you are varying your payment you have to either call in or use the portal. Well portals aren't bad it should be very convenient except that every month since the start of the loan their portal doesn't recognize me on the last day or the first day of month when the payment is due. Ok so just reset the password - no can do, it doesn't recognize my security question answers (which haven't changed) or it just locks you out saying you can only attempt 5 times in one day - that's valid except I only tried twice. They have designed the system to be as inconvenient as possible and then I believe to place you in a position where you would have to pay additional fees if you can't reach them during their limited set hours. Really if you have another choice take it.

I'm having a very difficult time with this company to have someone come out to fix my Solar Panel Box
I'm having a very difficult time with this company to have someone come out to fix my Solar Panel Box. Dividend decided to do business with Evo Energy whom I went through for solar panels. I believe they took advantage of my being a veteran and really used that to sell me on a high end system with a built in backup generator worth 2500.00 for free. I've been with them for a little over a year and have not heard from Evo energy since Sep, 2020. Being in Central Texas we had the freeze and mostly everyone lost power. With the generator I have I thought for sure I would have some power, but it didn't work. On top of that the Solar Panel box was hanging off the wall as the installer did a horrible job. I contact Evo Energy without a response, contacted the installer without a response. Now to Dividend, they state on their sit they have A network of quality driven partners, not true as they no longer do business with Evo energy. They also state Workmanship warranty & High-quality installation, this is coming directly from their site. This also isn't true as my Solar Panel box is hanging off the wall on the side of my house. I first contacted Dividend Feb 25 to let them know about my issue with the Solar Box hanging off. I sent a lengthy email with pictures showing how the box was leaning off the side of my house. I got a phone call but that was about it. March 8th, the box has completely came off the side of my house. I was literally holding this 60 pound box screaming for help because if it dropped, then everything that attached to the side of my house would also fall off. Luckily my daughter was able to hear me and brought me a chair to rest the box on. I called Dividend again and all they did was take my name and number and said they have to call around their 3rd party companies to come out. Here it is March 15th and I've head NOTHING from the company! But let me miss one payment and I'll have Dividend reps calling my phone non-stop to get their money. I don't know if my panels are functional, and having the box leaning the way it did was a huge safely hazard to my family and I. I had to pay someone 150.00 to come make it stable enough to remove the chair until a professional comes out to fix it. Again I've heard nothing and I'm honestly very upset that Dividend say they do all these things on their site, but none of it seems to be true. I wish they would come and take these panels as this has been a horrible experience. Had they had the right companies working for them Evo would have never gotten by business! Seems like this company only wants your money and nothing else! Signed, one pissed off Veteran!
First and foremost - If I could leave a "0" rating or below, I would
First and foremost - If I could leave a "0" rating or below, I would. If youre interested in solar and are considering using Dividend as your finance company - run away as fast as you can. Literally. For us, this nightmare started in 2017 after purchasing our first home. We had a solar installer approach us while we were doing yard work and we talked for awhile. This company, Solar Wind Energy Systems talked a great game. Boy did this sound like the best idea possible. If only I could turn back time. To make a long story short, these past 5 years have been the most stressful of my life. The system was installed incorrectly, there was a fire in my breaker box from the system being hooked up wrong, we had an HVAC unit and water heater "included" in the solar package that came 1.5years after the agreed upon date, the solar installer went bankrupt leaving us in a pickle, Dividend Finance refused to assist us with reaching out to the solar installer to make the appropriate corrections, we were lied too regarding the tax rebates; and so on. I think you get a pretty clear picture of the mess this is. Fast forward to November. We listed our home for sale as we were given military orders to relocate. 3 potential buyers come and go due to strict requirements regarding the assumption of our solar loan and they apparently did not qualify. We finally find a buyer that meets these requirements and agree to a contract. Dividend gladly reminds me of the amount that will be due at closing (almost $10,000.00) and sends paperwork. The home sells on March 2. We must make the March payment for the new owners, even though it no longer is our home because our automatic payment date (March 17) is within 16 days of closing. Okay - not the worst thing in the world. Fast forward to today (April 28). We have been HARRASSED by Dividend Finance to make the April payment for a system at a house that we NO LONGER OWN. Dividend has confirmed that MY FINAL PAYMENT was received on March 17. They also are not allowing the NEW OWNERS TO MAKE PAYMENTS and have denied them access! Since the ownership of the home, we have been sent 3 late notices and have been called from Dividend Finances internal debt collection agency. Each email has been responded too and I have cc'd my realtor and closing attorney for their assistance. This company is a complete mess that ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY. I get that there business is all about "finance" but customer service here is absolutely horrible. I have talked to numerous people that dont give a rats rear end about the "customers" that they deal with. After reading this review, find another finance company for your solar system. Do not waste your time, aggravation and money with this company that preys on people. Between our closing attorney and the military lawyers that we plan to reach out too - maybe the next fool that deals with this company will have better results. To this day - worst decision of my life, and Ive made some pretty silly decisions.

I fell behind in payments, but have since caught up
I fell behind in payments, but have since caught up. The company is still reporting outdated information to Transunion, and in requesting accurate information be reported. There is a $0 past due balance, but that is not reflecting correctly on my credit report. Additionally, February and March payments of this year were made on time and that is also not correctly reporting. Im requesting the accurate payment information and the 0$ past due balance be updated/reported immediately.

I have contracted to have solar panels installed on my roof thru Vision Solar and financed thru Dividend Solar Financial
I have contracted to have solar panels installed on my roof thru Vision Solar and financed thru Dividend Solar Financial. They were to pay in increments of 30% at signing contract with Vision, then 60% at install, then 10% at finial inspection. They payed Vision 100% at installation. I have made my 1st payment to Dividend and still have no permit for solar installation. I have talked to ***, who said she would return my call after she called Vision on the 7th of June. I purchased windows from Univeral Windows Direct
I purchased windows from Univeral Windows Direct. They had me get financing through Dividend Finance. My loan documents said my first payment was due July 5th. Then I received paperwork in the mail saying my 1st payment was due Oct 6th. I called today as I want to pay it in full. They sent me a payoff saying I owe $219.91 in interent. I called them and they said interest starts accuring from July 5th. No where did it say it in the letter I got in the mail. They claim they are sending it to their compliance department. Evidently they must have a huge problem with this if they have a whole department that handles this. I am sending the full amount that is due as I don't want them to keep adding finance charges. I feel that it should have been in the letter I received in the mail

We bought a solar system financed by Dividend Finance from a company
We bought a solar system financed by Dividend Finance from a company. A couple months later, we decided to sell our house. Dividend informed us we had to pay $11,679.53 for the tax incentive upfront to transfer the loan to the buyer. They claimed we'd get this back after filing taxes. Our accountant said we're only eligible for a $3,037 tax credit. We were repeatedly assured of a refund. Dividend placed a lien on our property, preventing sale without the payment, arguing the buyer couldn't claim the incentive. We paid nearly $12k, didn't get the refund, nor the full credit.

On Sept 2019 we hired HPA to install new windows in our home. The financing was offered by Dividend Finance. HPA forged our signature on a completion certificate to be paid in full by Dividend although the work was just finally completed in Dec of 2020. We contacted Dividend when we received the first bill from them and explained that the job was NOT complete and that we had never authorized payment to them. *** at Dividend advised me that she was "freezing" the account and that no payment would be required of us until they investigated further. We kept in touch with Dividend throughout 2019 and early 2020 and provided all info they requested. In October we received notice that they sold our account to *** without any further communication with us and the next thing we knew *** is a collection company that has posted $45k collection on our credit.

Im trying to buy a house in ** that has solar panels financed by Dividend
Im trying to buy a house in *** that has solar panels financed by Dividend. Since 2/9 Ive been providing information requested by dividend in order to assume payments and complete closing of the home. Ive been getting run arounds and a slew of excuses as to why they havent been able to complete the transfer. Now were going to lose this house because of their incompetence. Dividend has blamed other departments for the delay, someone will call you back has never happened, apparently they dont have a complaint department (thats what I was told by them on a recorded line). This process supposedly takes 3-5 business daysits been a month and still no resolution. Mortgage commitment ends this Tuesday (3/8), when I called again this morning, now Im been told that the application to take over loan hasnt started processing yet. WTF! Im going to lose this house and there is non refundable deposits at stake. Please advise if you can help since they dont/wont have a complaint department.

I requested assistance multiple times due to a temporary loss of income due to COVID and was denied multiple times
I requested assistance multiple times due to a temporary loss of income due to COVID and was denied multiple times. I called in on March 2, 2022 as I am finally able to resume normal monthly payments. I requested to begin normal monthly payments and I requested the $225+ in late fees be removed since I wasnt afforded COVID assistance, and I requested to reamortize the loan to move the missed payments to the end of the loan, or to be on a repayment plan to pay an additional amount on my monthly payments to go towards the past due balance owed. ***, a manager in the collections department, who refused to give me his last name or an employer ID, refused to take a monthly payment. He also said at first that he could waive no fees, then later changed it to he could only waive fees if I paid the entire past due amount. This company, opt I should say its representative, refused to work with a consumer who is willing to make payments, and who wants to work towards getting the account current and back in good standing.

In April I entered in to a contract with Momentum Solar to install solar power on my house
In April I entered in to a contract with Momentum Solar to install solar power on my house. In late April Momentum Solar partly installed solar panels on the roof of my house with no wiring attached and not wired to my house. The complete solar system was never finished or completed and fully installed on my house. The contract reads the complete solar system is to be totally installed and brought on line running for a total of 60 days to make sure every thing is working OK before i make my first payment. It has been 12 months and the complete solar system has still not been completed and fully installed or brought on line for 60 days. With all this said the finance company Dividend Finance is trying to force me to start making payments on the system. This is not right to force some one to start making payments on a project that has not been finished being installed or made up and running as per the contract. The finance company is also charging late fees on the loan. This is bad business the company is trying to rip me off.

Concerning a Deceptive Sales Pitch for a Home Water Filter
To Whom It May Concern, A sales representative visited my home to sell a water filter, claiming our local water was harsh. Initially, I declined, recalling a past negative experience. Despite my refusal, he persisted, and I eventually listened. The representative quoted $5,000 for the system, then reduced it to $4,500, which I accepted. I inquired about additional interest or credit checks, and he assured me there would be no interest. However, he failed to mention a credit check could affect my score, which it did, significantly. When I attempted to make my first payment online, I was shocked to discover a hidden interest rate. Contacting the company, I learned I had unknowingly agreed to this rate. The rep had rushed me through signing without proper explanation. Recently, he contacted me to sell solar energy, but I am wary and considering legal action. As a single mother with limited income, I had expressed my financial constraints, yet he suggested combining my daughter's and my income. My daughter was skeptical, and rightly so, as it turned out to be a trap. I am prepared to pay only the agreed $4,500 or else demand the contract's cancellation and refuse the water filter installation.

Misrepresented how much power solar panels would produce promised a large tax refund that could be applied to loan this did not happen
Misrepresented how much power solar panels would produce promised a large tax refund that could be applied to loan this did not happen. Also stated it was an 8 year loan when it was actually 18 plus. Paid on the loan for over 2 years somewhere around $6000.00 and the balance went down about $500.00. Solar panels stopped working several times since we have had them. Attempt to contact them recently to try and work out solution. payment went up from *** per month to *** per month can not afford it stopped making payments would like to come up with a plan to settle the account on the last attempt to contact them we were transferred 6 time the last transfer was to collection agency that does not have the.account she did a 3 way call they then transferred us and her another 2 times before their representative hung up on us. The collection agency person made documentation of this and gave us the number to call and ask for a manager or supervisor. We made the call and were told that there was no supervisor then transferred us again at least 2 more times ending up with the same person from the collection agency she sent emails to upper management and they were supposed to call us back and have no done so. We feel that due all the misrepresentation and the fact we paid as much as we have did not receive credit for our payment plus the poor customer service treatment they should settle the account for less than the amount owed which is now more than we originally borrowed. We have asked them to come and get them since they do not work right. They have refused even though it is in the contract that if we stopped payment they would repossess them. This is the solution we would prefer.

We purchased & financed solar for our home in October
We purchased & financed solar for our home in October. Dividend did not note any specific amount of a transfer fee when selling the home. We sold this home in January 2022. We and the buyers have completed all the paperwork necessary to transfer the solar loan into the name of the buyers by January 10th. On Monday 1/24, two weeks after receiving all documentation, and only four days before the scheduled closing on 1/28, Dividend notified us that we had to pay two amounts in order to transfer the loan: $800 for a Loan Assumption Transfer Fee and $4932.57 for an *** Payment. We scrambled to get these amounts added to the closing statements with the very little notice that Dividend provided to us. Dividend knew on 1/10 that the loan was to be transferred, however did not make any mention of these fees until 1/24. Then, when the fees were paid to Dividend via the closing and sale of the home, they did not apply these fees correctly and instead applied them as payments to our loan. Now, Dividend is reaching out to us to pay the monthly payment. The loan should have already been transferred into the names of our buyers and we should no longer be responsible for payment. Dividend has been difficult and non-responsive to work with. They cannot provide any reasoning as to why the loan has not been transferred into the names of the buyers, although they received all documentation by 1/10 and the sale was completed on 1/28. Please help us to work with this atrocious company and have them do what they are required to do with the sale of this home. We would also like to be refunded for a portion of the egregious *** Payment fee, as this was not disclosed to us when engaging in the initial transaction.

I purchased windows from Storm Tight Windows
I purchased windows from Storm Tight Windows. They originally offered me a Y green loan; however, when I tried to refinance my mortgage and ran into some issues when trying to pay off the loan (even though the windows had not been installed yet) the new finance representative at Storm Tight Windows recommended I get financing through Dividend Finance. According to her, my loan was interest free for the first year. The windows were finally completely installed (after it took three days to install 3 window) , with problems found, on June 26, which is the day that Storm Tight Windows told me I had to sign the loan documents even though there were issues with the windows. The total amount for the windows was $10,714. My loan documents said my first payment was due on September 28. I made the first payment. Then when I received the statement for the second payment, I noticed the amount due was still $10,714. On October 28, I called Dividend Finance to find out why the amount had not changed and why I couldnt access the account online to see how the payments were being processed. The representative told me the current amount due was $10,927.86 since the loan initiated on June 26, it had been accruing interest since then and since I didnt start paying until September that my first few payment would go to interest only. This explanation makes absolutely no sense to me. The representative sent me an email to gain access to their website. They gave me specific instructions to register my account: When entering your name, city and state (state is abbreviated) make sure to enter with UPPER CASE LETTERS,the information entered has to MATCH EXACTLY as it is listed in our system (see below). If any information is incorrect or updates need to be made please give us a call.I tried to register my account at least *** times and it didnt work. A friend of mine tried to help as well and it still didnt work. I called again on October 29.

I refinanced my home so my mortgage company sent me a check of almost $42,000 to send to Dividend Solar to pay off my solar panels
I refinanced my home so my mortgage company sent me a check of almost $42,000 to send to Dividend Solar to pay off my solar panels. On 4/8/22 I called Dividend *** to inform them that Im sending the check via *** and to verify the correct address to send the check to, the rep gave me a *** Box which is also on the billing statements. 4/9/22 I went to *** to send the check to the *** Box but *** advised that they dont deliver to *** Box so I called Dividend Solar to get a physical address but it was Saturday and they were closed so I looked up Dividend Solar address and I sent the check to Dividend corporate office address located ***. Suite ***. After one week passed I called them to confirm the rep said no check and yo call back in a few days, so I called back in a few days still havent received the check Dividend said to call on Monday so at this point I pulled up the *** tracking number and *** said it was delivered on 4/11/22. That Monday I called Dividend to tell them that I was delivered can you get in touch with your corporate office the rep said no we cant so I researched and found a couple of email addresses from corporate and sent them proof of delivery. Someone emailed me back a couple of days later to tell me that they will fwd my email to customer service, a few days later *** from customer service reached out said to send him proof of delivery via email, he emailed my email and proof of delivery was sent. After I got off the phone with *** I contacted my mortgage company to put a stop to the check the mortgage company emailed me a copy of the check which had already been deposited on 4/14/22 do when I emailed *** I sent him proof of delivery and a copy of the cashed check. This morning a received an email from someone at corporate telling me to put a stop on an already deposited check. The. Business lock box stamp is with the exact same bank as Dividend Solar. This is thief.

It took a couple of weeks longer than expected for work date to be scheduled, but work was done efficiently & appears to be satisfactory.
Dividend Finance used simply to follow instructions from start to finish. I am really pleased with the customer service thus far. It, however, is very early in the process to accurately judge the final outcome, but it should be non-eventful. Time will tell
Great experience. Very forthright with information. I look forward to a good relationship with this company. They made it very easy to finance and understand all aspects of it.
