I was charged 2x for the free trial, then charged 3x for a monthly subscription - I blocked my credit card and commenced fraud investigations - all charges were refunded to me (close to $800) so I thought that was the end - I got a new credit card and have just found out I have been charged another 3 subscription fees $175 each) over $500 just in May alone - I don't know how they got my new credit card no or how they can keep charging me for something I haven't received - I only ever received the initial tester which is horrible and smells like stale olive oil - absolutely appalled I can't afford to keep paying these scammers and to keep having my credit card blocked and reissued …. They keep deleting my posts on FB which indicates they are dodgy but I’ll keep putting up reviews and comments when I can until I get my money back and they stop charging me every month..
Products were great after trying it for 3 weeks, but I think they need to improve how to sell the products since customers were confused about it and thought it was a free sample. Overall I'll give them thumbs up for a great product that really helped me.
I'm happy to share the result of using the product for 4 weeks. I placed an order for free trial and saw their terms, I skipped the free trial and headed directly for a promotion of dollar a day since I read a lot of reviews regarding the oil and I think it will really work for my dry skin.
Clearly you didn't read the policy before placing the order. We must be careful all the time in ordering online. Luckily, was aware enough with the policy and had a free trial, products were great that's why I was persuade to have a monthly shipment with discounted price.
We should read first the Terms on the products we are ordering online. It's our discretion since we decided to order something so it's our responsibility to know more about the product and how it really works. We're just too lazy to read terms just to be honest. I, myself tried their product and it really work for me. I find it very helpful because I have a very sensitive skin. When I tried their free trial it does not irritates my skin. I also read their terms that is the first thing I do before submitting the order. I understand how trial works. I contacted their customer support and they gave me discounted price for the trial and set up on their promo with free mascara and I am getting it every 2 months.
I think this complaints are absurd, the company provided their terms and conditions like what other companies do. Being irresponsible for not reading the conditions before you place an order is not a valid excuse. This is ruining someones business.

It really hurts me reading all these bad reviews. I really like the Argan oil and I really admire the company to provide a lifetime discount up to 70% off. When I first started the Essence of Argan Trial. I also got billed $98.42 USD and got angry but when I spoke to the company's representative about the Terms and Condition. I realized one thing, All of us consumers did not or should I say we just ignore to read the Policy of the company. Being billed $98.42 USD were to convert it in AUD its $148.68 AUD I really got pissed off, I shouted and course to the representative I've talked to, But good thing they well explained their policy and ask me to check the email, from that moment I feel embarrassed because technically speaking its really my fault, I should never blame the company. We all thinking why they still operating till now despite the charges they have taken, there is only one answer. THE COMPANY IS NOT A SCAMMERS they are a legit company. Some of the customers turn the essence of argan a scam because of their rants and post bad reviews were they should understand that they failed to read the Terms and Conditions of the company. Please Stop the hates, read first before you click. The good thing is the product is truly a great product, a great moisturizer and it does wonders for my stretch marks, using it twice daily. I've been enrolled once every 2 months subscription for $29.99 plus a free gift of Mascara. Best Recommended Products!
All I can say to this is that, we all know we are ordering something online and also we ourselves entered our personal information (includes the email address and cc information). We should keep in mind that we are responsible in checking our emails about the confirmations on the one that we ordered. I have tried ordering their free trial and before I submitted the order I read first their Terms and conditions which I am aware that I'll be getting charge every month. I am using the product and it's very effective for my skin. I really do have dry skin before. This one works for me. I did appreciate the discounted price given to me by their representatives since I really love the product and wanting to use it every month. i've read reviews about essence of argan, and most of them are negative statements! honestly i will not be encouraged to try this product at first due to those complaints..but I havent read reviews about the feedback about the product itself, it focused on the "charges".
last November, i give it a try, i tried their "free trial" products, owh well i've read all the details in their policies not to be one of their "victims". i ordered it online and after 4days it knocks on my door. I tried using argan oil for a week and I already noticed the effects on my skin, no more flaky skin and chapped lips . i opted argan oil as make up remover also, it doesnt harm my skin at all.
I tried to call their cs support for cancellation of my account, because i am afraid of huge charges if i failed to comply with their terms and conditions. . since i love the product, the representative that i talked to offered me a great discount. I am enjoying the product at 29$ plus lipgloss every 3 months (a 30ml bottle lasts for almost 3months).
