Doubledown Casino

The casino app has some serious bugs that prevent players from winning. The reels sometimes slow down, speed up, or continue rolling after they should have stopped. This throws the random number generator out of sync and makes it impossible to win bonus games or hit winning combinations.

The most puzzling thing about these bugs is that they seem to be intentional. The slot games on the app are the same ones that are found in real casinos, so it is not a technical issue. It seems that the app is rigged to prevent players from winning.

This is very disheartening for players who enjoy playing slots. The reels should be random, and players should have a fair chance to win. However, the bugs in this app make it impossible to win, which is unfair, frustrating, and maybe illegal since the player using real money to play.

I have had this game on my different devices for a long time now. Over the time there have been problems. The graphics are great and the daily bonuses were reasonable. Reporting any issue to the developers has been ignored, the daily bonuses are rather pitiful and the win rate is very low. The biggest question on the game is that if you are lucky enough to have a sizeable win you tend to get a pop up to date the game. I have just chosen to remind me later and as has happened many times before the win stops after purchasing over 3 million tokens and they just disappeared very quickly. The game offers lots of slots but the algorithm used to determine wins is very often toward the game and not the gamer, me. In summary great graphics, lots of choice but very low win rate.

This casino all has a ton of nasty bugs. The reels either slow down, speed up or continue rolling numerous times before they stop which throws the random number generator out of sync and prevents bonus games being enabled and winning combinations from occurring. The most puzzling thing about it is that it seems to be purposeful. The slot games are ones I have either seen or played in the many casinos I have played at. That is what I like about playing on this app. It is the way the reels suddenly act up that I find disheartening.

I need to send an email that I will be heard from a credit card bill of over 8 thousand dollars in which I have been cheated of any wins, bonuses, or distressing fun from this Doubledown casino game. Paying real money should give the player something. Wins would be nice so you're not sucked into this dishonestly.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement of the thousands I've spent and the bill for 8k active now
