Etisalat outgoing not working

We have 15 CUG connections with the account number [protected]. All the CUG numbers are getting only incoming calls but not working for outgoing calls. We have been to etisalat business center with this complaint but they are saying your account is active and working. Unfortunately till now it is not working for outgoing calls. Please resolve this issue immediately.

Etisalat service request no 782920339 dated 16/07/2019

This is regarding business connection, made a request for additional lines for account Number [protected], but still did not get the service, however daily basis, etisalat staff informing technical person will come tomorrow, like this they are just informing every day for next day...next day...
Its very very poor service, no responsibility, no customer care, no sincere customer service from etisalat.

Etisalat etisalat cancellation

I have cancelled my phone account ([protected]) after an endless international phone call (40 minutes) and the promise all would be cancelled after a final payment, which I transferred right away. Now 3 months later my colleague received a bill of 560.28 AED pending payments and the threat of a bad credit score in the UAE. I do not live there anymore and I am not worried about this but I am very infuriated by this tactic and by the policy of this company, making it impossible to cancel. I have written to them and am awaiting reply

Dear Nora,
the same situation is happening to me now. So expensive bill received now, after correct cancellation of the sim. How did it turn out with Etisalat?
Have you opened a legal case against them?
They are making this on purpose but it's so unfair

Etisalat offer rejected for person of disability

I have postpaid connection from etisalat I was informed that I will get 50% offer on my plan as I'm a person of disability, so I activated 175 plan on March, Before activating i checked and confirmed with 2 resprepresentatives through chat and visiting business center.

Every month i used to get the bill for 175 AED, when i call they used to deduct 50%, but the last June i received the same bill, when i called they said there is no such offer I have to pay the full bill otherwise suggesting me to degrade my plan.

As per the government website, it's clearly mentioned. As a person of disability, i will have 50% discount on my selected plan

I sent all the chat proof to [protected]@etisalat.ae & [protected]@etisalalt.ae, but no use, they simply closed my compliant, without informing me, i came to know yesterday by calling 800101.

Also, there is a 50% offer on my life, which I never offered.

I'm totally stress and unable to concentrate on my work I felt like cheated.

I'm going to Files a consumer case against this till I get justice for my rejection.

Etisalat customer service and billing overcharging

Complaint no. [protected]

It took me 60+ minute to raise a complaint. I was charged for the add on service which I never activated and I never registered my landline number on my app where Etisalat customer care service representatives claiming that I have activated. 

Customer service is so pathetic, terrible, unprofessional, arrogant and any name you can take. If you want to boil your blood. Call ETISALAT 101. Worst customer service in the world. 

It's only 50-60 dirhams and I don't care about this. All I care is that I didn't activated the service which I am explaining it to the customer service and they don't want to help me out. They don't want to escalate the complaint to superiors even if the customer is loosing up his patience so stubborn. I am not going to use Etisalat

Worst customer service ever in my last 10 years experience. You are being charged for something u never activated. Billing is so pathetic and untrained people.

They have closed the case by saying that we have tried calling you "1" time and you didn't answer so we are closing the case. How PROFESSIONAL! sarcastic way.

Etisalat 3 accounts generated after my final exit

I worked in Dubai last few years 2011 to 2017. I cancel my visa and exit from Dubai last 2017 Nov. After my exit surprisingly I received mail states 3 account bills in my name all are used around 2500AED. When I checked with the Etisalat team there replay is some one used your emirates Id. Then I contact UAE emirates ID department there statement is clear once I canceled my visa my emirates Id will cancel automatically (attached my visa cancel paper here) . I am following this issue since June 2018 but no solution as of now. But I am receiving mails from collection department frequently (refer snap shot) . I already followed 1 year in this same issue I have all my mail followup copies. I need the solution immediately in this issue.

Etisalat transfer of services

a simple transfer of services from one apartment in the burj khalifa to another apartment 30 floors down is taking weeks.
We get told a Techinican will come out and then they don't show, this has happened now on three occasions.
Today a manager allegedly rings to say they have some cable issues in the building.
It's the worlds worst service I have yet to see.
- no one calls with updates
- you as a customer are non stop following up and the agents all act like they have no knowledge and are clueless . No one helps or supports!
- you waste your time and energy
- issue still not resolved
- 2.5 weeks and still no Tv or internet service
It's a disgrace how a simple process has to take a service provider weeks with no follow up or updates! All the team need to be investigated under a formal disciplinary channel, re-trained or competent people hired.

Etisalat elife/ home internet

Last year I was living in Burdubai with eLife Al Shamil account no. [protected].
I left the flat in November 2018. I made request for cancellation of my home internet many times as below;
17 November 2018 - Request no. [protected]
27 November 2018 - Request no. [protected]
I have new elife account in my new flat in deira which I am using and paying bill every month.
This month they blocked my Mobile sim card.
They say I have outstanding dues on elife [protected]. But there is no usage on the account since
November 2018?
I explained everything but they are rejecting my request and blocking my sim card.
They are telling me pay 1, 200 aed but why will I pay when I have not used and I have cancelled already in November 2018? I have new elife and I am paying every month.
I am very upset and disappointed.
I am being harassed a lot about this and I will escalate this further to social media and consumer forum.

Etisalat postpaid

I wanted to cancel my postpaid account [protected]. Since I am on vacation in india for an indefinite period, I chose etisalat bank account channel to settle the dues. The bank account details were provided by customer care team. I remitted amount to the same. Two transfers were made on 26 and 27 may 2019. Payment done was aed 168 against the outstanding amount of aed 166.44. My intention was to discontinue the service in the month of may itself. Because I can't afford to pay one more months bill. Transfer details were copied to the team as well. Two cancellation request were made. During first request# [protected] I was told to wait for a call within 7 working days. But I received none. Several mail conversation were done. The second request is #[protected]
I was advised by customer care to again send bank statement as proof of transfer. I provided. Now for the worst part I am shocked to know that the bank details provided earlier was obsolete.
So new account details are given.
What happened to my first remittance?
Who is accountable for the untoward expenses suffered by me?
A m I not eligible for a refund?
Please consider my redressal at its merit and enforce my account cancellation at the earliest.

Etisalat someone used my emirates id after my exit

Greetings!
I was worked in dubai since 2010 to 2017, unfortunately i got a good offer in saudi arabia and exit from dubai on Nov 2017 through sharjah airport E-Gate. After my Exit surprisingly i received mails says 3 accounts started in your name and the payment amount each account more than 2000. Moreover may 2018 started this issue and contact Etisalat since may 2018 but they are not take any necessary action on this but i am receiving mails from the collection department frequently. I need permanent solution in this issue. Refer the attached details for more information.

I already checked with emigration team there statement is clear, not possible to use my emirates Id after my visa cancel. This is the game of Etisalat collection team. Now I am frequently receiving mails from collection department.

Etisalat roaming deposit not returned from etisalat

After being 10 years as a loyal customer to Etisalat paying my bills on full and on time, I decided this year to switch to Du! I I asked Etisalat to return my roaming security deposit of 2000 aed which they are refusing to pay in many ways!
1st I was told to make request, they got back to me that the money was released back in 2015! I asked for proof but none is available!
Other employee on 101 has said it went back on my account as minutes for the whole year April 2015 to 2016, thank God I have bills from this period but none states any minutes adds on!
It is clear to me that Etisalat is wanting to avoid to pay me my hard earned money but I am determined to get it back!
Please help

Etisalat wifi service

Most unstable service I've come through in my years of numerous service providers. Keeps getting reset every now and then, can't do anything on a straight stretch. And for one they are one of the only two available here. Outright irritating. Hope they shut down for good rather make money out of such bad service. Hopeless idiots. And as far as I've read from other reviews, their service is also extremely bad, so no point going to them to get it resolved either. Pathetic.

Etisalat elife service charges

I got service charges because my elife internet was not working due to change device as per etisalat and i was asking from etisalat peoples that make sure i shouldnot get any charges because you are the one who change the internet devices after that we are facing internet issues, kindly take a not to help me to reverse the service charges of AED150/- which is not acceptable, i had very very bad experiance from etisalat always, because always they are saying something & doing something else,
Seek your kind help to reverse the charges.

Etisalat telephone connection

We sought etisalat connection for our company. But the alarm at thr police is not working. We need a technician to solve the issue at the earliest. We had filed the complaint 3 days before. We are not receiving any assistance from ur part rather than telling us that they would reach soon. This is absurd. Complaint no. [protected]. We wonder You are giving such feeble response to ur valued customers. We are moving legally against u if immediate action is not taken for the losses we have incurred due to ur negligence.

Etisalat home service elife

So I have taken a elife service from etisalat, on the month of november for home service from them. Out of a sudden I have to go back to my country as soon as possible. So I had gone to the business center in ibn battuta mall in the etisalat department. When I reached there the agent cleared all the bills on 21st march 2019 till the month of march. And she had mentioned that all the bills are settled. And you have nothing to pay as it even reflected on the system. I will be posting the picture of the receipt too below. So on 30th march she had told to give a confirmation so I had called them on 30th march itself for the cancellation of the home services. And they confirmed me with so and said it will be done in a week. On 7th april i'm getting a call from them saying to make more payments. I told them that the agent said to ke before that the payments are already cleared and I had paid the exit charges also. But still they are insisting to pay. So I registered a complaint on the agent who told me on 21st march that the account are cleared already. Today after a month of daily conversations with them. They are still not giving me a valid reason for me to pay the amount. The pictures that I have attached is of both the reference number and the copy of the bill, received by the agent name and the platform where I was sitting.

Etisalat accounting & bookkeeping

Dear Sir.

Good Day.
I have received subject invoice No. on 10th April 2019 concerning my telephone No [protected] which is apparently much in excess in the previous bills.
In this bill therefore errors, which I wish to bring to your discover for rectification. I have approached Etisalat Business Centers and informed the same and the response was not satisfactory as they have charged 506 dhs as roaming charges while I was outside UAE. To make your kind notice I have switched off the data pack while travelling and this bill is quite unbelievable.
I am sure that, there is some error with accounting or there is usually some mix up someplace. I request you to kindly look into the matter and get the telephone bill corrected. Normally, I shall be obliged when you can produce the details regarding the same. Now I am sending back the telephone bill for the ready reference and essential correction.
Please look in to the matter and do the needful as it will be highly appreciated.

Etisalat adsl home internet

برجاء العلم ان سرعة الانترنت الارضي منخفضة جدا و هذا الشيئ يحدث بشكل متكرر علما بأن السرعة المقررة هي 2 ميجا بايت و ان اقضي سرعة يصل اليها الانترنت الان هي 300 ميجا بايت برجاء اتخاذ اللازم

Etisalat Broadband

Hi there
I had to request regarding my payment with broad band I had lost my job back in 2016 and I have to move back to India my broadband was in another name
Unfortunately I am not able to pay the amount that time
But later the bill came 3000 and where I have to pay 1 month only it was 330 aged only
Please help me to solve this issue

Etisalat mobile service

In the United States since September. Tried canceling my service in August 2018 (contract ended). They renewed it without my permission or authorization in September 2018. I was 100% paid off on August 31, 2018). Refused to cancel unless I came in the last day of the month (September 30, 2018). They continue to bill me at 300AED per month. With penalties and charges now 4644 AED. Got an email from their legal department. I told them to sue me in sue me in Seattle Washington for that amount. Not paying for September 2018 to March 2019 when my carrier has been t-mobile.
