Not sure why Divvy denied the rental Assistance and no one is responding to me, to give me a substantial reason as of to why, when I’ve been in constant contact with the attorney in regards to th eviction process why no one informed me they would not accept the rental assistance when the payment and operations team were both notified of the rental program that I was working with they literally denied the assistance within two minutes. I had a previous issue with divvy in regards to my second month payment my contract stated that my second month was 90 dollars divvy comes back tells me that was an error and I had To pay the full 1368? I need answers as of to why the assistance was denied if you want the balance paid why not accept it! I NEED ANSWERS I HAVE CHILDREN and just started my new job after being laid off for the position no longer being available, and I can’t catch up two months because divvy WILL NOT offer payment arrangements during hardships I was even willing to pay 809 a week until I got caught up and still no response

Desired outcome: Rental assistance accepted or to come to some type of payment resolution
