Dear Customer Support,

I am writing to plead for a review of my Facebook account and reinstatement. My account was fraudulently accessed resulting in suspension and ultimately disabled November 27, 2022. The rationale provided was a violation of community standards due to “pornography’ and multiple other shocking claims.

This account is over 13+ years old w/o ever being censured, suspended, or even having any questionable content posted. There are six business accounts and one personal account being managed that affect our business financially. Although we are suffering financially the main loss to me is the messenger conversations regarding my son (Patrick Scharr) that span the entire length of the account. He is an active addict, and to have just the few “I love you” and the messages from his girlfriend (Christina Ellis) which state “when his is at his worse point during active use, he cries and calls out for you, he really does love you’. This is what I would like to recover the MOST.

I have attempted every avenue to have the account activity reviewed to be exonerated of the false allegations of violations and ultimately my account reinstated. The rationales provided upon completion of the form request for disabled accounts has ranged from “there is no one available” to “we can’t review the decision”.

Please review my account and I am sure you will see it was disabled erroneously. To assist in the review, I have supplied several documents: Facebook log, emails, and screenshots of customer service requests. If my request cannot be honored due to the factual review, please provide samples of legitimate posts that have violated any community standards.

Facebook has taken it upon themselves, yesterday, to change my Facebook accounts by taking an old "business" account and making it a primary account. I don't even use the account anymore and have tried to delete it but can't find a way to do it. I have a personal account that did have all my "friends" listed for easy access until they made the "business" change. Now there is NOTHING in my personal account and no postings are getting though.

I attempted to fix my problem by using their directions, but what they are directing me to do isn't even an available option. I attempted to call, and the message indicates they no longer assist via telephone. There is no "chat" option, to get assistance either.

I now after the last 3 days dec 3 4-5 pm times have been insulted and robbed.

Your employees have switched profiles and defrauded me of over 1,000 dollars.

This guy named Darius Norman is telling me to go to the store quick and buy him a gift card.

I am asking that this be properly investigated with the fact in mind that I am the customer and have been wronged.

Their ego’s are so huge, they simply do whatever they want, including sitting on a customer and coercing them to pay $$$$

My account was hacked and someone began running ads on my meta business account, charging my credit card £5400.

My Facebook account was frozen at the same time.

I am unable to contact Facebook (no one can). I have appealed their decision to lock me out and got no response.

I am unable to access my account to change payment details so had to cancel my credit card.

Facebook have not protected my details or identity. My business has had to stop and my finances were ruined.

Every time I try to get into my facebook account and its sucessful, you people say I have been suspended? Why? I havent used foul language or threatened anyon. Hello, my name is Cecil Taylor E address [protected]@gmx.co.uk. I had a page opened on Google under the title Affiliate Marketing. To be honest I never thought for one moment I couldn't do this. There was no malice a fore thought on my mind when I did this. I did have an account opened under my name at the time. At the time I believed I was just opening another page on that account. I am a 78 year old man who can barely make his way around a superstore never mind Facebook. Facebook could mean an awful lot to me as, yes even at my age. I am trying to start a small business Believe it or not I had just been told by another Facebook user to put my name on the site but I was too late. I am sorry for breaking the rules and rules are rules. Hard as it may be I'll have to pay the penalty if that is your decision.

I was hacked I got tricked like a dummy gave them my password they said I won money, we are having a financial hardship so I fell for it all I want is my account back. My facebook is lila m adkins the one who tricked or should I say scammed me was ruth anovira kates. Ill never give out my password again please help. I received an email from Facebook they need identity verification. I sent a photo of drivers license and not long after disabled my account November 3 2022. Several emails asking what this was about with no real answer. I did not break any rules.

I left on a short vacation came home to find that on November 5th $900 was withdrawn from my bank account attached to several pages on my Facebook that I use for business. I immediately contacted my bank and they retrieved my $900.

All Facebook emails bounce back I could not find any phone numbers that go through to customer support. So I started a new Facebook account and found that my businesses are still on Facebook I just can't use my business pages or contact my clients through Facebook. With my new account on Facebook I tried many times to contact them through a business page showing them screenshots of my business pages that are still open and providing my name, email and cell number attached to that account with my businesses. Still no answer.

I built 4 pages that I use to advertise locally, a landscape site, a masonry site and 2 martial art pages. I would like to continue advertising and get my clients that want to talk to me back. I can provide my information and password to you direct for the disabled Facebook account in question along with any supporting documents you may need.

On Thursday 24th November. I tried to login to my account and my account did not allow me to logging. When I try to do a forgotten password it goes to some Hotmail email which I've never used a Hotmail. I need help to recover my account logging. For what I know my friends on Facebook could be scammed thinking that it's me in operation.. The recovery code is also sent to the cellphone number that I don't know

My account was disabled over a year ago I had been ill, and my wife became ill so I didn't go on face book for 6 months. when I did try there was no recourse to

resolve the issue. where in our 80's and would like to know why? and be reinstated. All we ever did on face book was to see what our friends and family were doing and let them know what we were doing

I wrote a previous complaint and received a fake email back from "Facebook" stating that I had been assigned a "special agent" to assist me. The grammar and punctuation were not correct and it gave a fake Facebook email that I was to reply to.(photo attached)

My account has been hacked. It happened Nov. 1st and I disputed it Nov 2nd. It has completely disappeared and I cannot get in to Facebook at all. I disputed the claim that I did not comply with their rules, sent ID verification, and received back instructions to reset my password several times. None of the resets worked. I am locked out and if I attempt to get into Facebook, I get the following messages that are attached below.

I have sent several emails to [protected]@facebookmail.com bc that is the only working email address that doesn't come back to me as unsent. I get no reply, no help, and have no way of corresponding with Facebook to give them this information.

I continue to get email notifications from Facebook, but when I try to open them, I get the same pages as attached below blocking me. The notifications are for birthdays, postings of friends, and messages from Facebook letting me know that I haven't responded to my messages or notifications. I am also receiving emails from Facebook Meta Ads Team informing me that payments for my ad account have not been made and therefore my ads are disabled.

I do not place ads on Facebook nor do I have a business page on Facebook. Whoever hacked my page is attempting to place ads, but cannot access my bank account or credit card.(thank goodness!) I have also attached photos of these.

I am now receiving emails from Facebook telling me that I only have 8 days to finish the steps to disagree with their decision even though I did all of the steps, so apparently none of that reached them either.

A friend attempted to go to my page, apparently right after it had been hacked, and she told me that my background picture was changed and the language was foreign(possibly Vietnamese or Arabic). My profile picture was also changed to three men in foreign clothing she couldn't identify the language or the clothing. However, now, no one can even find my name or my page if they search for me on Facebook.

There seems to be a deployable misunderstanding concerning my Facebook

Account ([protected]@gmail), which has been locked a while back.

My name is Poul Langemark, and I am a Danish citizen, who has been living in the Philippines since July 2001.

I have attached picture-scanning of my ICR-card, back and front, as my proof of living on this address, as annex A and B to this complaint.

It should be noted that I since 2014 have been without internet, because the only provider with coverage in my area (Guavatel) went bankrupt at that time.

On Feb 26, 2021 I applied for a job in Qualphone, Dumaguete, and was shortly, while the training was ongoing, online via a Wi-Fi in a house further down the road, which already had access to optic fibers.

During the training I was told that it was a requirement to open a Facebook account, which I did. I believe I made a mistake by not putting a picture of myself there, but of a monkey, which I later, after having studied your rules, have understood is not allowed. I was not aware of that, since I seemed to remember that back then, when I last had a Facebook account many years back, had several friends that for extended amounts of time did not display their pictures.

It turned out that the Facebook Account was of no import for neither training nor work, and I only used it occasionally to communicate with my sister, who at that time was hospitalized with severe sickness.

Not long after the training, all work at the call-center was converted to homework, but I could not comply, because I still did not have access to internet in my home. I tried from the house further down, but was informed by the company that the environment was too noisy, which was quite true.

After that I had for a long while to stay in my house under lockdown and await a government vaccination program, before I was able to go to Manila to renew my passport, which in the meantime had expired.

I have attached as annex C to this complaint a Cash Transaction Slip that proves that I in advance had paid the expenses for the services at the Embassy worth 8,188.00 pesos via BDO Bank, Dumaguete.

I have further as annex D and E to this complaint attached xerox copies of my Itinary and its receipt that proves that I actually purchased a flight-ticket and went to Manilla on March 28.

My application, fingerprinting etc. in connection with the renewal of my passport was made on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at 11:00 at the

Royal Danish Embassy.

I have attached a picture-scanning of said passport as Annex F to this complaint.

About two month ago an internet-provider finally had laid optic fiber all the way up to my house, so I could get online, and it was only then that I noticed that my Facebook had been closed.

Sometime after that I - following Facebook instructions – attempted to reopen my account via an Android belonging to a Romnick Francisco , who lives about 3 kilometers further up the road in upper Nabago. Unfortunately, my simple push-button cell-phone without neither digital nor picture scanner nor internet had namely stopped functioning, so I had to ask Rominick to assist me with the scanning of my passport with his android.

It was actually Rominick and not me that did the scanning. He is a very switched-on young man who is assisting me with some EDB-issues that I have found hard to handle myself, since I after so many years without internet have become somewhat unused to it, and furthermore cannot see so well, because I am very long-sighted.

I can, however, assure you that neither Romnick nor I have undertaken any criminal activities nor anything revolting via Facebook Accounts whatsoever.

I can, furthermore, inform you that the company I for a short while was working for - according to what I have been told - had an incident, where two employees in co-operation had gathered sufficient information to rip a clients bank-account, whereupon they disappeared to another address on another island, which is quite easy here in the Philippines - a rumor that might be substantiated by the fact that the company's employees, while I was working there, were forbidden to bring ball-pens, notebooks or cellphones into the inner recesses of the workplace.

I have, however, no knowledge of any suspicious activity via my own Facebook, and don’t know who have had access to it aside from my family.

Our efforts did, however, not result in the opening of the account.

I cannot follow the last advice I was given to reopen the account with a cellphone I have used before, since I have never locked on to my Facebook via a cellphone. I do not have a phone with access to internet, because I cannot use it, since I am too long-sighted to see the small figures on the screen.

Furthermore, I cannot, as suggested, lock on with a computer I have used before, because a couple of weeks ago - when I was ready to start looking for work recommended to me by the mentioned Romenick - my computer, which has worked perfectly since I bought it many years ago, suddenly packed up, so I had to put it in for repair: corrosion of the motherboard, which had to be exchanged.

The reparation was made in a computer-shop called Algorithm on Daro Higway, Dumaguete, Negros Oriental.

I have to this complaint as annex G attached a xerox copy of the receipt.

I can further assure you that no-one has attempted to access my account with my password, as insinuated in your 'Critical security alert for [protected]@gmail.com', since no one knows my password but I.

It’s probably because I have become a bit elderly here (I am 66 years old), and somewhat easily confused, so I admit I panicked and desperately tried various ways on my own several times.

So, what can we do to resolve this situation?

If I have to receive anything via sms it has for the time being to be to another phone (+63-[protected])

As further proof of my identity I attach photocopy of my Birth Certificate, front and back as Annex H and I.

I get banned for violating the community principles, and when I report a completely identical case, it doesn't count as a violation. Please check the announcements I made and the responses of the Hungarian FB team. I have the feeling that the ruling falls under political judgment. Several times I deliberately made similar statements, for which others were not punished, but I was.

Tried to get into my account tonight. I couldn't. I was accused of making a statement to someone in a post that I did not say. My Gramybear account was hacked so I started over with Donnajean Sherrard. All of a sudden I am having trouble with this account too. Facebook is inundated with hackers and catfishing and it's getting worrisome. FB claims that I said, "Burn 'em to the stake". I did not make any such comment! They tell you what you did but won't let you explain as if they don't care and don't want to hear it. They claim I'm just getting a warning but if that is the case, why can't I get into my account via my laptop? I use my laptop the most under Donnajean Sherrard, and my address is [protected]@gmail.com. I also sign in with the two methods where they call my text me # which is [protected]. I am really getting tired of feeling like FB does not care about the people who spend a lot of time on their site. I am a 70-year-old disabled woman. I don't think I am much of a threat. In fact, with all of my health issues, I'm sure of it! The biggest threat I've ever made is to tell the kids to clean their room. or else. If FB chooses to not want to work with customers who are there a lot, then I can find a lot of other good sites to spend my time on. If they don't want me on FB, say so, but don't offer phone numbers that are useless and no one who ever answers questions or complaints. I
