Unauthorized usage charges
My prepaid mobile number is [protected]. Recently somebody using my number without my knowledge and charges are deducted from my account.
I clarified with Etisalat Call center but they are not helping to comeout from the issue. It can be a Cyber Crime and I am scared that some thing can go unlawful act. Using my number somebaody regularly dialling some country called Cook island. Etislat fail to track the number. I did not dial this country code from my phone. I dont know this country and I dont have anybody there as well.
Onse side I am affcted by paying the unneccessary charges and other side I am scared of teh consequnces which can occur without my knowledge.
I thought of cancellling this number but I am using this number for long time.
Etislat should take this as serous concern and need to find who has made the call and if possible they need to retrieve the voice record of the calls.
Balance deduction
Total 14dhs deducted from my account regarding game plan activation. But I never activated it. If I done it why you deduct 11 dhs on the second day of recharge and 3.65 dhs on the last day of balance finished. I need refund otherwise I will go through the head of your company
Wrong information
I'd want to share some thoughts about my experience with Etisalat. They only want their clients to sign a contract, and everything they guarantee is a fraud. Example, I was told by one of their representatives that I can freeze my account when I'm gone in the summer. I found out that I can not and it was limited offer which I was not a ware of it not even informed by an email or a message or even an ads. I called them they were so negative and helpless.
Customer Service Complaints
I have prepaid connection.2 times I was charged for 3rd party services I didn't subscribe. 1st time it was told that it's technical error which's being fixed by technical team. But when 2nd time this happened I registered 2 to 3 complaints for refund as it wasn't a mistake by me. The complaints closed without receiving any calls and feedback.

elife plan
My elife plan renewal date is supposed to be on 19th June. However, I did not wish to renew it and I checked in multiple etisalat stores and they had all confirmed to me that I can cancel it by end of May itself, without any exit charges. However, when I went to cancel it on 31st May, the guy who is supposed to be the acting manager in Etisalat Madinat Zayed complex, was rude to me and started raising his voice and was not allowing me to talk. This happened when I got irritated and asked him why different Etisalat staffs are saying different things. Etisalat people treat you royally when you want to take up an account but treat you badly when you want to cancel the same account, he just gave me a piece of paper and asked to call to that number for cancellation. Why? Why should I do that when I can easily cancel it fron the store itself? And why am I paying extra charges for cancelling it now? Why am I given wrong information each time?
I have never had such a horrible experience in my life! I'm usually a very friendly person but this guy was out of the limits for me! I would never recommend Etisalat to anyone

Etisalat has assigned Smartworld as our business premium channel partner to handle our account. They are unable to provide the services that is supposed to be rendered, specifically document updates. Due to this, 2 of our mobile services has been disrupted for a whole week despite of the bills being paid. This has been affecting our operation greatly. Kindly advise.

I request a cancellation of my e-life plan last April 29. They told me to pay on apr.30 for the cancellation fee and bill for the month of april but because of the problem in online payment i didn't paid on time. Elife new connection
I am about to loose my newly found job because of your FAKE commitments and FALSE promises.
I applied for a new connection for a Elife in Dubai as after 8 months of being jobless, Thanks to God Almighty, I found a job (work from home), I had informed my exact situation to customer service team (Numeros calls, screenshot attached for 800101 and techline 8007622) and they promised that they will get it done.
Waited 1 day, 2 days, 3 days and I wasn't able to attend the training and induction from my house as we had no wifi.
Even after so many calls (Recorded calls) and so many promises from Etisalat team I am about to lose my job.
Requesting someone/anyone/ to help me in this situation.
I am NOT asking for money, job, refund, from you.
Just your support coz they don't seem to care about a new customer.

Terrible experience with Etisalat. I Signed up a contract on 22.2.21 but it was completely opposite as per my request made over the phone to sales staff. Worse thing even installed devices hasn't been working since installation done. Today I called them to cancel my account and they are charging me for what I never used. Don't ever try Etisalat. Liars

The world's worst ever service. You cannot cancel the service on any day of the month except on the 28th day. If your'e one day early, they refuse to cancel, if you're one day late they have already billed your account. Not to mention they're customer care service is trained to only say "sorry for the inconvenience. You can hear it in their tone that they've said it 100 times just this morning.
So sad when you see companies with no social customer values.

Refence to my new internet & landline connection i.e. customer no: 025466242, company name: FHS Food.
It has been 5 consecutive days, I am complaining regarding internet connectivity and coverage issue on 8005800. All the CSRs repeat the same response that we can't solve your issue as this new and digital internet connection is not with our technical team and some other team / department looks after this connection and Etisalat call center support can't reach them and only forward our complaint by email to the concern department.
Since five days I am getting the same response that my complaints have been email to Manager / Higher Authority / Higher Management but no response have been done.
This new digital connection was forcefully sold by one of the Sales Representative by convincing us that the old analog connection would be obsolete & would not be no longer in near future.
In an addition, I would like to inform that this new connection router / internet device has no antennas on it like the old one and the coverage of this router is much lesser the the old one.
For your information, I run a Restaurant and almost 70% of my business dependent of apps & online orders. And since I installed this connection on around 24th Feb 2021 and remove the old analog connection, this new connection doesn't even maintain connection for even one minute.
It is my request to please look into this complaint on priority, resolve this and provide the proper connectivity & coverage issue for good.

Dear Sir Madame,
kindly note that i have asked to stop or downgrade my home service subscribe since july and i also asked again in august, with nothing changing and having continues bills every month knowing that etisalat cut my internet since july for not paying the bill since i asked to stop it because i cannot afford to pay anymore.
recently u received sms saying that if i dont pay my bill within 48 hours im going to face legal consequences. i tried calling etisalat more than hundred times to solve this issue and getting zero help. also went to the office and the lady told me that my account has been dispatched to the collection office.
i want to know how was i solve this issue ASAP.
