I had an amazing time shopping at Dream Home Interiors! We bought three different things at different times (a bedroom set, a 96" TV console, and a living room chair) and every time we got great service, a great selection, and low prices. The delivery was right on time and everything was in perfect condition. George and his team were really patient and gave us lots of ideas to help us pick out the perfect pieces. Don't bother with Wayfair, Overstock, Haverty's, or Ethan Allen - just come here! And if something isn't quite right, they'll work with you and you won't have to pay crazy shipping or restocking fees to return it.

I bought a bedroom set for my grandson on 1/25 and paid cash. It came on 3/26. When I got home from work, I saw that the 8 drawer chest was wobbly and unstable even though it was on a hardwood floor. I called DHI on 3/27 to tell them about the problem and they told me to send them a video of it, which I did on 3/30. I didn't hear back, so I reached out on 4/12. They said they told the manufacturer and would let me know when they heard back, but because of COVID it could take some time. I reached out again on 4/30 and asked for a refund for the 8 drawer chest. It was made by Coaster Company, product # XXXXXX, retail $419.00. Still no response. My grandson is 7 years old and has to reach up to pull out the upper drawers. With the furniture being unsteady, it could easily fall on him.

I ordered from Dream Home Interiors 3 months ago and they messed up my order. They didn't send me everything I ordered and when I tried to contact them, they didn't respond well. I ordered CM7549C, CM7549N, and CM7549D+M. When the order arrived, two of the items were damaged and they blamed it on the shipping company. I had to file a claim with them. The CM7549D+M was supposed to come with a dresser and a mirror, but they only sent the dresser. It was really hard to talk to Dream Home Interiors, but eventually they agreed to send the mirror at my expense. They said they would ship it UPS, but it's been 2 weeks since we last talked and I still don't have any tracking information. I tried calling the rep, but they didn't answer.

I ordered from Dream Home Interiors website on Jan 2, 2022. The website said it would take *** wks to ship, but when I called to check, they said it was just an estimate. I paid in full with my *** card and hoped to get my Curios Collection by *** by June. The next day, I got an email receipt warning about possible delays due to the pandemic. On June 23, I called for an update but got voicemail. On June 24, I got an email saying the item was still in production and might ship the week of July 18. I replied okay, but by July 28, I still hadn't gotten my item or any updates. I'd been paying interest on it for 28 wks, so I asked for a refund of $1016.49. On July 29, I emailed the owner, ***, to cancel my order. Later that morning, he called to say the item was ready to ship by Aug 1 and would be delivered to me by the end of the week if I waited one more week. I agreed and got an email with the agreement. But by Aug 11, I still hadn't gotten my item, so I asked for a refund again. *** agreed on Aug 15, but I still haven't gotten it and my inquiries are ignored.
