On March 7,2025 I had order and i never received my food the driver had given my food to someone else, and I had to reorder the food. The same night I had this issue I had called customer service, and they stated that I wasn't able to get a refund. Even the driver called customer service to tell them what had happened and still nothing. Since this time, I have called over and over about this situation. I have text message from the driver as well.
