DoubleDown Casino review: Non payment of awards

On Monday, Dec. 4, 2023, at about 7:10 AM I hit the Mega Bucks 3 symbols on the payline on Lucky Lines slots in the Mega Bucks room. I was betting one million tokens as per the instructions which gave the qualifications for winning the jackpot. I met those qualifications but Double Down Casino did not award me the pay out. I do not get any response except to say they are referring to a support representative and issue me a ticket number which is TKT-1630911. Some how I was routed to Just Ask a website that charges but was told it would not cost me anything. They also tried to contact someone. I don't understand what the hold up is. It is not like these tokens are real money. It doesn't actually cost Double Down money to fulfill obligations. I have been playing this game for many years and spent tons of money buying tokens, but being cheated and ignored does not make for loyalty.
