I have been paying for 4 years $154 this year 1/2023 My car needs service My check Engine light comes on effecting the whole dash board I take it to the Mercedes Dealer who informs me that the
Eyes in the system are not communicating with the engine causing the whole dashboard to go crazy
I call The Dealer calls Endurtance tells them the problem the Claim is denied
when I call I am told it is not covered If the engine is not covered and the crazy isnot running right What am I paying for for 4 years?

Endurance, auto warranty, sales department
On January 3, 2023 I was called by insurance to consider it auto warranty with them. I am actively looking for a new warranty from my used. Vehicle salesman was professional, very informative. His name was Pete when he got to the part were I needed to buy it now not later, he became a very different person. I asked him simply if he could send me email me a copy of the exclusions and coverage pages and he only gave me one option and let me know if he has any more options available. He said no I cannot do that. I basically asked him why and he said have a nice day and hung up, endurance talks about transparency. Why can I not review these documents before I make a decision. I am retired military and I’ve learned manners a long time ago. This was very rude and uncalled, for I would still like an endurance warranty. I have tried to get a hold of their upper management and of course that has failed.
Desired outcome: Find me somebody who can send me their coverage and exclusion pages and explain to me all three tiers of their warranty. If not, tell me why they cannot supply me with these documents.
Denied services after claim
Vera Cadillac, Endurance Warranty, and Smart Auto Care Extended Warranty Predatory Business Practice.
I am contacting you regarding what appears to be predatory business practices. In June 2022, Vera Cadillac repaired my car under General Motors’ OEM warranty. General Motors requested diagnostics to approve the car repair. This was all done successfully. This diagnostic showed other recommendations for repairs from Vera Cadillac. I followed up with Vera Cadillac’s recommendations, where Vera Cadillac informed me that the front wheel arm that the steering needed repairs. This came as a surprise to me. My Cadillac CT6 has an advanced electronic diagnosis that emails almost any car issues. I never had any car issues other than what appeared to be General Motors’ recall with the fuel pump. Additionally, Vera Cadillac provided me with recommended preventative maintenance diagnostics. Both Endurance Warranty and Smart Auto Care were aware of Vera Cadillac’s recommendations.
Endurance Warranty and Smart Auto Care informed me that an adjuster went to see my Cadillac CT6 for payment and worked approval. Endurance Warranty and Smart Auto Care also informed Vera that Cadillac appeared not to cooperate with the repairs that needed to be approved. Endurance Warranty and Smart Auto Care mentioned several concerns and issues that my Cadillac CT6 Vera Cadillac reported their diagnostics reported. However, Endurance Warranty and Smart Auto Care reported that Vera Cadillac refused to show the adjuster the work that needed to be verified. I had my Cadillac CT6 for four years and never had mechanical or electrical problems other than the recall fuel pump. I reported back to Vera Cadillac’s recommendation for future preventative maintenance care. Based on Endurance Warranty and Smart Auto Care’s adjuster’s assessment, that is in question. I have not had my car in days.
Endurance Warranty and Smart Auto Care also present me with concerns and issues. Over a dozen times, I called them to address my car status. They hung up the phone on me each and claimed that Endurance Warranty and Smart Auto Care would never hang up on customers, only to continue to hang up on me. The consumer process will be difficult if Endurance Warranty and Smart Auto Care pay on a claim. I am out of options to get my car back. Endurance Warranty and Smart Auto Care’s adjuster concerns also appear concerning. Vera Cadillac informed repairs from my Cadillac CT6 will cost more than $7K. I never had any issues with my Cadillac CT6. My Cadillac CT6 was built to prevent car issues. The car sends me email notifications on possible issues before they occur. I am seeking assistance and support from what appears to be predatory business practices. Most consumers do not have expert experiences to go against car dealerships and extended warranty insurance companies. My circumstances appear to be convenient for these predatory businesses to exploit profitability. I sought preventative maintenance, not a car problem.
Desired outcome: I simply want my car back from the dealership. Endurance Warranty flagged my phone number. They hung up on almost two dozens times.
Denied claim
We have a 2018 Honda CRV, bought used with about 50,000 miles on it, so no warranty. I bought Endurance warranty in March 2022. Worried about what could go wrong, and didn't want stuck with high repair bill. November 2022, all my dashboard error codes came on, took it to the mechanic, he couldn't find anything wrong. They went off, week or so later, same thing, all error codes came on, took it back to the mechanic, he did pull a code this time, of fuel too rich or something. He ran my VIN number and came up with my car needing to have a computer update by Honda. Codes again went off. week later, again codes back on, made an appointment with Honda. Codes off again when I went to Honda, but they did pull the same code about the fuel being too rich, I showed them the paper saying the computer needed an update. They checked this and the car then came back and informed me that my fuel injectors needed to be replaced. Now the car only had 66,000 miles on it, I questioned why, they said there was faulty injectors manufactured for the 2017 and 2018 models, and they said this was the case they failed. They called Endurance, and told them this was an internal failure in the injectors, but they didn't buy that, kept pressing for reason the injectors failed. The mechanic said they probably clogged, so claim denied. I argued with them several times, to no avail. The very reason I got this policy was to be protected from this very thing! Why else would you buy a warranty? If this had been a Honda warranty, it would have been covered, but not Endurance! This again was a failure of the injectors, through no fault of my own, or any neglect of maintenance of the vehicle. $1700 repair! This was my first claim, and now I am hearing how many people are being denied, I wish I had never gotten this coverage, and they DO NOT want to let me out of it. I feel tricked! I really want to get out of this contract, and rather save my money for when I have a repair as is what I have always done in the past.

Would not cover car
I have been paying endrance well over 8 months. I took my car to one of their recommended shops and my claim was denied to one of there reps putting my miles in wrong so they gave me another policy I waith the 30 days and 1000 miles and they told me once again I have to wait more time and claim was denied again.
This company is bogus and will steal all your hard working money. If your car needs to be fixed save your money and get it fixed yourself.
This company needs to be shut down asap

Automobile warranty claim
On 6/17/2022 I went to the Valvoline service center in Symmes Twp for an oil change as I noticed the odometer was around 69,999 - about to reach 70,000. They serviced my car the mileage was entered as 72,002 but should have been 70,002. They sent it to Carfax. I was unaware of the error.
I purchased the Endurance warranty 7/02/2022. At the time of purchase the odometer on my 2013 VW EOS was 71,386.
On November 23, 2002 I took the EOS to Joseph VW dealership in Cincinnati for it's 80,000 mile maintenance service that was coming due. The odometer was 76,237.
I told them I had the Endurance policy should they need to do anything extra. They called me to let me know there were other problems that needed to be addressed and that they were repairs covered by my Endurance policy so they would contact them and file a claim.
Endurance denied it stating that there was a mileage discrepancy according to Carfax report. Valvoline had made the mileage error. The Endurance Customer Service reps continued to tell me that it needed to be corrected so they could approve the repair claim at Joseph VW dealership.
I contacted Valvoline and they admitted the mileage error and contacted Carfax to have it corrected. They sent an email to both Edurance and Carfax explaining the typo. Carfax did correct it to reflect the mileage on 6/17/2022 was actually 70,002 and not 72,002.
I received the corrected Carfax report and sent it to Endurance but they still won't honor the contract and cover the repair.
Desired outcome: I want Endurance to honor the contract and cover the claim charges submitted by Joseph VW.
Warranty
So I purchased my policy in August of 2020 smack dead in the beginning of covid. It was a very stressful time, seeing I work in the medical mental health field. I was confident when I chose endurance as my warranty provider, yet my world has been turned upside down in recent days. I had my vehicle towed into bmw and they contacted endurance concerning the the claim. I was unaware of the value of the claim, until I was denied. I did everything right however endurance suggest that my milage was off by 400 miles. I'm not sure how this occurred, I'm guessing it's a clerical error.
I spoke to the dealer and they mentioned, that would only be valid if it were a waiting period in the beginning of the contract. However 2 and half years have past that I've paid on this warranty. FYI during my initial contract, they sent the wrong milage (which I didnt give), yet reprimand me if a clerical error was made.
However they denied my claim by using a carfax, which is and can be created by anyone.
They suggested that someone turned back 400 miles. Why would I need to do that, it was not necessary and wouldn't change the monthly payment. Why would I sabotage myself? These are egregious claims and I'm asking that they honor my claim and fix my car.
I currently work in Mental health with adolescent This has prevented me from be productive, and also causing major issue in my ability to Conceive at this time.
I need my vehicle repaired asap.

Car warranty refund
I purchased car warranty 9-2020 for 5 yr coverage.sold vehicle sent in cancelation form 11-2022.was told will receive refund for remainder of contract within 30 days. Called back [protected].still no refund, now being told it take 6 weeks. I have lost all confidence in this company to honor any repairs. If they can't honor their refund. Talked to 3 people who originally told me 30 days now they can't tell me the status of my refund request. I never made any claims on warranty. But after this run around and delay don't believe they are trust worthy.would not recommend this company

Extended Vehicle Coverage
I cancelled my contract with endurance 08/23/22. They sent me a check for the initial charge $129.97 and the first payment of $128.52. I received a check for these. But on 10/08/22 I was charged for a payment of $128.52 from my debit card after the cancellation. I have made several calls and all I get is the run around. They all say they will talk with their supervisor and return a call which I never get.

Air pump for 2017 bmw 535i gran turismo
• My name is James, and my phone number is [protected] and I have been a customer with Endurance for a long time. Unfortunately, my vehicle was placed in the shop requiring the replacement of the Air Pump. After the inspection by the Endurance Adjuster, Circle BMW explained to the adjuster how the Air Springs caused the problem which is related to the direct problem. The adjuster called backed to BMW and told them that failure of the pump isn't covered. In my opinion then why do I need extended warranty. I was given mixed information by two different reps. The first Rep said the pump wasn't covered and that there was nothing more I could do about it. The second Rep continued by saying that there was no more he could do to fix the problem. When I asked both Reps if I could speak with a supervisor neither of them would not allow me the courtesy of speaking to the supervisor. I called several times until I finally was able to speak with the supervisor. During our conversation I asked was the part covered and he said even though the part may be covered the failure is not however, his first Rep said that if the part was under warranty. My vehicle never missed a service date and when the indicator light came on I immediately to the vehicle to the shop. We even asked the steps to override the outcome and was not given the opportunity to appeal or even instructions on how to. Furthermore, no one had the presidents email address, so I was given [protected]@ENDURANCEDIRECT.com. Through further investigation I did find it on my own at Chief Executive Officer @ Endurance. We need your help to see if this company can meet us halfway or provide us with another alternative. We have two vehicles currently under contract with this company and because of the treatment I now have reservations about wanting to stay connected with Endurance. Auto service warranty
Almost three years ago, my wife purchased a policy from Endurance over the phone. When asked about the mileage, my wife said that the vehicle was not at home (I was driving it). She asked if she could submit the mileage listed on our purchase agreement, since we had just bought it. The salesperson said that would be acceptable, and the purchase was concluded. Now, over 2-1/2 years and several thousand miles later, we submitted a claim to have the axle bearings replaced. The claim was denied, due to a "mileage discrepancy". It turns out that the dealership wrote the mileage from when they bought the vehicle at auction, then later listed it on CARFAX, at about 150 miles higher. This was the "discrepancy", which is a miniscule difference on a used vehicle. At either mileage number, we FAR exceeded your "one month, 1000 miles" restriction. We were offered the "opportunity" to have the contract re-written, with the mileage corrected, but the needed repairs would NOT be covered. This is unacceptable, and since YOU breached the contract, we feel that a total refund of ALL fees paid to your company is warranted. We have no desire to renew the contract, as we feel that your company cannot be trusted.
Desired outcome: We want ALL of our money back, as you have provided NO service of any kind, just aggravation and frustration..
Car warranty
STOP Please do NOT use this company. I had the unfortunate experience of buying this policy. I went so far as to get EXTRA so called coverage for seals and gaskets. I had to finally use the Warranty (LOL) and it covered only $600 of a $1400 repair. Then at end of August traded vehicle in. and jump through hoops and go to get a notary for cancellation documents. Sent in and another payment was withdrawn from y account after cancellation. Oh it takes time to cancel. Mid October sent an email (cause you can't get them on phone except to BUY policy) no refund had been institued yet. oops their bad. So the 6 WEEK clock started mid OCT for refund, but oh they would try and escalate. Mid November, nothing. I called and was told I would get a $15 refund. Wait, What? This was supposedly done on November 8th. I questioned the amount. CSR, did you get the $300 something dated November 6th. No, nothing. NOW November 23rd. I call again... Now paid over $1400 for length of time having contract. Contract cost $800 + for that period, oh and BTW we are also CHARGING the over $600 paid for the claim back to you. WHAT? So basically I paid them over $800 for absolutely NOTHING. What a scam, sham and a rip off.
The payment taken after vehicle was traded and out of my name and not covered under contract is just gravy to them. I call it t h e
f t of my funds. I have tried to speak with a manger, LOL, non existent like my refund.. Save your money, pay for repairs on your own, at least you know where your money is going.
I bought Endurance based on rating from Consumer Reports, I will make it my mission to inform Consumer Reports and lower their rating.
oh and another the $300 refund mention in Mid November was apparently not true. was told to, e to get me off the phone

This company prays on vulnerable older adults - scam mail
This is the 4th time we are receiving a letter from Endurance, in which they attempt to swindle a family member by claiming their coverage will be changing soon - despite never once enrolling or being involved with this vulturous company. I've had enough of this scam letter making its way into our mail box and I consider it harassment, as well as just a straight up scam to older, vulnerable people. How is this in any way legal?
At the bottom of the letter in the smallest print you can imagine, it states "This is an advertisement to obtain coverage."

I would like for them to cover my repairs
I purchased Endurance Warranty for my vehicle in July or August of 2022. The salesperson, Ms. Kelly assured me that this was the right plan for me, gold status and I would not be disappointed. I was very reluctant at first to go with Endurance because I had great reviews from friends about another warranty company. However, after several emails and phone calls from Ms. Kelly I decided to go with Endurance. Before my month trial was up my friends suggested again that I used their warranty company and I called to cancel my contract with Endurance. However, that salesperson assured me that I didn't want to go with that company because they would not cover many parts and would give me the run around. He also told me that with Endurance after five years I would not longer need to make payments under my plan. So he reduce my monthly fee to get to to stay with Endurance. I am very disappointed in Endurance, I guess the company the salesperson was speaking of was his company which is Endurance. Several months later I notice a squeak when I went over a speed bump, I took my car to my dealership for diagnostic test and was told it was something with my suspension. The dealership filed the claim on my behalf to be told by Endurance that was not cover. Also I notice well a little hesitate in my vehicle on acceleration, I asked the dealership too look at that as well. My dealership told me I had a problem with my transmission and once again they file a claim on my behalf. Endurance wants me to pay for them to take my transmission apart, the employee told me that my dealership was lying to me and in order for the repairs to be done that process had to take place. In fact, he stated it was part of my contract. I asked for a copy of that contract to be told he couldn't give it too me, so I asked what page is was on so I could take a look at it, he couldn't tell me. If its apart of my contract why can't they tell me or give me a copy of it. Endurance where do it state in my contract that I am responsible for Authorize Tear down. No where does it states that no repairs will be covered unless the exact cause is discovered. I felt that my dealership proved what the exact cause was. I asked for an inspector to come out after the employee suggested it then he retracted his statements and said no inspector would come out. What am I paying Endurance for? The reason I got this warranty was to covered auto repairs. I just want Endurance to be honest and take responsible for the repairs on my vehicle and stand by their words. At this point I feel like I am being ripped off. I asked to speak with a manager and at first the employee said he had no manager which is a lie. I said to him everybody has somebody to answers too. He then proceeded to say ok their is a manager, his name is Ron and I will have him call you back today, another lie, nobody has reached out to me. I tried looking for phone number to corporate to assist me in this matter too no avail. If Endurance is not going to keep their word, they need to get out of the warranty business. I just want justice serve and my vehicle repaired. Also they asked me for two years of service record, not sure what that's about, its not in the contract. Please help.

I am writing this review because I just started the contract with Endurance in October and when I went to have the service done on my automobile the dealership contacted me and said that Endurance notified them that the claim was denied because I had a Brand Title or Salvage title which I didn't know when I initially bought the car. I feel that Endurance should refund me my initial deposit money because when I contacted the company about purchasing an extended warranty through them there's certain information that they need such as the VIN # for them to look up and let me know about the car especially if it was a Salvage title. Also, their customer service when it comes to speaking with someone it is horrible. Please do your research before signing up with this company because you're not going to get the quality service that they advertise on media which is inaccurate.

Car Warranty
My engine needed to be repaired and I had an extended warranty and they said that they were not going to cover my engine because they looked at my oil change history and one time I went 200 miles over the oil change limit and another time I went over 400 miles. The service center explained to them that this was not the cause of the problem at all and they showed them proof and they still denied it. The service center even told them that I keep my car in excellent condition and they still did not cover it. I called multiple times to dispute this and they would just read from their contract and they would never let me speak with anyone higher up. I would never use them again and now I don't have a vehicle to drive. They even said they understood it was not my fault and it was a faulty engine and still would not cover it.

Our 1st Claim 10 months into contract ENDURANCE tried to kick our policy to the curb stating incorrect mileage entry on a Car fax report from an oil change. What? A wrong Car Fax report
I supplied all documents to show they were wrong.. then they said I was good to go on the Car repair. Next it took 9 days for an inspector to come out inspect the Jeep then upload report to claims.. I have also incurred $315.00 in Rental fees... from Hertz
Per the contract from Endurance Rental limits are 5 days at $30.00
$150.00 but guess what denied…!
The Front Right Air Strut OEM part is $2400.00 for our Jeep Grand CHEROKEE .
Our Jeep was at Tempe Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership in Tempe Arizona. I Highly recommend them .. ENDURANCE also was a cause of collateral damage . Our Jeep tied up a mechanics bay as it was ripped apart he lost repair monies and quit. we have every receipt since 2012. “Rosie “our Jeep has been meticulously taken care of and serviced since it was brand new on the road back in 2012…I had to pick up our broken Jeep not fixed after 9 days
The price of $643.36 at the time is what ENDURANCE was willing to pay the $1700.00 difference from the Air Strut is Self Pay.
II called Endurance this morning day 10 to find where I should take our Contracted Jeep and who will honor THEIR price. I was told from a scripted read off the paper to take it to any shop Then the CSR told me my claim was denied and closed as the Dodge dealership did not honor their price OMG I wanted to pull my hair out of my head but I'm already bald thank goodness
I didn't close the claim ENDURANCE did! OUR car is still broken .. during the 9 days I've been told that 2 different supervisors were going to call me back...Nada didn't happen. I asked to speak to the mysterious claims review department not allowed. This company has deceptive safeguards against us the consumers to make their upper level of decision makers un-reachable. Costing time and money

I purchased a $4,000+ warranty from endurance. My vehicle is a 2014 BMW 550i, so far the ac compressor, Spark plugs and coil pack is not covered. Whatever is needed to repair my vehicle Endurance stated that it doesn't cover these parts and labor. So what was the purpose of selling me a $4000 warranty contract? I want a full refund too many of these companies are just taking a consumers monies and sticking it in their pockets!
