I signed up for a free trial product. but paid the postage of $7.14. then they have charged me $83.80 every month. I did not subscribe for this every month. A free trial, is supposed to be free.

I asked for a free sample of the essence but l was not aware that l would have to pay $135 for it l would like to get my money back as it is a scam and l do not like been taken like this l am just a pensioner and cannot afford to pay this amount every month so could you please help me as l am very upset.

I signed for a Free Sample, while browsing on my fb their ad popped up and I was encouraged to sign up since it is FREE. i thought it was just a FREE SAMPLE, without reading all details, i confirmed an order which is thought i will just be paying the postage. then after weeks I was then shocked that they took almost 120AUD in my account. at first i thought they are culprit! a scam! before calling their cs i checked my email and my bad, it was my fault that I failed to read the "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" . i called the cs and hoping that they could reverse the charges, i admit it was my fault not reading all the details before placing my order, i was afraid that they will be charging me same amount every month. luckily! the person that i talked to explained their policy and since I love the product, she gave me a 70% lifetime discount and upto this date i am receiving the argan every 3months.

I am using this argan oil in my skin and in my hair. I discovered that it can act as a moisturiser for the scalp to fight dandruff and dry scalp.

This product is a lil bit pricey! but worth the price. This is organic which was recommended by my dermatologist. It doesn't harm my so sensitive skin. It even saved my brittle hair .

why you guys keep on saying the about illegal charge, wherein fact their terms and conditions was presented to us when we initially placed an order. . when an ad popped in my fb, i was not encouraged immediately. I went to their website and checked if there are hidden charges. . it is our obligation as consumers to read first before placing an order. .be honest guys

This oil is really magical, I am using this for months now. So far i noticed the moisture it gives on my skin and it even treats skin problems such as eczema and dryness, it even lighten pimple marks. I m accidentally click on free trial from social media website and end up charge the monthly subscription to my credit card. I didn't receive the trial sample and felt this is a scam. If I didn't notice it, it will continue being charge

I have tried to avail the free trial. I was really upset when I got billed. contacted Customer service and then Terms and conditions were explained to me, even had one representative walked me through the full terms online, then i realized t'was my fault. It was my fault i did not read terms and conditions but they still provided me offers, was enrolled to a monthly subscription and till now i still am, you really see the result after 2 months of using it every day. now i can say I LOVE EVERY DROP of the oil and cream.

I asked about the charges on my credit card account. They expalained to me about the charge and was able to understand their Terms and conditions. The representative is very friendly and polite. She gave me discounted price because I really do love the product. It makes my skin very smooth ( I do have dry skin before). It helps moisturizes my skin too. They introduced me to their promo which I get a free mascara for my eye lashes. I woud highly recommend this product. It's really effective and worth the price.

I had a charge for this product since I subscribe to their free trial. I contacted their customer support and I was explained about the terms and conditions and was given discounted prices. I understand that all of us will see something online which is for free we have to make sure that we are reading the Terms and conditions since every companies has it's own terms that we need to follow. I have continued using their product since it really works fro my skin. I really had dry skin before so when I used this it helps moisturize my skin and keeps it healthy. I am set up with their promo for $29.99 every month.

When I first started the Essence of Argan Trial. I also got billed $98.42 USD and got angry but when I spoke to the company's representative about the Terms and Condition. I realized one thing, All of us consumers did not or should I say we just ignore to read the Policy of the company. Being billed $98.42 USD were to convert it in AUD its $148.68 AUD I really got pissed off, I shouted and course to the representative I've talked to, But good thing they well explained their policy and ask me to check the email, from that moment I feel embarrassed because technically speaking its really my fault, I should never blame the company.
