DK Hardware Supply review: Bait & switch: 2-tier double cutlery drawer

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I ordered a 2-tier double cutlery drawer product that said it would ship within 1-2 weeks. When I first ordered it, the price on 01/17 says it was only $203.77. However, when they called me on the 20th, they said it was now backordered and that the item is actually $395.90 (NEARLY DOUBLE!), as the price was "incorrect" on their website, and that "prices are subject to change". Nothing ANYWHERE says anything about after you place an order that "prices are subject to change". I told them that they needed to honor the price that was listed originally in print (I kept a PDF copy of that thankfully). They said the best that they could do was give me another 5% off. I told them my husband worked for Target Corp and they always honored the price in print, regardless if the price was an error or "subject to change". I told them I was contacting the BBB, etc., which I have. I also contacted the AZ Attorney General and the FL Attorney General, as well as the FTC for unethical, illegal, and fraudulent business practices. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR WORD. TODAY, the price mysteriously is NOW listed as "$395.90".
