September 26, 2020, I ordered a pizza and two order of wings from Dominos Pizza in Rocky Top, TN. I placed the order #441 at 5:50pm and I didnt get my pizza delivered until 8:10pm. The pizza was cold and soggy and the wings were cold and some were burnt. I tried calling the store 3 different times that evening only to be put on hold for 10+ mins so I would hang up and try again to only be put on hold agan for 10+ mins. It was really frustrating and I finally gave up for the night. I had to work the following day, Sept. 27, 2020 and didn't get a chance to call the store. I called the store on Monday September 28, 2020 and I finally got ahold of someone and when I told them about my delivery, I was told in a rude voice "Why didn't you call the store on Saturday night?" "There's nothing I can do for you now, you need to call the 800 number" and she hung up on me. I have ordered from Dominos numerous times and haven't had this kind of horrible service in all my years of ordering from them. I don't know what was going on that night but this is not right at all. I would like to get my money back of $30.13 and be done with this nightmare of an experience. If this would be possible that would be great Thank you
