Service of employee and the questionable charge of product
I was at the Exxon gas station in manassas Virginia at the corner of Wellington and Dumfries road. Time 8:30pm. Date May 15,2023. I asked for a pack of Pall Mall 100’s. I sent a complaint in on April 17th, it was rec'd but I am waiting to find out what they plan to do. I stopped at the exxon Gas station prior to April 17th but I was so distraught that it took me a couple of days to get myself together to send in a complaint. about a employee. I was there pumping gas and witnessed a gentleman running out and the employee was chasing him with a 2 by 4 and hit him in his head, and also left a cut on his arm because I stopped him to say something. The lady that was in line in front of the gentleman that he was chasing said that he is rude and unprofessional all the time because she stops there a lot, I don't. I know I stopped for gas around 10 and this is when I witnessed this traumatic incident occur. I posted what I saw on the ring app and the next door app and told people to not to patronize this establishment because of what happened. We have too many gas stations in the area and I will never again stop there for again for anything.
Desired outcome: Make sure the employee knows that someone witnessed his outrageous behavior and I am telling everyone to do not patronize this gas station when you have a rude [censored] employee working there
ExxonMobil APP compromised
I have used the ExxonMobil APP for several years with no problems. On April 22 at approx 12:50pm, I attempted to use the APP to get gas at a participating gas station, Skyway Express, Skyway Drive Monroe NC. The pump would not accept the APP and denied the transaction. I left without getting gas. I later receive a receipt on my email that I was charged $51.47 for gas at that station. I contacted the gas station and the customer service for ME. Customer Service told me to dispute the charge with my credit card company as they are a "rewards program" and therefore could not refund or credit my account. They did, however, reset the password and information on my account to minimize any further activity on the APP without my consent. My credit card company is refusing to refund me the money because ExxonMobil sent them a receipt showing the $51.47 purchase. I did not authorize nor did I receive the gas. I was scammed through this APP. Can you help?

Acceptance of credit card
This has been an ongoing problem for over 4 weeks. We have purchased gas at our local gas station, 1690 SE Walton Road, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952, this Mobil station always accepted the Mobil/Exxon card but for the last four weeks it has not accepted the card, mine or my wife's. We called, nothing is wrong with the cards, we use them at a different station, and all is fine. But this gas station it says see attendant, and when you go inside, they tell you they are working on the terminals so the card cannot be accepted. When we use different cards, we lose the discount that is offered with the usual Mobil charge. Is there any way you can check this gas station and see what is going on with the "terminals". Thank you for very much for your assistance with this problem.

The station I will be referring to is in Franklinton NC. This has been an ongoing problem that even after changing hands, no one fixes it. But today 4/20 I went to fill up. They only have 4 pumps and 2 dont work right. 2 of them kept telling me to see cashier because, one wouldn't read and the other one you cannot pull your card out quick enough cause it gets stuck. When i went in, no one has a manager number, franchise number or a corporate number. This store has never been kept up. Please do something if possible.

Robbed at Exxon on Minnesota Ave in DC
Was there today, April 17 at 12:45, I gave the girl at the register 35 in cash got to my truck and realized she only gave me 30 dollars worth of gas, I proceeded to go in and she’s denying I gave her the 5 dollar. I asked her to call a manager as there is video footage right above the register and she’s refusing to do so. She states she’s the only person there as well.

when putting my Exxon Mobil gas card in pump #5 the message screen displayed transaction cancelled see cashier. upon entering the 7/11 and telling the cashier what the screen said she informed me that 7/11 does not accept Exxon Mobil gas cards . I then repeated what I said and she again repeated what she said. so i then left without my gas purchase

Employee theft of account information at service station and fraudulent use
I requested my Exxon rewards account be closed due to theft; Account number [protected] was closed. However it has since negatively impacted my credit score by 39 points recently. I am requesting the balance be wiped clean because of these unauthorized charges. Please email me your response at tamara. Exxon mobil credit card
I owned a small business. I had a credit card account {four cards} for more than ten years. Your service was excellent. I would get a bill in the mail and usually send a check the same day I got the bill. It worked great.
Recently you changed to Wex Bank. I got a bill in the mail and sent a check the same day. My next bill charged me $37 in late fees and a fee for interest. My new bill arrived on January 23 and I noticed the due date is January 30. With today's mail service this is a set up for a late service fee. I think it is a scam. It is upsetting because you folks provided excellent customer service in the past. I think the actions of Wex Bank are despicable.
This month I paid my bill by phone because I wanted to avoid another late fee. I waited five minutes to talk to a representative. She transferred me to the automated payments. I put in my account number and they ended the connection. I called back and paid through the representative. They charged me $15 for using the representative. Again, I think it is a scam.
I have retired and closed my business. I contemplated getting a personal Exxon Mobil account but won't for fear you use Wex Bank. I think they are thieves. I am so disappointed your great company is associated with Wex Bank.

Prepay at pump inconvenience
In approximately three trips in a span of five days to the Exxon Mobil station I am filing about I have been inconvenienced by way of the prepay and pump system twice. I've pulled up to an unoccupied pump attempted to fuel only to be told oh sorry that pump has been prepaid. The first time the customer stated the wrong pump, not my problem, the second time the pump a customer was at wasn't working properly to do prepay so I guess the employee decided to just bump it to an open pump but I arrived before the customer backed up, again not my problem. I've been driving for nearly 30 years and never experienced such ineptitude. Twice in less than a week, really?
Desired outcome: Reeducation on how the service works, determining the pump number is correct and having the customer pull to another open pump THEN prepay inside.
I have to now have the vehicle tow to a dealership in order to purchase a new vehicle.

But it turned out my axel got cracked in I paid to replace it and then the next thing I know I have to have my rear differential. Good afternoon, I stopped by exxon on ninth on Friday December 30th between the hours of 1:40 pm - 1:50 pm, I only recently started going back in this particular store because of an incident that happened during the pandemic, I know it has been at least two and a half years, anyway I stopped by and it was pouring down raining I proceeded to enter with my umbrella the guy came behind me and asked not to proceed with my umbrella, which I turned and put it next to counter away from pathway and he complains about floor being wet and I told him he would have to wipe it up of course he gets loud and rude and tells me to put my umbrella in trash can, I inform him I would not place my umbrella in trash can and by now he is really rude, I proceeded to continue to be waited on and he informs me that he would not wait on me, I told him ok, I could have made a scene but I have morals, and clearly he does not, I will make sure everyone in my neighborhood and my blog is made aware of this rude foreigner. I try not to judge a person because of their ethnicity, well that all changed today, I am sure this isa family owned franchchise, but Exxon may want to make sure they are franchising to those who are worthy with morals and treat people with respect, only thing that belong in the trash in this case is the rude person who refused to assist me, Pull the surveillance video, I am aslo grateful that my veteran spouse husband was not with me, because instead of complaining. I was at 12551 Martindale Rd, Houston Texas 77048 on 12/7/2022 at 3:22pm. The cashier Waseem made very racist remarks to me concerning my problem at pump 9. As I was trying to explain to him that the pump was not working, he assumed that I was arguing which he would not allow me to speak.I pray that you can review camera and sound.I felt truly humiliation though the whole conversation from 3:22-3:27.like I told him that I am old enough to be your mother. My child wants me to bring this to the media because these employees are very rude. This is my local neighborhood store and it is a shame that I have to go pass this stop.

I am complaining about the cashier
I am a doordasher, and visit Dunkin Donuts (which is in the store), multiple times a day. During the course of a shift, I naturally need to use the restroom sometimes. When I go in the store to use the bathroom, the second bathroom is always closed when a certain worker is there. There is nothing out of order, the toilet works great. I know this because a few days ago I had to use the restroom. I tried to use the first one but someone was in it. I waited several minutes while the clerk talked to his buddy. I finally asked the clerk if the bathroom was really closed. He said no and let me use it. That was for show because he didn't want to be an [censored] while his friend was watching.
Today I was in the station and tried to use the bathroom but it was occupied. So I went over to the other restroom. It had a closed sign on it again. I opened the door to use it anyway and he yelled at me not to go in. He's doing this because he doesnt want to clean the second bathroom. So he's rude, and doesnt care if he makes the customers feel like they are nothing. I don't know his name, but he is old, short, with salt &pepper goatee. I was in the store today around 10am. Bill was $66.64 billing at $6.89 per gallon. I always just pull into an Exxon and expect the fair service I have always received. This station was billing $6.89 per gallon. I feel this was unfair practice and is gouging the public. When I pull bro an Exxon I just ask for fill up and don’t request the price.

On Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at 03:10:21PM I purchased the full price for a car wash ($9.00). This location of 3308 W Florida Ave, Hemet, Ca 92545...ticket #ending in 5001, transaction #[protected]. When the full wash procedure did not complete itself, I went inside to let them know that maybe some of the wash liquid dispensers were empty, because I always get the "FULL WASH", and this time NONE OF THE RAINBOW WASH LIQUIDS WERE DISPENSED ONTO MY VEHICLE. I directed to someone who was identified as the MANAGER - and her name was CRISSY, as displayed/embroidered on her blue blouse. She instantly took the defensive and very condescending said to me - "well your car looks clean to me, what's the problem?" I told her about the rainbow cleaner suds NEVER dispensing. She said that cannot be true (calling me a liar), because they just fixed the machine yesterday. I told her I wanted to speak to her manager, and she said he (Harry) will be in tomorrow - October 13, 20223 at 11AM. I said to her I will be there.

I am a 74 yr old female. When I try and buy pods from this particular female employee she refuses to sell them to me. She is very disrespectful to me. The store is located at Big Chimney WV. She says I give them to my grandson just because he is in my car. Didn’t know this is illegal to have my grandson in the car while buying pods. Those pods are for me and me alone. It would be the same thing as me going into a store buying alcohol and putting it in my car with a minor in the car.
