Operator's omission, unauthorized cancellation of an order
I purchased five pairs of shoes on your website on March 12 and 13. The order number of my first pair of shoes is so-[protected]. I like this pair of shoes best, so I ordered them first and my payment was successful. I also purchased other shoes.
The day before yesterday, I checked whether the order was delivered or not, only to find that the order disappeared directly. I was very surprised, so I sent an email to your CustomerCare, but no one replied.
Yesterday I checked again and found the order reappeared, but my first pair of shoes was inexplicably cancelled. First of all, I did not carry out this operation, and seconly I was not informed of the cancellation of my order. Is it reasonable? I think it's a form of theft or cheating consumers. I emailed again, and again nobody replied.
I called you at 1:00 PM just now, but your operator hung up without completing the conversation and meeting my demands! Is this discrimination? I hope my problems can be solved.

Ecco track 25 men's low
Our son left for a religious mission to the Amazonian jungle of Peru in October. When he arrived to his assigned mission area he contacted us and asked us to send him some better shoes to handle the jungle environment.
We did our research and settled on ECCO Track 25's, with the assumption they could take the hot and humid climate, they being waterproof, and all.
We shipped them (at great expense) and they finally arrived to Peru and in his hands.
The first day he puts them on and starts walking down the street, the shoes literally fall apart with every step and are now absolutely useless.
I contacted customer support about warranty issues and they claim there is nothing they can do with out the shoes returned to them.
Um, I'm sorry, I'm not going to pay to have trash shipped home to me when they can simply be thrown in the river, where they belong!
Every time I try to respond to Ecco's email to me, I get an error message saying their email is not valid.

Ecco shoes
I used to buy Ecco shoes and they would last a long time and cover hundreds of miles of walking, mainly on pavement with little wear and much comfort. Unfortunately the last 6 pairs have disintegrated. Previously I would return them to the shop where they would act surprised as if this had never happened before and try to make up some story about how they were used, (mainly on my feet).
Needless to say I would never buy another pair of Ecco shoes.
For entertainment, I asked recently in an Ecco shop if the soles and heals still fell apart after a few months to years. They told me it was because they were biodegradable! I had to laugh; who would buy biodegradable shoes.
Nowadays I look at Ecco shoes and think "these look comfortable" then buy shoes from a competitor. Ecco state "What is occurring with the soles is called Hydrolysis. Hydrolysis damage occurs when moisture builds up in the thousands of air bubbles found in the polyurethane soles. This has occurred in less than 1% of our shoes and most often occurs with some of the older styles." Why not use a different material like you used to and as others do?
Desired outcome: An apology and refund. I binned the shoes as scrap.

Not refunded for returned order
I returned order [protected] in its entirety back in November/December 2021.
I was refunded £176.25 on 7/1/22 however I returned the entire order, so there is a refund of £293.75 missing.
The remaining amount has not been refunded despite two attempts at contacting ECCO customer service (25 Jan and 11 Feb).

The disintegrating heels of ECCO boots
I was wondering if you could do me a favor and answer my question.
A few years ago I bought a pair of ECCO Men's Ankle Classic Boots from an Iranian ECCO shop in Tabriz, Iran. I had worn them only a couple of times and stored them in an air conditioned closet with no humidity. Now the heels of the boots are disintegrated into pieces and collapsed while the remainder of the sole is intact. Unfortunately, there is no ECCO shop in Iran right now. How this problem can be resolved?

Black Ecco Shoes
Sold me a pair of shoes which came apart within a week. Contacted the store by email and phone and got absolutely no response. Contacted the European head office who said only the store can help and refused to offer any possible solution. Terrible quality shoes and even worse customer service. Have raised a chargeback with debit card provider. Check the photos to see how Ecco shoes look after a week of use.

Hiking boots
HIKING BOOTS - "TRACK" "GENUINE FOOTWEAR" "43" "TPU" embossed on soles (or what is left of them); "[protected]" stamped in white ink on inside upper tongue; "GORE-TEX" imprinted inside small rectangular metal tab on upper lateral side of leather exterior of boot. I do not remember when I purchased them for about $300 USD at Dillard's in San Angelo, Texas, but I wore then often while a volunteer at Big Bend National Park in 2018 & 2019. I had no problems until Friday, February 4, 2022 when the soles began coming off in chunks as I walked from the parking lot to the Shannon Health Club in San Angelo. By the time I got home later that afternoon, over 70% of the soles of both shoes were completely gone.
Desired outcome: Since I cannot be assured (or confident) that this issue will not happen with any replacement pair, I am asking for a total refund.

My name is Meryem. I am from Istanbul, Turkey. I kindly asked to change my shoes because they were eroded in a very short time and one of them made my ankle uncomfortable with another model in Ecco but they refused it.
For the first time, I bought a shoe from ECCO Galataport (İstanbul) on November 24 2021. When I tried it at the store, it was super comfortable. I wore it only twice (in total nearly 6 hours) and both of them were eroded, as you can see from images. In addition to this, the right shoe made my ankle uncomfortable so that I could not wear them again. I went to the store (Marmara Forum ECCO, a different store in Istanbul) on December 4th 2021 and explained it to them. Store manager told me that I chose the wrong shoes, I was supposed to choose a shorter heel because my ankle is too thin. Store manager took a photo of them and asked someone (I think contact person). I waited a couple of days. They refused to change the shoes with another model on December 7.
I know ECCO shoes are really comfortable but I was misguided while choosing the right model. Also even though I wore the shoes for nearly 6 hours, their leather was eroded quickly.

I am a many year Ecco customer, buying both online for NJ or Lenox, MA delivery and in Lenox, MA store. I bought black formal tie shoes, which I kept in my closet and only used them as formal wear. However, I never or at most once wore them since Covid started two years ago. I now find both soles are disintegrating. Ecco shoes
Hi, I have been buying Ecco shoes for the past 11 years for nursing and they have been brilliant. The most recent pair I bought are so uncomfortable, causing constant blisters and painful to wear.
They cost $270 and I just think it's unacceptable.
As I recently bought them I cannot afford new nursing shoes right now.
I have a pressure sore on my right little toe from them and I have to wear dressings on my heels everyday.
These shoes are just not Ecco quality as I know they usually are amazing
Is there anything that could be done? As in a new pair for free or something please!

I have a pressure injury on my right small toe. These shoes are only 6 months old. The staff at Ecco measured me for them in Canberra store. I really feel like this is not ideal let alone acceptable.

Ecco Vibrant soles disintegrated
Hi my complaint is my soles disintegrated, one at first and the second about a half hour later. I had to use rubber bands to hold them together, very attractive one was blue and the other tan. It happened at Amsterdam Airport waiting for our flight to Paris as our vacation just started.
I really love these shoes, there really in good shape and I wouldn' ask if they weren't. Could you put new soles on them?

While they were quite comfortable initially, I have not worn my sandals more than 20 times. If cost is indicative of quality, then the shoes should not fall apart. My hope is ECCO will replace the sandals. I have tried to locate where I may resend these to them to validate my complaint. Ordered and paid for golf shoes. Shoes did not arrive, a baseball cap did.
Then they said shoes were out of stock and they would only credit in full if I returned the cap at my expense. Alternatively they would credit me 30% of my spend and I could keep the cap.
Initially they answered my messages. But when I started to insist on a credit the emails I was sending were suddenly not being delivered. Instead, messages from a mailhosting service said my emails were not being delivered

Shoe sole crumbling
Ecco shoes bought a few years ago and worn sparingly. Today black crud from the sole was crumbling all over my carpets. Can the soles or the shoes be replaced by ecco? BIOM Golf SHoes
This case has an Ecco service reference number of ECCO:[protected]
I purchased a pair of white BIOM Goretex golf shoes in April 2021, order number SO - [protected].
Within a few weeks the toecap area of each shoe lost its colour and the leather underneath was showing.
I was not happy about this but the shoes were comfortable and waterproof.
In October the left shoe began leaking and on 18 October 2021 I contacted ECCO.
On 26th October they responded requesting photographs of the soles, the uppers and the front parts of the shoes.
That day, 26th October, I sent them, as requested, the photographs. I have attached these photographs below.
On 2nd November they replied, rejecting my claim stating that, based on the information I had given them, the damage was caused by mechanical damage to the shoes and they were therefore not covered by the warranty.
I did not provide any information other than the front of the shoes was losing colour and the left shoe was leaking.
I can categorically state that the shoes have not been in or near a mechanical device nor had chemicals of any type put on them.
They have not requested that the shoes be returned for inspection.
I subsequently made a phone call requesting this case be investigated and received an email reply, that day, stating that their decision was upheld.
I then wrote requesting details of to whom I could make a formal complaint. Their response was that I should contact the Municipal Ombudsman. I believe there is such an office in Denmark but not in the UK.
I have investigated raising a complaint via the UK retail Ombudsman but it appears that Ecco have not registered to participate in that service.
I trust that you will be able to progress this case for me and look forward to hearing from you.

I have a couple of pairs of ECCO dress shoes that look brand new because I only wear them on special occasions. We just moved into a new house and was unpacking.. and found that another pair of my ECCO dress shoes have the soles just crumbling away. This is the 3rd set that I have had this happen to.

I bought it from Gurney Paragon Ecco branch in Penang, Malaysia.
The price of the shoe was more than RM500, close to RM600. With such a quality it is really disappointing.
