Om 11/22/23 I ordered a meal for mu family through doordash. I habe used it quite often before amd never had a issue but minor stuff. Like a missing item ect. Dasher arrived with our Sonic order but it was nothing I had ordered but was charged $71.26. Dasher called support standing next me before he left with food. Doordash did try to call, but needed to quickly order so. ethjng else as all restaurants close within minutes. Ordered a 2for4 meal and was charged $67.42. All was good. Received a text within a few minutes saying Dasher nearby. Was another order from Applebee's. Did NOT Order, but was pretty much the same as what I had ordered. Checked card account to lock and was charged 3 different, very large amounts. Large enough to me anyways. Contacted support immediately, explained to maybe 3 or 4 agents the situation, showing the screens hots. I was pretty much called a liar, or before even finishing what I had to say or what I should do, they would end the chat with we cannot help you. The Last 2 didn't even say goodbye. I canceled my subscription. It's nice to know that even though I explained I needed that because I needed to buy clothes for my daughter, I'm the one she is going to be upset at. There is nothing that they could possibly do to make me ever recommend or be their customer again.
Claimed loss: Loss of $67.42 to Applebee's as i was charged twice although i only ordered 1, not 2. And a charge of $71.26 at Sonic for food sent back with dasher due to mot one item I ordered being correct.
Desired outcome: I just want to be reimbursed for the first order I did not receive from Sonic for $71.26 and a charge ot $67.42 from Applebee's. I ordered 1 time but was charged twice
