E-Cigs stole my money

Be for warned. This company will offer you a free trial, you still pay for shipping, and then they will take out money out of your Credit Card account. Mine was taking for nearly 200 dollars. I tried calling them. Got no answer no way to email them. Have to cancel my checking account so they won't take another dime. I did file with the BBB in Calfornia. If this has happened to you contact the BBB in USA, UK and or Canada and file a complaint. You just might save someone elses account

On 2/15/16 I orders a free trial e cig starter kit, according to the order all I was to pay was 10.53 shipping cost. After a week I called their customer service and was told my order was being shipped, never received a confirmation on my email of the order, so contacted their customers service again and was told my order would be at my address in two days. Still haven't received my order, but when I checked my cards transactions I see they also charged me 99.95 on 2/29/16

advert said delivery price only so expected a trial run
then £ 73.98 taken from my credit card.

Now informed that a further delivery been despatched
and £ 53.99 taken from my C Card.

I took a survey regarding CenturyLink service. When the survey was completed there was a list of very cheap items I could purchase.
None of the items interested me personally but my grandson was looking for an alternative to regular cigarettes. The price for the starter kit was $3.95 so I ordered it. I then received an e-mail from ecigsbrands informing me that I would be owing $104 for the starter kit. I sent them a reply, after I had sent it to ecigs(a different company) informing them that I had not consented to additional charges and to cancel my order. As you might imagine, I received the kit and called Bank of America to let them know about this scam.
They contacted ecigsbrand and indicated it was not a scam and I would be getting a refund. BofA was told that it certainly sounded like a scam to me when you do not disclose pricing up-front. The same day I finally got information on how to return the kit I got a return number for something else which turned out to be refills which were received 5/28/15. I had sent the kit back and evidently they didn't inform their shipping department that the order was cancelled. I will once again contact BofA and will probably end up cancelling the credit card as I believe the number has been compromised (who knows how many have the number?).
As I noted in my initial cancellation email, they are running a scam and dealing in a sneaky, underhanded way, they make it near impossible to reply to their emails and the phone contacts do not seem to know what is going on. Another piece of advice, check out other sites before you even think about ordering from them. Several sites offer cheaper prices and you do not have to sign up for "membership" or automatic shipping of refills

As soon as I ordered and got a confirmation saying I would start getting more monthly, I called the support line and cancelled. I said, do NOT send me anything or charge me anything. CANCEL. I got two more calls from representatives and told them, the account was canceled. They said, fine, sometimes it took them time to get the word. Today I got TWO refills. I called and yelled..a lot and they said they would cancel my account and I need to mail these back. Why? Not my fault. I didn't order them, can't do anything with them. They screwed up. I asked waht will happend in another few weeks, do I get more .He said, no your account is cancelled . I said ..it was CANCELLED within the hour. I hate them.

hi. what a scam. e-cigs are a right rip off. they have taken £127.00 from my account without my consent, but i stupidly gave them my details . i have been to my bank and asked to change my account but they say i cant as i gave them my details. now if e-cigs do not reply to my mails or phone calls then the bank will try to help but not before. that means that e-cigs could take another amount from me. the bank also say the it could be fraudulent.how do we stop them. how do we get our money back if they wont answer calls.. we need help to get them off our backs.

hi . i am in a similar situation as yourself. i am quite unwell and have very little income. e-cigs have taken £127.00 from my account. i can not get through to them by phone or e-mail. been to my bank, still no joy. what do we do . is there any way we can get our money back and stop them taking more .

I have tried on several occasions to contact you by phone to cancel this order, but I either got a wrong number it was a Cafe in England or I got a dead line. When I called the number for the depot in the U.K I was directed through to America.

I ordered the e cig starter pack from yourselves. For a friend of mine I looked round your site a couple of times to find a description of the item not finding anything I went ahead and ordered the item when I committed myself I received an E-Mail telling me that money would be deducted from my account, as I say this was for a friend not myself I do not smoke.

I wish to cancel the membership as I am not in a position to pay this amount of money, I do not work and I survive on state benefits as I am disabled the money that you are going to withdraw from my account is 70% of my weekly income I would really appreciate it if you would be so kind as to refund my money and cancel any future withdrawals.

The request that you have put forward to withdraw cash from my account has left me in a financial nightmare it has put me into debt with the bank and I am unable to pay my upcoming Direct Debts I receive £94 per week benefits these bills will not be paid because I do not have the money in the bank to cover them and it will create severe hardship it will increase my debt problems which is being managed by the C.C.C.S.

I spoke with one of your colleagues by phone after speaking to my bank I was refunded £43 which left a balance of £29.99 I asked about the the balance and she said it was for the first delivery of tips, I returned the Starter pack and the first supply of tips unopened as stated and my money would be refunded, to the Warehouse in Stockport U.K. recorded Delivery on 3/10/2011. I have not received the balance of my refund could you please tell me when this is going to be rectified. When I tried to send an E-Mail to them the address was not recognised

My bank was supposed to chase them up after my returning the package to the address in England I had to wait 18 days for to allow them to get in touch with me they never did so I called my bank and they asked me if they sent me a letter specifically telling me that I would get a full refund I told them that I had not received any letter and that it was stated on the site they said that, that was not proof of them giving me a full refund I had to have a personal letter from them.

E-Cigs Flavor of filters

I've been using the E-cigs brand electronic cigarettes for more than a year. My last two orders contained filters that had a terrible taste. I tried one from each box and felt like I would puke. I contacted the company to ask if they changed ingredients or received any other complaints and never heard back from them

I would like to remove my complaint. How can I do that? After writing about e-cigs brand, the company has been outstanding. They had changed manufacturers which I wasn't aware of. They have since been more than generous and I now recommend them to friends.

i had won as i thought a fake ciggarette, but now they have taken £73-98p. from my bank account that was not authorised by myself, i do not want their product nor have i joined in any contract with them, i am a pensioner & could not & would ever be able to afford this. i hope you can help to recover my cash a.s.a.p., my bank is waiting for me to advise them what to do. s.v alborough, 28 dennett house, winnall manor road, winchester hampshire so23olz. e.mail, [protected]@live.co.uk phone, [protected].

What takes so long for order arrive after ship date, UPS says should have arrived 5 Jan 17, so far no receipt at my end, track #92748999997952553019713149, can I get some help for I am out and I expect delivery on time, for I am trying to hold off going back to regular cigarettes. This was suppose to be a free e-cig through a survey taken but then 3 weeks later there was charges to my account for $ 84.95 it's a scam and when I call the number given [protected] I am put on hold and no one ever answers I tried emailing them with the email they gave Supportecig.com this is upsetting and a scam

I received a saposta be FREE Ecig just pay shipping and I got the cig in my mail within 3 days this company stole 99.00 out of my bank account it put my bank acc. Upside down 97.00 witch I will get charged a 35.00 bank fee for over draft I called them and they told me that it was my flat for letting them do it by making the order they told me they would replace 70.00 back in my account in about 2 days witch will be 70.00 bank charges for 2 days so this ordeal is costing me over 100.00 dollops for my FREE Ecig I will never order anything online again...TEDDY BOREN.

i orderd a trial pack for £4.99 few weeks later they had taken £74.36 out of my account without permision, then they sent us mor e vapore and took another £49, we tryed to ring them and was on the phone for 30 mins and were told that they will refund £49, but not the £74.36 as i was told that u have to return it within 15days .I dont nomally fall for scams, but the term are not very clear this company shouldnt be able to get away with this sombody needs to do somthink, befor other people dont fall for it like a lot of other people.jill darbyshire hope to hear from u soon.

Same story also disabled. $4.95 survey. Then 2 weeks later $99.95 unautherised debit put me in the red with my bank. I am sooo pissed. I filed a dispute with my bank and see what happens. meanwhile can't get ecig to answer the phone.

Me too I am a pensioner and trying to pack up smoking so when I won an e-cig i was delighted. However I didn't like the taste when it arrived and it made me vomit. I cancelled within 2 days of my 'WON' e cig told telling them I didn't like them and didn't want anymore. Today i have just found out that they've charged £73.98! Have phoned and they are being really obnoxious - not listening telling me I should have used it longer - didn't want anymore of a product that made me vomit. Just won't listen. We are in a terrible state and don't know which way to turn - credit card says it can't stop anyone taking money from our account! Please please help

E-Cigs Fraud

I recieved an email from ecigsbrand.com offering a trial e-cig for 14.99 with 2.00 off that if you use the code ECIGS in the code box. I then recieved two charges that day one for 14.99 and another for .52 cents. I also recieved a confirmation phone call from a representitve offering more products. I speficlly 'declined any thing else other than the trial thank you'. I recieved the product... these are the worst tasting cartriges that I have ever tried. My daughter had placed an order just days before and was charged 99.99 in three incrimental charges. Tho they represent themselves as one web site they bill you as another. Companies such as this one, make it difficult for sceptic comsumers to trust the web site for personal purchase.

I ordered a trial pack of E CIGARETTES-SMOKE. It never arrived. Then I found that my credit card had been billed twice one amount of £6 99. second amount £73 88. I called them and they said I had agreed to terms and conditions. They are frauds and cheats. Do not use this company.

I placed an order and then find out that these people have access to my checking account and have charged me $99.99 which i never gave them permission to do. This is a frud and someone needs to check them. I have called and told them about there selves and that they shouldnt allow Customer service to just go into one account and take money that dont belong to them.

Just checked my credit card statement and it showed that I was charged $40.00 after I had already cancelled my membership back in June. After speaking to customer service, I was told that i agreed to "place my account on hold and then begin getting charged this month". Now when I cancelled, I told the guy that I quit smoking, so why would I want to keep paying for something I didn't want to use anymore? These people are just trying to steal your money so don't bother with them AT ALL! Sending that order back as soon as I get it in the mail. Call [protected] for Customer Service.

I also was taken in by this company. To one of the posts, there are no T&C's to read! I have today been in contact with my bank (last of very many calls) and they cannot refund my money as the company says that the £6.99 is for postage and packing and the £73.98 is for the starter pack which all the people who have ordered this will know is not worth that amount or anything near it. My bank, Nat West, is aware of this company who they say are basically not doing anything illegall which I find hard to believe. I have e-mailed Watchdog who hopefully might put an end to this scam!

I totally agree with you Tex1234, as soon as i ordered i read the small print and so i sent an email saying i would like to cancel my membership, which they did and nothing more but my cost for the trial kit was taken!

I love how people complain about crap they sign up for. READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE GIVING OUT YOUR DEBIT CARD PEOPLE! The terms and conditions clearly state it is a membership. People NEVER read these, then play the victim roll when their card is charged. My lord, we have become a society on blaming others for our on stupid actions. My lord, take responsibility for your lazyness in not reading what you buy!

[protected] They don't have an 800 #. The e-mail is a dead link. I ordered the 4.99 special trial (or whatever) after I had already entered my billing info I noticed the plan. I called immediately and someone answered (couldn't speak english very well) told them I wanted to cancel. He went into this hard sell routine ended up being charged the original 4.99 + 59.99 for extra cartridges. Checked "my account" on their website it showed 2 orders for 59.99, I canceled my debit card before they could run anything else through my bank was not helpful (visa logo) on my debit card. The credit union stated they could not cancel the order although it had not shipped. Anyway this all occurred in the course of an hour. Got my shipment I think I got the 2 orders worth. It seems to work after charging but the FDA does not recommend electronic cigs. This is their website http://ecigsbrand.com/webstore/default.aspx they also want you to sell the garbage.

There are many other legitimate companies out there, which supply a quality product. (made in the USA not China) Try a company called "Njoy", ( at www.njoy.com ) we met them at a trade show back in 2008, never had a problem, good flavor, I think "they were the first, all the rest are cheap knock offs. (they have a starter kit for only $21.99) I did hear that a company called "blu" has a good product at http://www.blucigs.com We have used a couple diff brands (including single disposables) using in between real cigs, it has helped us cut to 1/2 a pack a day - or less!

So if you go on http://www.ecigarettes-smoke.com/Landing.aspx?CampaignID=1004 and hit the very bottom blue link that you can hardly see there is the terms and conditions, it states you will be charged 99.00 after 15 days then 79.99 there after. You must cancel in 15 days and the number is listed in the terms and conditions. these people are complete scam artists and i will not let this go. I will call this people till they reverse the charge and i tear them apart. These people will get whats coming to them.

I recieved my e cig starter kit that doesnt work at all then i noticed on the pamplet that came w/it says it will start billing me monthly they dont even work for 1 and 2 i never seen anything stating they would bill me after . how do i stop this bs
