I would love to say that my experience was great but I can't. All I can say is I am glad I had my internal surveillance running at the time the salesmen were here. What I can say is that after changing my mind about putting panels up on my roof the first thing the salesman said to me was "Well"customer name"I went over the 3 day right to rescission in your contract. And you wife read the contract for the 3 day right to change your mind. Also thanks for letting me know I was being recorded because I did not know I was being recorded, (Kansas being a one party consent state by the way) and then went on to say that he will send me a bill for the cancellation fee for me to pay. Thank god I recorded him saying that as long as I cancel before they start installation there is no charge. This is a shady company so don't trust what the salesman says because if you don't have it recorded they will try to make you pay a cancellation fee!" I gife the salesman a 4F rating.
Desired outcome: Be Careful of the fine print of the contract and record the whole interaction with the salesman, and make sure you can record with out their consent!
