i am using a sim card ([protected]) since 3 years by my name. In Augast2017 i had visa renewel and my emirates id was expired, i recieved many messages from your side to submit the new emirates id but it could be possible when i have renew my visa.
when i recieved my emirates id immidiately i submited my emirates id`s front and back side but during this procedure my number([protected]) was sold out to anyone else.
Now i am using my number([protected]) and someone else also using the same number at once time.This is my official number and my business calls are transfers to the other party whos using the same number.
please block the other user because i am suffering.

subscribe bein sports for 12 months without my permission

I subscribed for the Bein sports channels in the month of april 2018.And I specifically asked the customer care agent that I want it for just 3 months and not a single day extra. But now when I called again the lady is saying that my plan has been upgraded for 12 months with 20% discount which I DONT WANT at all. And How could you just upgrade it without asking the customer.Thank you for your courtesy but please keep this offer with you. And I want this to be unsubscribed by next month. I dont want to pay a single extra penny for your channels. And if you have some customer value than you would understand that this is the violation of cutomer rights and a clear fraud. Which I dont suppose you guys do. So please look into it and let me live peacefully as I will end up paying a hell amount of money if not unsubscribed and for something I dont want.

I would like to inform and complain to telecommunication company Etisalat
When I went to the branch Etisalat in Dubai Mall to get the new mobile number (btw I never had any number with Etisalat)
When one of staff check the system with my ID he find out that I already took mobile number with the device Iphone7 (black).
I was totally shocked How they can sell mobile number and device without me! as I know its not possible to get device with the number without the person with documents (fingerprint, credit card, statement, mulkia of his own car, and original salary certificate as his visa)
I just asked him to check the details (received calls) of that fraud number 0564804202 Then that staff I don't know why he changed that fraud email wich was in the details of the number ([protected]@yahoo.com) to my own ([protected]@gmail.com)
Now im getting all the emails as warning, bills of that number eveyday.
next day I came back to know which my documents was submitted to get that number 0564804202, when he open

unauthorized billing by etisalat
Etisalat representative called me for payment follow-up and requested me to make the payment. I informed her that i will travelling out of country and will make the full the payment soon after my return. I also asked her that my internet and phone connection is temporarily disconnected from 7th April 2018 so will i be charged for the months till i reconnect. The representative clearly told that they have disconnected the service and and I will not be charged for the following months. Yesterday when i went to Etisalat to make the payment i was surprised when they told me that i have to make the payment till date. As per the manager of Etisalat, the information passed by their team member was a mistake and Etisalat cannot take any responsibility for that. I would suggest hereafter we should not believe the Etisalat staff at all. Their focus is just to take out money as much as possible.

I had been using elife service A/C no. [protected] for 6 years. On 25th March I requested a disconnection as I was leaving the house and no longer required the service. I called in the last week of the month as I wanted to clear that months bill and hence discontinue the service. I was told by the etisalat representative that I will receive a call after which I will hav to clear the dues and the service will be disconnected at the end of the month of April. I didnt receive any call and was calling costomer care everyday for 1 week . Everytime I was asked to wait. I was frustrated by all the delay and visited the etisalat store nearby. I cleared the bill and was told that the service will be disconnected in half an hour. Next morning I called costomer care again and was told that the service will only be disconnected next month. This was a shock to me. Again I went to etisalat store and was told that it will be done in 2 working days. Now I have received a bill of 427 AED. This entire episode has come to me as a shock. The representatives at the costomer care and the outlet seem to be uninformed. As a customer I dont know what they understand and what they feed in their system as they have no proper information and do not own up any responsiblity. I used the service for 6 years with no complains but this episode has been a real bad experience. I am previlaged to live in UAE were the facilities are so prompt as contarary to this episode. I am really hurt by this service from the biggest service provider of UAE.
Same problem happened with me. First of all the employees of Etisalat are not at all trained and secondly Etisalat focus is to take out as money as much as possible from the consumers.
elife transfer from abu dhabi to dubai
27th March - I applied for my elife transfer to Dubai from Mushrif Mall Branch. They checked their system and said the account will be transferred but will not be able to provide TV connection, only Landline and Internet Connection will be done because my building is supported by DU cables. I agreed to their terms and accepted to transfer my account to Dubai. Assuring me 7 days transfer.
27th March - Within minutes after the request my Landline, TV and Internet connection was disconnected.
29th March - I moved to Dubai.
3rd April - I was told by the customer care of etisalat that this transfer request cannot be completed and I must apply for new connection.
6th April - I applied for new connection under request number [protected].
10th April - The request was accepted and date of istallation was confirmed for 16th Morning and I was told Du staff will visit first and then Etisalat staff on the same do the connection.
16th April - The staff from Du visited for connection adjustments and was completed. Same day Etisalat staff called and said they are waiting for Du to send them the confirmation for the task completion and will then do the connection same day.
17th April - I called the same Etisalat staff and requested for update, he said the appointment date is missed and he will have to wait until Etisalat sets another installation date.
18th or 19th April - I called Etisalat customer care and they confirmed installation date to be 25th April.
24th April - I called Etisalat customer care and they said they cannot confirm tomorrow's installation as they have not yet received the confirmation from Du.
24th April - I called Du customer care and requested for why the work has not been done yet, they checked in their system and said the work was already completed on 16th April when the Du staff first visited. And nothing has been pending from them.
My question - What should I do to get things done? Is it my responsibility to make calls and BEG them for status and request to complete their task? Am I working for Etisalat, I ain't getting any discount when the bill is generated?
relocation of my services
The most pathetic service I ever came across from Etisalat where call centre agents along with so called Floor Supervisors are simply useless and have no idea what are they actually doing.
Raised my relocation / shifting my internet services from one location to another on 14th and till this time and date nothing has happened. More over, I get a surprise note that my request has been cancelled due to some error.
When it comes to charging customers it does not take a second for Etisalat to post charges but to fix the complete the services it takes them ages...
After 8 days, with no clue about what is happening with my request after talking to at least 7 to 8 people and a supervisor who only knows one thing is wait for 24 to 48 hrs for our back end tram to contact you and obviously no one calls.
It's such a shame for such a big Service provider to handle such a simple request. I hope this message goes to someone who can take a necessary action to resolve my issue.

I went to Ajman they told it's not available go to sharjah our system showing available in Almajaz branch I went there they told it's a year not available I called again to 101 they told available at daira branch dubai I went there they told it's not available from 6 months I made accident also there by another guy mistake and also I went this all branch's from Umm Alquwain too far for me
The manager of daira branch dubai told me I made a complain you'll get it at home but today I got phone from 101 they told we are only the financial department we cant help you but the complain made from Etisalat manager what can I do .

I paid my dewa bills in etisalat machine branche reff mall last 3/1/ 2018, i have the receipt however the payment was not sucessfully credited to my dewa bill, so i decide to call etisalat and they advise me to contact dewa, dewa customer service advise me to sent them email with attached receipt and my emirates id, whic i did, i receive an email to dewa that my inquiry is already sent to the concern department whic is etisalat, and it will resolve within 5 working days, but till now is not yet resolve my new statement in dewa is already generated my previous month bill was added already whic is alraedg paid, why it takes so long to sort it i have the receipt that the money was in etisalat they should resolve faster..

After 1.5 months of wasting the time of a 74 year old man, giving false promises to solve the problem and nothing, absolutely nothing is done but a huge number of apologies and promises every time. Etisalat customer service does not have an escalation procedure, refuses to let you speak to a more senior person, refuses to document the facts via email or sms, closes complaints without solving the problem and registering on their system that the problem was resolved while the CUSTOMER (if that has any meaning to them) who made the complaint is kept completely in the dark, do not have a grievance procedure etc etc etc………. but hey, they sure know to apologize and make promises.
The so called ‘'SMILES'' program (which ought be changed to ‘'ANGUISH'' instead) that calls us all from 101 and sends us countless messages and emails did this. I redeemed points for a shopping voucher that appeared on my account but cannot be downloaded or sent by email as gift (the only 2 options available) so simply, worthless! Been calling Etisalat since early November and no luck. All you hear (before and after the apologies and promises every time because that is what customer service is all about apparently) is that they registered the complaint and someone will call you back in 24 hours (which you are lucky if that happens 25% of the time after 1.5 months), the complaint is not with this department but the rep will transfer it to the right one which will resolve in 5 days (seems 5 days on Etisalat planet is longer than 45 days on earth), on the system it shows that the problem is resolved (although the earthy customer wasn't contacted, does not know his complaint has been solved, still facing the same problem ……… It must be the bad COMMUNICATION; a term that means connecting and exchanging information verbally, written etc. via certain means such as letters, phones etc. in case it is alien to Etisalat) ……………….. I am still talking about what I was told and can go on forever …………….then requests to send screenshots (as soon as the screenshots reaches them, they log on to the system that the problem is resolved), download ANGUISH (oooops I mean SMILES) App etc etc etc but NO SOLUTION. Called and complained so many times and last time the representative told me that he sees on his system that my complaint is about making long distance calls!

I have add 1 day unlimited date package through Smile application, as you can see from my attachment that there has no such as mentioned that my original monthly date package need to finish thus u can enjoy my 1 day unlimited date package. I was not aware and I missed use more than 1 GB Date from my monthly package, and I was surprising to hear from call center agent that u need to finish all your monthly data in order to use unlimited package. It is fully unexceptable, should refund my smile point back as well as the amount of data usage which I miss used by unclear term and condition mentioned before you selling any of your product.
AND SUPRISINGLY THEY RETUURN MY SMILE POINT BACK, AND SEND MASSAGE SAID YOUR COMPLAIN IS SUCESSFULLY RESOLVED? The company sales man, Mr Abdullah, a sales representative promised me superior service good marketing results and told me clearly that I can cancel my contract at any time if I am not satisfied with the service offered by the company
It has been 2 months since I signed up and there is no activity on my account and no one managing my account either.
I contacted them many times to express my dissatisfaction.
He convinced me that he will assign a point of contact to ensure the promised results are delivered but till date nothing has been done to my account and furthermore the money has been withdrawn from my account despite my notices to cancel.
I contacted the co ordinator Ms. Haneena and advised her to cancel my contract and not deposit the cheques since I have received no service for the money paid 975 aed was debited twice from my account for no reason.
I am truly disappointed by the service and misrepresentation of the sales department to hype the services and not offer any service in return.
I am disgusted by the entire process and will never advise anyone to go with CONNECT.AE for any business .

I am an etisalat user for 3 years ( 1 yr prepaid and then i switched to postpaid) and I applied for my postpaid account last november 2015. I've been paying my bills on time eversince and i never miss any payment nor ask any charges whenever my i receive my bills. September 2017 my visa is about to finish so i settled everything, close my account and paid whatever i need to pay. I paid 827 for the closure of my account last Sept 14 and they said i will wait within 72 hrs for me to be able to close my account. Last Sept 23 (my flight) I received a call from an etisalat costumer service representative. I told her that i need to close my account before leaving the country, and i thought it was close already. On October 1st week I received an email which says i need to pay for my October bill, I was shocked when i received that email so i replied and told them i already close my and they ask for a reference number which i provided them right away and they replied "please wait 5 days" coz they will going to check my complain and after how many days they said i wasnt able to close my account so i filed another complain to close my account.I provided them my active phone number where they can reach me anytime but they didn't call-Nobody called me. Time passed November 1 I received again another email from them that i need to pay for my november bill which i know for sure i didn't use and I provided them reference number, contact number, payments receipts. I dont think i have neglection on my part.so i replied to them if why is it i still have another payment to settle and they replied the account is still active. so i made a complain again and send everything but they replied i really need to pay everything and then give them my reachable phone number which i actually did last october 13. What am i gonna do now? They keep on charging me bills i know for sure i am not obliged to pay for how many times i said i need to close my account and there is a neglection on their part that they didnt call me for confirmation of closure thought i provided them my number that they can reach me. Almost 1 month now. I hope etisalat you will do your best for you clients and be humane enough. Thanks

I came in today to your store at Dubai Mall because I would like to inquire regarding your Iphone X and its' data plans. As we walk in to your store I looked at the Iphone X showcase over the desk and wanting to have someone give us information regarding the Iphone X but no one bothered to approach, so I looked around and saw 2 employee with "Etisalat" written on their shirt standing right there about 5-6 feet in front of us just chatting and talking about soccer which was playing on your TV screen by the entrance and not bother approach us, so I decided to test them out by staring directly on their eyes wether the would bother approach us but turns out your employee must be either lazy or just doesn't want to approach us because of our nationality which kinda disrespectful, don't you think? So we were standing there for 30 min. staring at your employee but still "NO SERVICE" of any kind to help us out with your product. Then 1 guy stand up from the desk came by and join your 2 lazy employee to talk about the soccer game that was playing by the screen in your store by the entrance. After 45 min. I decided since your 3 lazy employee would not bother to entertain us with your product we decided to leave and not bother reaching out to them because the way they acted will pretty much reflect the service they will give if I approach them which is "Rubbish". So we left. All I want is a little justice and check your employee because I don't think they are worth hiring if all they do is just watch and chat in your store during WORKING HOURS. The date is December 2, 2017 at around 8:30 pm. You could go ahead and check your security cameras to see what they were doing at that time as proof.
I bet Etisalat won't even bother reading this unless it gets world attention. So just you wait for the BIG NEWS!
sales agent for providing misleading information
We moved to some other location and contacted etisalat agent through security of the building.As we were with du for a long time (7 yrs) and never faced any issues so thought in the same way and opted Etisalat ( big mistake).I was 8 month pregnant and asked agent to provide me the internet connection package only and in return he provided me some package which he told that its 285 aed and phone and tv channels are free and he never mentioned anything else.I was happy to have this packet but when bill generated for the October month i was shocked (450 aed) and contacted him again and for that he told that it was technical mistake and he deposited the rest of the amount.I filed a complaint in etisalat and then got to know the whole story that he cheated and sold the plan for his own numbers.i have all watsup evidences and seeking justice for the same.

Their service is starting to become crappy as time goes by. I've been living here for 17 Years it was when Etisalat was the only network provider at the time, you would have thought they would improve but they are really slacking off. Today I came to inquire for Iphone X but none of the IDLE employee bother to approach/entertain us with the product so I could decide wether to buy it of not. GET YOUR [censor] TOGETHER ETISALAT. The next time this happens to me I will definitely record everything and share it to the whole world to know that down below is really [censor] job. They probably just hire people they can pay with low salary rather than those who can actually work properly. WHAT A LOSER!
