On Saturday September 4th, 2021 at approximately 9:30am I went to store #00142 to purchase some items. My purchase came to: $24.88. I gave the cashier $40.88. The cashier, huffed, puffed and rolled her eyes at me and asked could I read. I asked what are you talking about? She stated, it is clearly written on the door that we are only taking debit cards or correct change. I told her first off, there is a difference between change and bills! And secondly, I had no way of know, what the items I was going to buy was going to cost, so how can I know what amount of money I was going to need to purchase my items. The manager could rectify the problem, by going to the bank if necessary to get an adequate amount of money, so that customers are not made to feel like they are responsible, because there is a change shortage at your store. The cashier told me, if I didn't have the correct change the next time don't come back to her store! What kind of way is that for someone representing your store to talk to a customer? Especially and elderly one. This behavior is totally unexceptable! The little young hussie was rude, disrespectful and down right nasty! I don't think I deserved this kind of treatment. Especially since the tacky hand written sign clearly stated, that the store had a shortage of change. There is without a doubt a difference between change and dollar bills. Again, how the hell can I know, if I'm going to have the correct change, when I had no idea how much my items were going to cost? Was I supposed to do a price check first, leave the store and come back with the correct change? The little hussie, better check her attitude, because the right person on the wrong day, could cause her to get her smart [censored] nasty mouth, butt kicked! Ruby Randall

Desired outcome: Get enough money in the store so that customers don't have to be accosted if they don't have the correct amount of money!
