I went to the Exxon of Chapel Creek boulevard in Fort Worth Tx with my friend and my little brother. While my brother looked for what he wanted my friend talked to someone he knew that worked there. As I waited for my brother to make up his mind and for my friend to stop talking to the employee he knew. We believe it was the manager who rudely walked up to us and told us to get out. Exxon lost three customers that day as we refuse to buy anything from that company ever again.

I went to the Exxon in Mt Holly New Jersey on Rt38 and Pine st. I asked the gas guy for $40 regular and gave him my quick gas card. He came up to my window talking on the phone trying to multi task .He came back to me and said it went to $50 sorry, to bad. I told him I only wanted $40 he said I can't do anything about it. So I called the manager (Jay) he said tuff give me bak my gas.I told him that is no way to run your business .He said to bad .What kind of manager talks to a paying customer that way.Than as I asked around to my friends.The same thing has happened to him.They have quite a scam going on there. overcharged my account
I purchased $30.01 of gasoline and I checked my account history for my debit card and I was charged $74.00, this is unacceptable, I had a couple dollars left in my account but if I didn't I would've been charged a overdraft fee, I couldn't even get lunch, I don't see how you can charge that to my account without even having me authorize that, I'm very upset about this and will be taking my business elsewhere.

We are going through same thing only they took out $175.00 for $25 worth of gas
A few days ago, while at the Exxon Station (1100 Easton Ave, Somerset NJ), I asked the attendant for $20.00 in gas (cash). I went in to the "Tiger Mart" store, and when I returned, I gave him a 20 dollar bill, and left. When I turned my car off at home and looked down (toward the steering wheel), I realized that I only had 1/4 tank of gas (I have a Honda Accord, which only holds 15 gallons of gas. I think he only gave me $10.00 worth of gas). The next day I stopped at the station to speak with the manager, and was told to come back tomorrow. I did, but the manager still wasn't there. I asked for the telephone number, and the next morning, I called the manager to explain what had happened.
I must say, that I was taken back by his rudeness to me. He stated that his "Men" wouldn't do that, and hung up on me!
I received a check drawn on comerica bank. I went to the bank and they said it was a fraud. I am checking with you to see if it is.

On two different occasions I have purchased regular gas at this station and both times had to have my fuel injector replaced at the cost of $180 each time!
I was charged twice and told my card was declined. I had to pay with cash. I got home and found out i was charge two times on my card and cant seem to get ahold of a live body to put my money back.
look how touchy people are and quick to judge. "i will never go to mobile again" either because of a misunderstanding or a little mistake. He didn't even mention weather the error was fixed or not. i am guessing no one ever gave this guy a second chance in life.
Did you use your debit card to pay at the pump?
If so next time pay inside the store. When you pay at the pump they put a hold on funds in the account. I only know this because most of the gas stations here have notice signs up telling customers about it.
I would be afraid to pay at the pump anyhow. For fear of mix ups and what not. Im sorry you had to deal with this. Its awful when a company steals from you like that.

To whom it may concern: I was very disappointed yesterday 2/16/11 around 2:25 pm in the gas station that is located off the 405 in 15948 Roxford St - Sylmar, CA when i was getting off the fwy i saw i "NOW HIRING" sign when i went in to ask for a application there was a male checker and i ask him but another supervisor that was next to him answer and said
"It's a night shift position and I do not hire women" i said thankyou anyways and walk out the door feeling bad.
This is my experience today on Aug 11, 2009 at the Mobile station 11512/8311 at 1242 Jacaranda Blvd, Venice Florida 34292. While filling up gas at this station, I noticed that they do not have a latch at the dispensing gun, which will shut off the gas automatically when the tank is full. So I was holding up a trigger all the time hoping that the system will not allow flow of the gasoline, when the tank gets full. That did not occured. My tank was overflowed, the gasoline spilled on my car and my clothes. When I complained about this incident to the owner he became very angry and rude and told me " get lost". He did not even stepped outside to look at the pump and make corrections as required by the safety standards. Moreover, one of his cashiers told me that in the future I will not be allow to use this station for buying gas. This sounds Two things should be considered. First- is the safety, while dealing with gasoline, the guns should be equipped with latches and have automatic shut off function, when a tank is full. Second -is the attitude of the owner and his staff towards the customers.
I would like you to check this gas station and make proper considerations.
Good luck forming a legal case over just that. Will never happen. And not to mention, are you really that disappointed. You really wanted to work @ a highway gas station at night. You even said you just happened to see the sign. it isn't like you were all excited about the job and were going in for an interview.

This e-mail stated I was a "Selected Winner" of $500, 000.00 USD and that my e-mail address had been selected from 325, 000.00 Internet Websites and Thousands from Corporate Bodies. This person, Mr. Shaffie Bin Hassan (Exxon Claims Officer), states in the body of the e-mail that in order for me to collect this $500.000.00 USD, I must Western Union $175.00 USD, supposedly to cover the Insurance on the check and also "to prevent and protect winners to avoid misappropriations of funds." DO NOT open this e-mail nor respond to it! I have contacted the ligitamit EXXON OIL COMPANY and they are in NO WAY affiliated with this scam. DO NOT SEND THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!

i went to get my wife's truck inspected today Wednesday June 1St 2011, 9-AM. at Mobil Service station. first off let me say i am a 100% service connected disabled American Veteran i can not be in the heat in hot weather in any inclement 's due to the meds i take for my service connected disabilities. the clerk at the Mobil service station on the corner of Ella & 34Th asked for my keys & my insurance papers & advised me only (one)1 car in front of me. i handed him my insurance papers & i informed the young man that i was a disabled veteran & that i would be in my truck with the air condition on, due to my disabilities i could not be in the heat for any length of time. the young man told me again i need your keys & that i could sit inside in the air condition i advised him there was no where to sit & i had no problem waiting in the truck. at this time the young man asked for my keys again. now like i already said the young man at Mobil informed me that there was only one car in front of me to be inspected. i sat in my truck over a hour & fifteen minutes. i watched as a lady pulled up on each side of my truck. i observed those ladies hand there keys to the same young man at the Mobil station that had asked for my keys earlier. both of those ladies had there car inspected before my truck which was there first to begin with i asked this young man that had asked for my keys earlier & he informed that he had asked for my key to my truck earlier & that i should have handed him my keys when he asked for them the first time. this is not the first incident with this same young man. i took my motorcycle to the same Mobil station on Ella & 34TH to get a screw tightened once before. this same young man (as mentioned above see above) when he was finished i said thank you & was fixing to tip the young man. at this time he informed me that it would be ten dollars just to tighten a screw that took him not even a couple minutes to tighten. the screw was easy to reach the screw was in plain sight. no problem except that the young man put the money in his own pocket not in the cash register at the Mobil station. i feel that this young man is highly prejudice against elderly Caucasian males & also disabled veterans that have served this great country we live in. this is totally unacceptable in today's times that we are now living in. we all need to come together as one great nation as did our forefathers to make the United States Of America the great nation we are living in today. i am looking forward to hear from you on this matter of extreme Prejudice AGAINST OUR DISABLED ELDERLY VETERANS

Mobil gas station is advertising gas with car wash for $1.93 but when you want to they say it's not working and this has been going on for over 2 weeks now.

They sell cigarettes with no stamps on the bottom and there are rats near the food station.
Drinking while on the job., And having customers sitting there have drinks with employees. I personally thought it was illegal to smoke in public establishments., They seem not to care. The bathroom is either always out of order or its dirty.Seriously who lets there employees do this and get paid under the table as well, very illegal.

Mobil on the corner of Geneva and Gary Avenue in Carol Stream.Daphne who calls herself "the manager" pretty much wrote me off when I asked why my tire valve was leaking air after using the tire pump. She told me that no service was available and there was nothing she could do. I pointed out to her that maybe the air machine needed to be checked so that this didn't happen again to the next person that came by and while winding up the hose and replacing back on the hook agreed with me and walked back into the station. Nice customer service Mobil!

So my sister and I go to the Exxon station located at 5420 North MacArthur Lane in Irving, Texas because it has a car wash. My brand new truck is dirty and we are in a rush to get it clean before going to pick up a family member at D/FW Airport. It is 11:30pm on a Friday night and I go inside and put down $24 cash on the counter (the clerk, name of Dawn, would not take my $100 bill saying she could not make change of any kind) and so I get $18 worth of gas and get a code for a $6 car wash. Drive to the car wash, put in the code, green light comes on indicating to move forward to inside the wash bay, green light turns off and there we sit...nothing is happening...a red sign then lights up saying "Car Wash Not Ready" and there we sit some more...nothing, and it becomes obvious that the car wash has malfunctioned. So, I pull my truck back to the Exxon Station "office" and tell Dawn to please give me another code because the car wash did not work, even inviting her to look at my dry & dirty truck as proof. and what does Dawn say, "I am not authorized to refund your money or give you another code for the car wash !" Dawn tells me that the following Monday her Manager, named Fran, will have to talk to me. Can you believe this BS! Exxon, a company booking billions of dollars in profits, basically steals my cash right out of my pocket for a car wash that malfunctioned, and then one of their employees tells me she will do nothing to correct the problem. My husband and I were meeting some friends and picked up a bag of powdered donuts from to take for everyone to have. On our way I went ahead and opened them up to find spore-like mold covering all the donuts as well as what looked like little gnats, dead and alive, flying around inside.
I checked the date and sure enough, it should've been pulled from shelves months ago. I would've turned around and showed them what I was sold but we were already late. I understand these things happen but theres no reason for a small convenience store to not turn over their products better than that.

I went to the the Exxon Mobil gas station at 1960 Mt. Prospect Des Plaines, IL 60018 this morning(9/15/2010) at approximately 7:00am. I authorized my card and looked for the gas nozzle but couldn't find one.All of a sudden gas starts gushing from the unattched section of where the hose would normally be. There was no sign or any cones to warn me of this. By the time i realized this gas was on my clothes and the side of my car. I quickly moved my car and had to tell the attendant to stop the pump. There wasn't a manager i could make a complaint to at that moment. I am extremely dissapointed, aggravated and quite upset that this happened. Not only was this dangerous but it could have been easily avoided if signs were noted clearly for customers not to use that pump and THE PUMP ITSELF SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN! I have been a customer of Mobil for some time and was caught by surprise by this level of service. I am looking to get a refund for the gas i never obtained and seek other charges for negligence. I don't look to being a customer in the future since this not only put me in grave danger but also other cars/people around me!

I work at a Mobil here in Connecticut. The experience I just read is grounds for a firing. there should of been two orange cones set up in front of pump. there should of been several signs all over the pump (because customers are not to bright sometimes and need constant reminding) and as you correctly stated this pump should of been shut off and down THE SECOND the hose was no longer attached. I am horribly disappointed in this Mobil. You should at least have your clothes dry cleaned or replaced and your car professionally washed down at the expense of the company. I would go talk to the owner of this store and if it is not privately owned as mine is.. Call corporate headquarters. Was attempting to manuveur my vehicle into one (1) of the fueling lanes when an employee, black male wearing a yellow colored button down shirt (untucked of course) walked in front of my vehicle causing me to slam on my brakes. This clown didnt even have the common courtesy to appologize, he didnt even care enough to say anything. Instead, he grabed his crotch, spat on the ground and continued walking through the parking lot into the store.The clerks inside of the location are just as unprofessional and rude as the clown from the parking lot. Considering avoiding EXXON all together.
My wife and I stopped at the exxon station on the corner of Ramapo Valley road at approximately 11:45 pm, we were desperate and it was the only gas station open so we were very thankful that we made it. There was only one other customer when we arrived. The attendent very slowly, almost like he was in a daze, walked over to the other car and started pumping. He then very slowly wandered behind our car but never came near our windows or said anything. My window was already down so finally I said "Hello"? He peeked around from the rear of my car and just looked at me. So I asked if he could please give me $10 of regular to be paid with cash. He said give me the cash first, so I stuck my hand out the window with a $20 bill. He finally slowly walked up to take it, but as he took the money from my hand it stuck to my thumb and his fingers and then came free from both and floated to the ground. Even though it wasn't my fault I said "oh sorry". He then started walking away and said "you pick up the money". I was like, "are you kidding me?" So I had to get out of the car and pick up the money that he dropped. On any other occasion I would have picked up my money and taken my business elsewhere, but we were below empty. I was so happy when we got there but so disappointed and disgusted by the time I left. So much so that when i got home I called the station and asked the attendant why he made me get out and pick up the money that he dropped. He said, "oh that was you? You shouldn't have thrown money at me, if you did that gain you would have big problems". I kept telling him it was he that dropped the money but he just kept repeating that I had "thrown" it, and he hung up on me even though I used no vulgar or threatening language.
I don't know what his reasons were for acting this way. I hope that it is not a prejudicial type of thing. I am of Anglo-Saxon descent and he appeared to be of Middle-Eastern descent. Regardless, even though for years I have stood up for Exxon against all of my liberal friends, I will never ever visit an Exxon station again unless I am in absolutely dire circumstances, and I will be sure and tell everybody I know of my experience.

I am still scared of that manager now, he said that my brother and patrick are not allowed in the store anymore and i am not without a parent. and he always looks at me like I am going to steal again, patrick said it is because we are black.
My brother got lots of emails today saying people responded to his review and he says that he is still angry at the manager and first born triplet i am not ten no more i turned 11 in june. my brother does not live in the house no more because he is a bad influence on me and it is all patricks fault. but we have the same email and he got lots of messages saying someone posted here, i forgot all about this.

I can see not giving this location your business but thionk it's a little silly to hold it against all Exxons., especially since they are individually owned. Bring it to the manager's and owners attention.
