Etisalat mobile services

I had a mobile handset & Sim card plan for 24 months contract, i was regular almost 1 year & after that i was paying 50% of the dues every month, suddenly i had received a message, mail & call saying your contract has been closed & you have to pay so much money including the exit charges... i was shocked to hear this without any early notification or any message they tend to do this to the customer.. simply cheating the customers to pay the amount in fill saying your contract has been closed, , unfair etisalat, & customer service ...

They just thinking to learn the ways of threatening the customers to earn more moneys..

This is cheating... some one should take responsibility to service the customers in better way not in cheating way...

Etisalat smiles

terrible customer service. the call center is in Egypt and has limited accessibility and cannot resolve any problem. i purchased a voucher through the app using my credit card; i didn't use the voucher and i immediately contacted the customer service center, which was quick to tell me that the voucher can't be refunded, despite the fact that this problem happened to me 2 years ago and was resolved. i tried visiting the branch, i tried online chat, i tried email... all useless... my advice, don't download the app and avoid Etisalat altogether. you're better off with Du

Etisalat internet service at home

On 9th January we had requested upgrade of our home router, we were told it would be connected in 2 hours. Its been almost 1 week, we have made more than 20 calls to etisalat and visited the business centre 4 times and the response is the same ' we are working on it' I cannot imagine it takes so long to fix a router. my child is unable to do homework since many lessons are online and it is very disrupted. I am disappointed that clear communication does not come from Etisalat team for such issues and Being Etisalat we cannot do any more escalation or even cancel the service because there is no other option. the complaint number registered [protected]. If someone cares to look at this complaint history you will see the poor quality of service offered.

Hi,

Last 4 (working) days i am calling FGB customer care regarding balance transfer.Morethan 25 minutes after calls gets connected after getting poor response from customer care.Now we cannot easily contact customer care and transaction process made difficult compare to earlier as its finally our transaction getting affected.If same poor service will continue we disconnect all transaction with FGB and moreover move to better customer service banking system.I feel may be all customers are facing same issue and very soon they will lost valuable customers.

Etisalat billed for unnecessary charges (elife internet)

Hey, i just got my Elife internet (Package 299 dhs/month) on the 30th Dec. The installation and registration was completed on 30th Dec. and i started using it, suddenly on the 1st of January i received a text message saying i have to pay 229 dhs for the month of December (Rentals: 21.23 dhs, Onetime charge: 199 dhs, Benefits: -1.94 dhs, added Tax: 10.91dhs). and i used only two days in December (30th and 31st). Mean while before i got the wifi setup i asked the technician serials of questions; questions like I'm i paying immediately, when do i pay, how do i pay, how fast is it, how many people can connect to it at once. And the some called technician told me that i don't have to pay immediately, that i will pay after the first month (which is 299 dhs/month) and after the first month, the second and third months are free so i agreed and we start the registration. I'm surprised when i saw this message saying i have to pay on 15th January for the month of December, so Please i need solution for this...

Etisalat internet data cancellation

I canceled my internet data one month ago. I did face a lot of problems, payed AED 500 for cancellation. I asked my friend many times to go to Etisalat center to ask why it's not disconnected, while I left country, I couldn't go by myself. Every time People who are working in Etisalat were giving me different information. The last was that on 31st of December 2018 it will be disconnected. Today I received again the bill! Is there at least one person who can help me with such organization, and give me an answer why they are cheating on the customers?

Many times I was complaining about internet cancellation, I payed for everything and left the country. Till now I'm receiving bills for payment. I'm asking why internet still is not disconnected? Every time different answer! Some minutes ago I received an email that someone from Etisalat was trying to contact me but I didn't respond.

I didn't receive any missed call! Maybe People who are working in Etisalat don't know how to make a call? Really I was traveling around the world, but such unprofessional people I didn't meet!

I want to ask, where are all managers? Million companies! Where is reaction? How long it will be?

During whole December I was complaining about the service and unprofessional people working in Etisalat! Many times I was asking to cancel my internet data! I payed AED500 for the cancellation! And Till now I'm receiving email that they need confirmation!

Which confirmation? I payed money, I'm making complaints about that during one month, I'm sending emails! Which confirmation? Do you think I have nothing to do just to complain! Or in such a way you are making money? I'm out of the country, not using your internet!

Which confirmation?! For what do you need 7 more days?

Is there at least one Manager who can handle? Or are U hiring people from the street and they don't have any idea what they are doing there?

I want you to take action! And I'm not going to pay anything extra because I payed already!

Hi, submit an online complaint first on the Etisalat website with evidences, if it doesn't get resolve submit a complaint with the TRA which is the Teleco authority above. Submit your complaint with the them with all the evidence and ask for a refund fort the whole period you were unjustly charged after cancellation.

Etisalat elife tv connection

hi I have elife tv with acct no [protected] for which I have given the cancellation request on 24th Dec spoken to almost 8 excutives since 24 to till dates 2 floor supervisors Zeeshan and Pavan but of no use, till this moment my account is not yet cancelled rather it is being told to me blundly that I will not be getting charged for jan 2019 . I literally thinks that etisalat hired illetrate unprofessional staff who even does not know to help the customer and atleast try to resolve issue by escalating to other dept.

Etisalat home internet cancellation request

Greetings,

It was the worst experience ever!

I have to leave the country during two days because of personal reason. As I did have Etisalat internet connection I went to Al Wahda mall to one of the Etisalat customer center to make cancellation.

One of the specialist informed me about the exit payment AED526.

I payed everything and informed him about my situation, that I'm leaving the country on 29th of November. He told me that data will be canceled by 31st of November automatically.

After some days one of the girls, who was shearing the flat with me, informed that they still have internet connection. I asked another friend to visit again Etisalat center and ask to cancel my data.

One of the Etisalat stuff told that it's just such procedure, and it will be canceled during next few days without any extra charge!

Today I received an email that they didn't cancel my data because they couldn't reach me.

But why people, who are working in Etisalat don't know the whole process? Why after receiving the whole payment you are not making cancellation?
Why are you lying to your costumes? If U couldn't call me, why You didn't send me an email?

Etisalat closing down the account etisalat dubai, uae, [protected], dumitru valentin dumangiu

Before leaving Dubai, UAE, to relocate our self in our country, Romania, we have tried to close down the Etisalat account. The 1st request was on 22nd October 2018, [protected] . On 29th October 2018 the account was still opened, again we have received a new number: [protected] Seems on 6th November 2018, after hours spent with Etisalat's people, the account is closed; on that time, we have received this number [protected] which represents "Request Captured Successlully. Subrequest No. [protected]".
On 01.12.2018 we have received by mail the November 2018 invoice. We are not sure if the account is closed, so please, if you can check this for us.
We have to mention that on 29th Oct'18 we paid AED 377/- for full Nov'18 invoice, only in this way, Etisalat people from IBN Battuta Mall, Dubai were able to proceed with the closing our account.
Except that we want to be sure the account is closed (we are not living anymore in Dubai), we are requesting those AED 377/- for Nov'18 month to be paid back to us, because are extra money. We want to inform you that we left from our apartment, in The Gardens, Building no 129, apart.13 on October 29th. Therefore the apartment was empty since that date.
To refund us the last payment in value AED 377.00, please find the details below and we are attaching here also the official letter from our bank with the bank details:

Etisalat renew offer

when I renewed my account number they offer me a free 2 devices and assign me managed Wi-Fi devices so I request to them to change devices and provide me laptop... I'm waiting for this approval or response in 2 months but unfortunately there is no response form their tele sales department..
At least make a call to customer regard their issue or if you can't provide laptop minimum say to us...
this is really cheating customers

Etisalat new iphone xsmax - why no stock.

Dear Etisalat

this is to bring in your attention that you have put all the advertisements and hording, probably everywhere, even in store. for the new iphone xsmax and when we ask your staff rudely they say its out of stock and don't have any specific date of arrival, " what"? we take appointment slips waiting long time in the ques and when we ask they say" NO STOCK SIR, ", and your help line number is really the worst of all time. they said you have 3 pcs in Dubai mall, stock here there, but literally not there any where, we took your precious time and when we visited it wasn't there. its really cheating the customer every time, we have using your services every time and don't expect from you.

Pls. provide a specific date of arrival to the customers, to avoid any disappointments in the future and losing your reputation.

Etisalat elife internet - external shifting

Hi, Good day!

I just want to inform you about my concern, I applied an Elife Internet connection last July 21, 2018, with an account no. of [protected], under my name, Maria Cloudette Inciong.
And we shifted to other building (Mubarak Building 2 in Al bada, near Satwa Big Mosque)
last August 30, 2018, so I called 101 to apply for an external shifting, our internet connection to our current location, until now our internet is not connected and the bill is running even without using the service, I kept on calling 101 and I have spoken to different persons, Khalil, lakhsmi, Deepa, and 2 more. The last time I called 101 she just told me the same thing, technician will contact me, but till now no technician contacted me for transferring. We are paying for NOTHING.

Etisalat cheating the customer

The worst experience ever! They are asking me to pay the exit charges for elife package, and i didn't even sign any contract or documents mentioning the same. And the sales men told me it's free, This not a honest and a company that u can trust, they are looking for any opportunities to steal you. I will make sure to spread the reality on all online channels

Etisalat poor customer support and disjointed teams

Etisalat decided to disconnect my service because of a system glitch on their part. From that point on we have been getting bounced around from one incompetent customer services person to the next.

We called numerous times and spoke to numerous reps and supervisors but they are unable to do anything. They have this mysterious backend team that they can never get a hold of cause they are super busy doing a whole lot of good in improving etisalats image and gaining customer loyalty... NOT

The backend team still haven't called us to resolve or even update, despite multiple promises by numerous supervisor. Maybe they are trying to help and they acknowledge that it's a mistake from etisalat side. But he clearly has no control over the broken process and incompetence of the customer services team

We are unhappy with this poor quality where every time we call we have to explain the problem all over again

This is a clear indication that you don't take notes and are simply not taking customers seriously. Moreover it shows there is no communication between the customer service team and the backend team

Etisalat landline and internet services

It was horrible to realize that Etisalat is getting worse in terms of their service. My landline had been cut without any notification regarding that. I called and they said it's because of non-payment of bill. Granted that I was not able to pay on time because I took my vacation, are there any enough staff of Etisalat to send notification? Before cutting the line and asking me to pay it within 4 hours time so I can avoid a reconnection fee? What on Earth? You don't do any notification, unlike Du, and yet u would proceed to cut the line and u would require the customer pay for your inefficiency?

Etisalat wrongly & overly billed

Dear Sir / Madam,

My etisalat account [protected] was disconnected in the month of march with a total final bill of 2169.00 dirhams.
When i have not paid my final bill and revived my connection how can you bill me for the month of july 2018 for an amount of 2758.00 dirhams.
Kindly rectify my elife bill statement as i am on vacation i shall settle the bill once i am back. Please look into the account before you email or sms the month statements to customers. Though you have diconnected on march 14 2018 still you have charged me for the month of march and april.
This is not done you are spoiling your relation and trust with your customers. I no longer wish to continue with your service.
Kindly look into my account and rectify it, charge only till march 14 2018 which is realistic.

Etisalat policy change needed on scammers using etisalat

Dear Sir/ Madam,
a policy change is needed because people involved in scams are using Etisalat registered numbers freely without concern for any reprisals or difficulties. I have been informed by Etisalat that unless they pretend to call from your company, then the phone number is left untouched. I unfortunately got involved in the LuLu scam and have just had to cancel all my banking details, but the scam artists are still using the same phone number to try and steal others' information and banking details. It is unthinkable that a company concerned with security and genuine client safety and satisfaction, would not take action on such a matter. However, this is exactly what Etisalat are doing, by not taking action, even though there is evidence to prove that these are scam artists using Etisalat phone numbers, you are condoning their actions and putting other Etisalat clients at risk of falling for these money laundering scams.
I hope that you take this as a serious matter, and take the appropriate action,

Etisalat fake mobile postpaid accounts registered on my name

Hello, My name is Firoj Saifuddin Rampurwala, I have received call from Etisalat in April 2018 to make the Payment for Mobile Nos [protected] & [protected] - I informed to Etisalat that these are not My Nos & I will not make the payment for this. Etisalat Discontinued all my other services, My Home Land Line, Mr E Life Account and my other registered Mobile Nos. I complained to Etisalat to issue me all the details against the Fake Account which they refused. They just informed me the Amount to make the Payment. After this I registered the case with TRA, the TRA contacted Etisalat & sent me the Documents registered against My Name. These Fraud Accounts are registered in July 2017 & the total payment Amount Due is Dhs 13000/- After 9Months Etisalat is contacting me for the Payment...I don't understand WHY ? Etisalat only have my Emirates Id Copy & based on that they have issued 2Postpaid Connections. I checked all the Documents & the Application Form, The Signatures used in the Application Form is not mine. They are Fake. Also other details, Email Address, PO Box all the information in the Application Form are wrong they are not mine. Also a Fake Salary Certificate is issued from the Company which I never worked for & I don't also know that Company. These fake connections were issued by Etisalat Outsourcing Companies - SKY Telecomsim Trading LLC & Future Bright Brokers LLC. I was told by TRA to take legal help. I went to Police Station but they say that I must go to Court. Now I registered a case with Dubai Court by making the payment of Dhs 1300/- (Application Fees & Court Fees) & the court has refused to take up the Case. Now I don't know Who can help me ? I am a loyal resident living in Dubai from past 30Years & there is No any proper person who can solve my Problem. Which Legal Authorities can Solve my Problem ?

Etisalat non payment of salary to employees

I, being a true Muslim going to submit some few lines for kind consideration and sympathetic action, please.
1. My son Khalid Hameed Bhatti, presently working with Al Jazeera International Marketing (Etisalat Channel
Partner) Sharjah. Details of selection of my son, resign & depriving him from his basic salary by his Manager&Director is
as under please:-
a. After a detailed video interview by HR Manager Muhammad Awais (Cell No [protected]) & Director
Mr. Atique Ur Rehman (Cell No (Cell No [protected]) (both officers are from Al Jazeera International
Marketing - Etisalat Channel Partner Sharjah), my son Khalid Hameed Bhatti was selected as Sale Executive.
b. On demand of the contactor Mr. Shahid (cell No [protected]) who is manpower supplier to Al Jazeera
International & other companies of Middle East from Pakistan has demanded 8, 000 AED (Rs. 2, 40, 000/-) as visa
charges etc which I paid through bank / by hand. Offer letter Number AJIM/HRO/187/26/10/2017 duly signed by
MUHAMMAD AWAIS HR MANAER was received through contractor (Copy attached). eVisa / entry permit -
Employment) No 301/2017/2/0149215 was issued to my son as Sale Executive (Status of Visa is Unlimited / skill
manpower) Copy attached).
c. My son flew to UAE after 3 times cancellation of tickets by Contractor Shahid on last Week of December
2017 and start to perform his duties at Dubai. On termination of his 3 months probation period (29 Mar 2018), he
decided to resign from his present job as per legal procedure. He put one month advance notice to Mr. Muhammad
Awais, HR Manager, but he did not receive the notice and say that you can collect your cancellation letter after 4 to
5 days and he issued cancellation letter on 6 June 2018.
d. Mr. Atique (Director) and Mr. Awais (HR Manager) demanded 11000 AED as cancellation letter fee but we
did not paid. HR Manager Muhammad Awais has very kind give cancellation letter but it is interesting to mention
that Mr. Atique Ur Rehman has stop the salary of my son for the month of May 2018 (from 01 May 2018 to 05 Jun
2018). For release of salary of my son at EID UL FITR, I have requested both the above name officers' number of
times but they are totally refused to pay the salary of my son.
Appeal
2. In view of the above, it is my deepest request purely on humanitarian grounds to please direct the authority
concerned to release the basic salary of my son which he deserve because he has did his duties on the hot roads
of UAE with fasting in RAMAZAN& is facing grate financial problems while he is out of own country.
I shall be grate full to you forever on this act of kidneys.

Etisalat unauthorised registration on my account

Dear Sir
I have received an email stating I have registered for your autopay service.

I have never not will I ever give access to my accounts nor allow third parties to decide when I will be making payments. I would however like an investigation to be made to find out who made this decision to email me and begin disciplinary actions.
