I gotta say, I'm not too thrilled with EngineerSupply right now. I was trying to order some gear and gadgets for my engineering work up here in Alaska, but when I went to check out, there were no estimated shipping rates available for my location. What gives, man? How am I supposed to know when my stuff is gonna arrive if I don't even know how much it's gonna cost to ship it?

I'm just hoping that someone from EngineerSupply will get back to me soon with some confirmation of my order and some details on when I can expect it to arrive. It's not like I'm asking for the moon here, you know? Just a little bit of communication would go a long way in improving my opinion of this company.

So, if you're thinking about ordering from EngineerSupply, just be aware that you might have some trouble getting your stuff shipped to certain locations. And if you do run into any issues, don't expect a lightning-fast response from their customer service team. All in all, I'd say that EngineerSupply has some work to do if they want to win over more customers like me.

I gotta say, I was pretty frustrated with EngineerSupply when I tried to send a construction calculator to my son. I mean, I wanted to do a nice thing for the kid, you know? But your site just wouldn't let me change the name on the shipping address. Like, come on, man! I tried changing it like a million times, but it just kept saying "Claire Garcia" instead of "Jose Garcia." What's up with that?

Anyway, I eventually gave up and just had the calculator shipped to my own address. And I gotta say, it's a pretty sweet calculator. My son is gonna love it. But still, it would have been nice if your site had let me change the name on the shipping address. Just sayin'.

I gotta say, EngineerSupply is pretty good. The website is easy to use and find what you need. But, I gotta be honest, I was a little worried when I got the shipping and tracking email the same day it arrived. I mean, I was about to call customer service and ask what was up. It would be great if they could send those emails out a little earlier, you know? Just to save us all some stress. But, overall, I'm happy with my purchase and thanks to EngineerSupply for getting it to me on time.

I recently bought some stuff from EngineerSupply and it came all messed up. I tried to get in touch with them to fix the problem, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. I've sent them a bunch of emails and called them a bunch of times, but they're not helping me out. It's a bummer because I was really excited to use the stuff I bought, but now it's all messed up and I don't know what to do. I wouldn't recommend buying from them if you don't want to end up in the same boat as me. It's a real shame because I thought they were a good company, but I guess not.

I recently bought a Safeco flat file and base from EngineerSupply and requested a lift gate and inside delivery. However, when the semi driver arrived, he didn't have a lift gate trailer. This made it difficult for me to get the flat file and base into my pickup truck. I had to back my truck up to the semi and help the driver load it into my pickup bed. The driver was kind enough to help me get it off the pickup and onto the sidewalk in front of my house.

Once the flat file and base were on the sidewalk, I had to get it into my house myself. It was a major struggle, but I managed to do it. Despite the difficulties I faced during the delivery process, I'm happy with my purchase from EngineerSupply. The Safeco flat file and base is exactly what I needed for my home office.

Overall, I would recommend EngineerSupply to anyone looking for high-quality office supplies. The only downside was the delivery process, but that was due to the semi driver not having the right equipment. Despite this, I'm happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from EngineerSupply again in the future.

So, my hubby bought something from EngineerSupply back in May. But, thanks to the coronavirus, the shipping was delayed. So, he decided to cancel the order and buy it somewhere else. But, guess what? They still haven't given him his money back! They keep saying they did, but they didn't. And now, they won't even talk to him about it. This was a really expensive item, so we're pretty upset about it. I wouldn't tell anyone to shop here. They really screwed us over. We might even have to get a lawyer involved.
