Last night while purchasing supplies, I encountered an issue with STORE Number 12880, address: 21350 Hwy 603, Kiln, MS phone number: [protected].
The cashier and custodian were talking about the previous customers whom they had waited on while at the same time handling my groceries. As far as I'm concerned that was very unprofessional and discriminatory in other ways. They were name calling and down grading the customers. I usually don't shop at that particular location, but needed supplies on the way from leaving my mother's home in Picayune. I live on the coast of Mississippi.
The cashier talked bad about the previous customers as she was scanning our groceries. I do have the receipt if needed.
Desired outcome: Refund and the employes whom worked last night to go through the disciplinary process.
