i went to dmehub.net to buy some stuff and i gotta say, their customer service is straight up trash. they act like they're doing you a favor just by selling you something. i would recommend finding a different place to buy from cuz it's not worth the hassle. trust me, save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I called DME Hub cuz I needed a new part for my wheelchair. I already got quotes from two other places and they were way too expensive. They said I had to buy two of the same part, which I didn't need. But then I talked to Dave from DME Hub and he looked up my part and told me I only needed one. And the price was way cheaper than the other places! I'm telling you, these guys are the real deal when it comes to wheelchair stuff. Their customer service is top-notch too!

I first bought from DME Hub back in 2015 and I gotta say, I really liked these folks. They always sent quality products and shipped them out right away. But let me tell you, my recent experience in 2021 was not so great. I ordered a Roho cushion at full retail price and they didn't even schedule delivery until I checked in with them two weeks later. And to top it off, they sent me a used cushion! I mean, come on, you can tell when they're new or old. When they're old, the cells spread and balloon out. I was so disappointed.

So, I contacted them about it and they just referred me to the new parent company of Roho, Permobil. I reached out to them and they did send me a replacement cushion, but guess what? It was also used! And to make matters worse, my circulation was affected and my legs started swelling up. Not good at all.

I've already sent complaints to two federal agencies, but I'm not stopping there. I'm gonna follow up with at least two more. This is just unacceptable. If anyone else out there needs help filing complaints, just let me know. We gotta hold these companies accountable for their actions.
