I ordered 2 bags on November 24, 2024. The Pebble Grain Hobo and the Pebble Grain Zip Zip Satchel. I paid $331. A box was delivered to me yesterday by DHL but there was only one bag inside, the Pebble Grain Hobo. The Pebble Grain ZipZip Satchel was missing. I did not accept it because that's not what I ordered. I will only accept if there are complete items in the box. Please deliver both bags to me. If you cannot do this, please refund the money I paid.

Dooney & Bourke did not send you the items that were paid for. Since you have not claimed the partial delivery, they are in breach and have either the supplemental bag or a refund due you . No if’s or but’s. Reach out to their customer service and give them the order number you were given along with the details of the delivery. If they fail, refuse or they are late, move to your payment provider and contest the charge and reclaim your $331. Letting them keep your money without the goods would be a crazy idea.
