Endurance auto wa
I purchased their top plan when I bought my used 2016 Cadillac Escalade. When I had engine and electrical issues in July 2023 I took my car into a certified dealership for repair. Endurance sent an inspector out to deny my claim and just said it was preexisting condition or parts not covered for engine, transmission, or shocks. Why would I keep paying $200/month if their not even gonna cover anything. I feel they're voiding my warranty

Warranty contract not being honored
Endurance refuse to cover a repair for a part that is listed in my contract.
Lone star Chevrolet submitted a claim on my behalf to fix engine harness on my 2015 Chevrolet. It was denied because of a fastener was damaged or not tight. Mechanic stated it was rubbing against the frame of car.
I never have had any work done on this part, but was told because of the fastener I wouldn't be covered.
Immediately ask the administrator to send me a copy of the denial, which she said she couldn't do. Then I asked for them to resubmit the claim and she wasn't willing to do that either. Asked for supervisor, Nothing.
Was directed to a copy of my contract and the exclusion thats not an exclusion.
When i was paying monthly for the Endurance contract had no problem with claims however, after I paid it in full, cant get anything done or resolved.
Talked the second time to Terri Farris in claims and she said that she would send me a copy of my contract with the highlighted portion of why it was denied.
She sent to a copy of contract, with nothing highlighted.
Auto warranty
I bought a 60 month warranty for my 2009 Mercedes Benz on March 21, 2019 in the amount of $4067. I sold the car and cancelled the warranty in August 2022. There were 17 months left on the contract. This company takes your monthly fees and refuse to pay out when your care breaks down. They made me wait three months and continued to ask for documents unrelated the what was needed for the repair. I complied and they still denied my claim. Additionally, calling and getting a human being takes AT LEAST 45 min on a good day. You are kept on hold, they refuse to allow you to speak to a manager and they DO NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU AS A PAYING CUSTOMER! This company is a scam!
Desired outcome: Close the company and allow no one to sign up because it’s a SCAM
Extended Warranty Contract
We purchased a 5 yr 100,000-mile warranty for parts labor and maintenance for a BMW 328i.
We changed oil in it the day after we bought it because it's a smart thing to do when buying a used car.
After 5 weeks we got an error code on dash for low oil pressure. Took it in to an BMW dealership for service. After an engine diagnostic exam, they recommended an Oil pump replacement and an oil pan gasket replaced for a common leak.
Warranty company denied repair and even all Maintenace items that are covered in contract because of low oil level. Explained to them that oil level was never low since we took ownership and BMW advisor even explained that oil level was ok and condition great, when came in and an oil pump is considered a wear item in a car.
After a week of everyday contact with rep's supervisor's dealership service calls to adjustors and did everything, they asked still no approval.
Desired outcome: Do the right thing and take care of repairs (parts and labor) and Maintenace service.
They are deceptive from the start
I was sold the policy by jeff davies in may this year. I was told I qualified for the second to the best plan... The superior plan. I just found out that what I pay for monthly covers basically nothing. The purge valves when looked up by my husband is part if the part of the power train. Of $1800.00 estimate... They agree to pay only 300.00 plus the 100.00...

On 12/23/2023 I purchased a 5 year plan and paid in full $6064.00. When my vehicle broke down and had to be towed to the dealer for repairs ( closest to the vehicle and no shop would take because of the repairs needed ) they
( Endurance ) did not cover what was expected. They wanted to use aftermarket parts and they labor rate was almost half of the dealer. Needless to say I was disappointed and after a few phone calls spoke with an Account Manager ( Freda ) and asked to cancel and refund me on a prorated basis. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks. After waiting patiently for over 6 weeks with no response I called again to inquire about my refund: Only to be told that I had to fill out a cancellation form ( see attached files ) which I should have been provided 6 weeks prior upon my request to cancel and was " coincidentally" NOT. So I proceeded to fill out the form and legally notarize it as requested and sent it via email and fax ( confirmation of received via fax attached in files ). This was on June 5, 2023. Once again I had to wait 6 weeks and when nothing happened I called to find out where my refund was. After many transfers I was able to talk to Ms. Jazmin Cuevas who informed me that the chek "had just been mailed". When I asked what was the amount of the refund and after much digging she informed me it was $3081.44. Needless to say I was shocked since I had kept this policy for only less than 6 of the 60 months. That's when I asked for and was provided a breakdown of the refund request ( see files attached ) ONLY TO BE SHOCKED, DISMAYED AND ENRAGED. It seems that Not only are they charging me for whatever they paid in claims ( $ 1898.70 ) and instead of refunding me then for my money ( $6064.00 - $1898.70 = $ 4165.30 ) since I pay the whole thing as if I had no warranty coverage at all. They are also charging me an 8.94% usage fee of $542.12 and 15.03 % for miles ( from 49833 to 57500 miles when my actual mileage as of this very moment is 54325 miles. I guess they can make things up as they go ). Furthermore I am being charged an administrative fee of $172.44 ( for their excellent and efficient service ). This is beyond fathomable. So basically I wind up paying for coverage that was rescinded and recovered so basically leaving me uninsured and still have to pay for the coverage of 6 plus months of NO COVERAGE PLUS MADE UP MILEAGE AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES. THAT MAKES NO SENSE EVEN TO THE MOST INSANELY DERANGED INDIVIDUAL.
So I am writing and requesting your assistance in obtaining a fair resolution to this matter and to avoid me going to every social media outlet as giving SCATHING REVIEWS, ALSO WILL GO TO GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES BOTH LOCAL, STATE AND NATIONAL.

Vehicle extended warranty
I have been having issues with Endurance Warranty paying any claim for repairs on my 2019 Ram 1500. On my last claim, my repair that should have been fully cover was denied because of a less than 100 mile difference from a carfax report from two years ago and the mileage from the time of creating the policy. I had to go back and forth with this company about the carfax report being incorrect and I was told that the carfax report is never wrong and I gave them the wrong mileage. I had to contact the dealership and get a statement emailed confirming the mileage at the time of purchase and the mileage listed in the carfax was inputed three weeks after the service was completed. After those documents were approved by endurance, I was sent an email stating that the claim would be processed and that endurance would contact the repair facility. I called the repair facility on 30 May 2023 and let them know that endurance said that the repairs would be covered. On 06 July 2023 I was notified by the repair facility that my truck was ready for pickup. After I arrived at the repair facility, I noticed that I owed the total bill and endurance had not contacted the dealership. The representative from the dealership contacted endurance to process the payment and was told that the claim was denied. I called endurance on 07 July 2023 and was told that they would not honor my claim because I authorized them to fix the vehicle. This company already had all the repair information including parts and labor from the claim that they told me was covered under my policy in May. This company has made every effort to deny paying any claim and has scammed me not only of my monthly premium, but also two repair claims.
Desired outcome: Pay my Claim in full and my rental car expenses. I have been without my vehicle for two months!
Unwanted soliciting methods
This company keeps sending me notices for price increases of my vehicle service plan, when I never had any service contract with them. THe tone of the notice is vaguely threatening and upsetting. I have had several chats with them to remove me from the mailing list. It is a very bad business method to entice you to call for customer service using dead lines and" Customer Code Numbers" I would never do business with them.
Auto warranty
Endurance demanded our past 3 oil change invoices before approving service. Our mechanic emailed them over 2 days ago but NOTHING appears in their system. Today, we did a three way call between my oil change provider and two endurance agents. Endurance was dissatisfied with the first documents the oil change agent emailed over then when that same oil change agent got back on a SECOND 3 way call with endurance and emailed over more detailed oil change info... well, it was again lost in Endurances system. Days have gone by. Our family vacation is on the brink of not happening without our car, and Endurance seems not to care one bit. It's clear, they'll put minute technicalities in your path then cloud that path with their systems own snafus. We thought we were buying piece of mind. Instead, this company stole our money and precious time together as a family. Avoid them.
Desired outcome: Fund the repair we paid good money for your warranty to cover.
I bought a car a little over a year ago, and due to the problems I've had with other used cars in the past, I took out an Endurance plan. My transmission started slipping badly over the Memorial Day weekend. I contacted them, as I'm supposed to, then had it towed to the transmission shop up the street. The transmission shop told me I needed a new transmission, AND ENDURANCE HAD DENIED THE CLAIM, on the pretext that it was an existing condition. ENDURANCE IS A SCAM! I encourage everyone to avoid them like a plague. They are profiteers and nothing more!

Heard every excuse why my claim was denied for a covered part.
June 2023. Claim went from approved and proceed to denied in 1 day, after repairs were started. Then someone from Endurance called offering a refund of install fees I paid. I just had to sign a form saying I wouldn’t leave neg reviews. I refused to sign it, now they are refusing to pay me back even the prorated amount they claim you’ll be refunded. Crooks!
Desired outcome: Full refund of everything paid to Endurance plus I installment fees. I am not seeking compensation for my trip to the ED due to anxiety that I thought was a heart attack due to what I am being put through emotionally by this company.
Claims
Every reason the BBB investigated them for, they used on me! It 1st started with a false mileage discrepancy. I quickly proved them wrong! That did not come without a 3 day wait for them to tell me the inaccurate information was fixed. Then came the call telling me the claim was approved and to let the repair shop know it was ok to proceed. So I did. The next day the repair shop calls and says my claim was denied. Apparently when they say Approved and Proceed that’s not what they actually mean to do. (5 different customer service representatives even read back to me that it was covered and ok to proceed with the claim!) After many calls and hours on the phone with them, I heard every excuse of why the claim was denied, after being approved. From a "pre-existing" condition (even though there was no indication of anything wrong with it) too, they won’t pay for it because I should have known the part was going bad. Guess who got stuck paying the bill?!
With all the other negative reviews & investigation from the BBB, I am seriously considering contacting a class action lawsuit attorney. Their deceptive and pattern of immoral business practices needs to be stopped!
The above glance into my experience doesn’t even go into the worse of it! Save yourself a headache and take your business somewhere else!

They dont pay claims no matter what
This company is a scam. My claim was denied because of millage discrepancy then they said it was a pre existing issue. They will find out any excuse and not pay. Make sure you do your homework and visit the FB page. They have been doing this for a while and they need to be shut down. Stay away. Its a waste of money. And they will never cover anything.

Refusal to pay coils which is covered under my diamond exclusionary policy
Endurance gave my policy to Smart Auto (I was never notified of the change and wanted Endurance due to their coverage of older cars as they advertise. Mine is a 2015 and I spend 134.00 per month for this extra coverage.
My mechanic was working on car due to vibration and skipping. Said coils would probably have to be replaced. Smart Auto said he would have to replace plugs (not covered even tho I thought they were) before he could replace the coils.(around 5/20/23). we took that to mean replace plugs and do the coils. Around 5/24/23 he did just that and tried to get approval. They said they could credit about 1100.00 but they would have to inspect the car. That would take 1-2 days. Too late we did what we thought they told us to do. By the way a coil was replaced in October no problem. It would be logical that the others would be bad. Bear in mind this is the only vehicle that I have and this was a rush.
The endurance policy stipulates that over 2000.00 . not 1900.00
Desired outcome: I would like to be paid for what my policy covers which are the coils. I was told when i signed up with Endurance I would not have to pay for anything but routine maintenance. I never asked for Smart Auto.
Failure to honor warranty paid for.
I sent my car to the shop for repair. Endurance went out of their way to deny my claim. The money I spent for the warranty was wasted. The claims individual blew off my call and was very nonchalant about the call. The salesman who sold me the policy led me to believe that a repair of this type would be covered. Stay away from the company at all costs.

So I did a quote online and then was contwct3d by a endurance rep he told me the b3st thing about them was they were the only administrator on there policy so they could offer fast and easy claims no matter what the cost was so I agreed to purchase the agreement and then a week went by still didn't get a contract I had to email them and request a copy and when I got it it had smart auto as the administrator so I emailed them back to inquire about this caus I said I didn't feel comfortable with smart auto I read to many bad reviews on them and the agent assured me that enduranc3 was the administrator of my policy and if I had aby other problems to just call them well when my truck broke down and I try to submit a claim I'm direct e d to smart autocare where you habe to set on hold for hours to talk to anyone when the shop trys to call to submit claim they are on hold for to long and can't get through so when I finally got through for shop the claims department took the call and then said they had to assign a adjuster and that t a key 48 hours now this is on week 4 and still habe not had any resolution I've lost my job donto not habe a way to work endurance halls indeed practiced deceptive practices here by making me believe they woukd be administrator now smart auto is trying to deny my claim I intend to file a law suit for the loss if they don't resolve this I will not stop letting everyone know of thus scam

How do you tackle a company that takes your money, and wont fix your vehicle, or find some one in albuquerque, nm, that doesn't want to deal with them, so I canceled my so called corrupt policy,. I spent two weeks trying to get a repair shop to do a valve job, on my 2012 f 150 and all they want to do is install a new motor 6 to 8 weeks 8,000 bucks so rather than deal with them I canceled the policy to get my money returned so far nothing back yet, been a month endurance, we had two diffrent policys got burned on the first one, cost us $1000 bucks for a $35 dollar fuel control sensor they wouldnt pay any thing for that, so then they said we would have a up graded policy yeah sure so when our 2012 ford f150 started having a missfire on #8 cylinder I started looking for a repair shop to do a valve job $4000 every where ive been the all say they wont deal with endurance or the other warentee companys because the want to supply there own parts and very slow pay, one shop needed a
Radiator on a jeep took two weeks to get it from endurance they could had it same day from local co so I think every body should be aware about them mikeg so endurance I want all my money back or going back to att general
Canceling coverage within a few days and still no refund
I opened an account in January of 2023, cancelled days later without 10 miles driven on my car, and it is a few days away from June. Still charged my credit card after repeated and notarized cancellation notices within days of opening an account. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to receive my refund. Horrible how this company can take your money instantly but require you to wait for yours so long. No one above contact people to address and told email is only way to handle this after 6 months! Baboons could do a better job, and I am sorry to say that makes me even stupider to sign up with this scam of a company. I have been stone walled, lied to, and cheated out of my money. I want everyone to know this is unjustifiable theft. They quickly take your money but as of yet no return has been issued. I asked for supervisors or CEO’s but was denied anyway to contact anyone above receptionist levels. We haven’t achieved AI yet so I am sure someone is raking in the funds, or shall I say I’ll gotten gains. I will do what needs to be done until I get my deserved satisfaction.

I have never had or asked for anything from Endurance Auto but get 20-35 emails a day. This is [censored]. If I wanted your services I’d ask for them. No need to send mass emails. I’ve tried to unsubscribe to whatever they think I signed up for and they just doubled the mass emails. STOP
