VERY UPSET!
Our flight from Munich to Istanbul went as scheduled but when we got to Istanbul we found out by coincidence - no email no sms - that the connecting flight to Cairo was almost 3 hours delayed - no apologies offered from anyone. Nothing offered!
Not only did we miss our private transfer in Cairo but also missed some important appointment as we arrived to the hotel in Cairo at 1:30am!

We expect compensation!

also still didnt receive the miles for the flight back on Jan 1 - CAI to IST
