I placed my order Dec 1.
It did not pack until Dec 9
It did not ship until Dec 10
I expected it to arrive in about that same time.
It has been 19 days and FedEx cannot even advise an estimated delivery date or current location.
Duluth phone hold, I was advised 71 minutes and it was longer and I gave up

The web chat service has not replied in over an hour and I gave up
I emailed and the aut response was to expect a return reply in 3-4 days usually-so will that be 3-4 weeks due to "unusually high volume"
who could have ever predicted high volume during the holidays - inconceivable!
I expect I will get a full refund if the merchandise ever arrives and a hassle free return, but no service and no support so far and ordering on Dec 1 should be plenty of time to get an order in time for Christmas
Claimed loss: Due to no response I lost time to find alternative merchandise and lost over an hour of my life
Desired outcome: 50% off this order if it ever arrives and i decide to keep it and a $50 credit towards my next order- if I reorder anything
