I started my journey at dominos Karama on the 8th of August and on my second shift in the 9th of August I was shocked by the way I was greeted by one of the employees that also works there, I walked into the store and before I could even say anything I was yelled at by Amanda Goodsell to take my earrings and remove my watch. I did as I was asked and brushed it off but went on through the day receiving glares from the same employee. A couple of days later there as another incident where the same employee Amanda Goodsell shoulder barged me as she walked past me in the store it hurt quiet a bit, I reported it to the manager who was there at the time Corey Wagland and he said it wasn't a good thing to be happening. I didn't work with Amanda for a few weeks as she was on leave but when she returned we were rostered on together on the 3rd of September, we are both drivers but on this day I didn't have my car and Amanda was in the company car so I was unable to take deliveries as I have not yet been taught how to ride a scooter at the store. So I was preparing cutting pizzas and peeping pick ups and deliveries while Amanda did the deliveries. Amanda came back from a delivery and I had a delivery ready so as I was taught in my training I said to Amanda that there was a delivery ready and in return Amanda yelled at me saying " I know I'm getting a float". The manager in the Store that Day was Michael Walker.
And finally the 21st of September Amanda was already working when I got to my shift so I got on with the list of things we were supposed to do for the night, at one put I was dispatching while another employee was cutting and there was a big delivery that came through and Amanda had the company car so I asked if she could take the order and she said no she wasn't taking it so I spoke to the manager Corey Wagland and he came to talk to her she also told him no she wasn't taking the order so he asked me to take it I said to him I was just making sure I was following all my training and making sure that all the company vehicles were used first and that Amanda has the company she said no and started yelling at me because she didn't have her phone whilst the manger Was standing right beside her, he then asked her for the key and handed it to me and asked me to do the deliveries I did as I was asked and went on my way. After my shift I spoke to the manager (Corey Wagland) about what had happened and he said he would talk to Amanda and then he asked me if he asked her to apologise could I do the same in return I agreed and left. After I got home I the received a call from the manger Corey saying that he had spoken to Amanda and that she had started to cry and that we needed to work things out or I there was going to be shifts lost over it
