On 09.10.2022 I ordered a trial/free sample of Essence of Argan 30mls S&H $6.99 and a trial/free sample of Idrotherapy S&H $7.49. I noted the Argan was charged out as $12.47 (Purple-Charge) and the Idrotherapy was charged out at $13.36 (JUNO-PAY.COM) +an offshore service margin 0.28c. Todate 25.10.2022

I have not received either product. Further to this, on the 24 October 2022 I noted a pending withdrawal from my account for $204.61 purple charge.com that I did not authorize. I rand the New Zealand number and the call was redirected - voice sounded Asian - I stated I had not received any samples and asked for an explanation. The woman said that because I had not responded to their email that under the terms and conditions, I was liable for payment of $204.6 to their company. I reiterated I had not received the samples, how could I possibly evaluate the sample when I had not received any. Nor had I received an email she stated had been sent. I asked her to send a copy of the email that had supposedly been sent. The woman sent through an email with a true date 24.10.2022 and time 3.50pm - as it was ie it coincided with NZ time. It had not been sent at all ! She then stated I could track and trace it and was given LH222228135AU. I said that's an Australian number and she agreed. I asked to have the order cancelled but she said it was already on it's way. I said I wanted a full refund ie $204.61 that this was illegal, not in keeping with fair trading under their terms and conditions, ie I had not received the samples, that I would be contacting my bank which I have done this morning. The withdrawal cannot be halted and I need to change my card details to prevent further withdrawals. I have still have not been able to track the samples !

I ordered a free sample (just pay shipping) on about 21 August 2022. I received the 'so called' free sample and have only today realised they have taken money from my account on 5, 7 and 21 September totalling $600. I haven't even received any product apart from the free sample.

I've contacted them but they say they can't refund as it's passed 30 days since the order was made.

I haven't received any emails or invoices from them.

I have continually emailed you but I have not had any response back I didn't have the free trial long enough before you started taking money out of my bank account and it was different amounts both times the first one was for £65.98 on the 29th June 2022 then the second one was for £119.86. I don't have any postal address to return anything my ticket number is 1209810 hope that this enough information

I have tried several times to get this company to please stop sending me their product. I haven't ordered it and I don't want it. The product arrived in my mailbox on June 28/22. It is a cream and an oil of some kind.

I have emailed them this week, but have not heard back.

I am being scammed and have noticed several other people complaining of the same crime.

I ordered a free trial of te Essence of Argon Oil after seeing a TV presenter here in Australia, Lisa Wilkinson, touting the virtues of the product.

I was billed $15,22 on 13/12/21 for the "Fee Trial" and then $8.43 also on 13/12/21 for BLS*1shop-bill.com

Since then, I have just noticed when conducting an audit on my card, unauthorised deductions:

I have been charged and sent this product 3 times now. It was supposed to be a trial .

I don’t use it and want this to stop. Please cancel and delete my details off your system.

I have spoke and warned as many of my friends of the unrealistic time frame from when you request :"Free Trial" you no sooner get the product not enough time to trial it before money is zapped out of your account.

I doubt you'll share my review so on every time I see it advertised on Face Book or my emails I will warn people to steer clear.

I couldn't even get a postal address to return the product unused

In December 2021 I ordered Essence of Argan oil and Idrotherapy cream as a sample. The small print said I had to return the item if I didnt want the product within 14 days. However due to xmas delivery I did not receive the products until day 14. I went on to the EASY CANCEL site and cancelled all orders and my subscription but they still sent me the next months order.

On sunday 13th February my husband noticed that there were pending payments on my credit card and when he checked it was another delivery.

I went on to the EASY CANCEL site again and cancelled my subscription but I decided to go on the Live chat and the operator said well the EC site was down at the moment and had I received an email to say that I had cancelled the order. Where on the website does it say that I had to receive an email to confirm I had cancelled. The Chat host then asked me to send a photo of their website that said I had cancelled. Gobsmacked is the only thing I can say. In all they have taken almost £800 from my credit card.

I ordered ONE bottle of this oil to try. It arrived. Useless.

Today I received another bottle I DID NOT ORDER. Refund this immediately and STOP sending product I do not want. There is no invoice, no receipt, no information, only the bottle - against consumer law actually.

I order the free trail for my girl friend and paid the shipping and handling by a credit card. I got the product. Everything seemed ok until I recieved my statement for my credit card. It show 2 transaction from you guys that I did not ok! and reported them. This is a sneaky way of doing business and I will let everyone know that you guys can not be trusted and are a bunch of scammers. Ooh another thing I had my card canceled.

Then COULD NOT FIND HOW OR WHERE TO CANCEL.

On 02/01/2022 they took $142.82 from my account.
It listed them as EFAST-PAY.COM

On the 19/01/2022 they took $152.55 from the same account.
Again they were listed as EFAST-PAY.COM

after agreeing to receive a free sample thinking your advertisement saying a well known Aussie celebrity used your products was true, which it wasn't, I am now continually receiving the [products and being charged. I neither wanted or authorised this.
I have not opened the two unwanted packets and certainly not ordered them.
I am a disability pensioner and this is wasteful and stressful. I do not want to have to take this to a higher authority so hope it can be resolved immediately please. happy to send products back to Narellan..

I signed up to the free trial via facebook in a moment of irrational thought. There is NOTHING on this page stating its a subscription, if it's there it is written so tiny it in a deliberate attempt to stop people seeing it. I have just re reviewed the trial page and can see nothing, otherwise I NEVER would have done this trial. I did not give any permission to charge my card for these products, I gave permission for postage only.

I have now received a second lot and rang up to cancel today, being told there is another lot in the post I will also have to pay for. I had no idea these creams are so expensive, I have now paid more than $600 for creams I do not like nor want.

The customer service person informed me I would be charged to return these product which is grossly unfair.

22/12/21 Pruchased sample trail products ( order # 567239) from Essence of Argan Australia whilst cancellation was an option, there was no indication of costs for ongoing products or membership or any correspondence to advise $142.09 & $105.09 would be withdrawn from our bank account. Once we did realise this money was being withdrawn we cancelled subscription immediatley.
I note there is several other complaints similar to ours.

3 months ago, I paid the shipping cost $9.90 for one Free Trial of this product. I keep getting one a month which I want stopped. I didn't ask for any more so please stop sending them. If they keep being sent I will be contacting Consumer Affairs.

This company is the most unethical company I have ever come across.
Their add suggested to trial the argon oil for only the price of postage.

No mention of any other product.

I requested the trial and noticed I was charged twice for the postage.

Tried to send an email with out success. They send me an sms to ask me to complete my order. I was not game enough to get back into their site.

No mobile number used does not allow a call back.

I searched the internet and noticed their facebook and instragram is voided.

I discovered after researching this company they are scammers. I blocked my card.

I check my transactions regularly and noticed on 1st November my credit card had been debited with $142.82 AU. I send through a message via their only one method of chatting to a computer.

Finally I received a phone call from them today 13th November to state is is in the conditions that if you don't cancel the order with 14 days the customer is charged for the product.

Nowhere in their ad was this stipulated. I called them out on this and they repeated you must check to terms and conditions. I told them at no time did I authorize any deductions or did I place an order. I asked them to cancel any further orders immediately.

Again I checked my bank account and have noticed they have withdrawn $150 from my account without authorization.

I have attempted to ring them back on the number they rang in on and it says I do not have sufficient phone credit to make a call.

I keep getting these items in repeat. I want to stop the order please. My number is [protected]. Thank you

I signed up for the Free trial and got billed $75 then another $75 a few weeks later. Received the free sample of argan oil but that's it.
Total scam how do I stop this?
I cannot find the ad for this on Facebook and have never received a email from them. So how do I even unsubscribe if that's what I need to do?

I have been charged sooo much for nothing I have called numerous times even been told I will be receiving a refund that was a month ago
