On several occasions inside the store, Susan Wilson the manager, belittles her employees constantly. If she isn't talking about how lazy or sorry, she's talking about customers that come in the store. Then, She had the nerve to say something about my son who went to her church. She does this with a store full of people. I use a preloaded debit card to pay bills with. She made comments about some people using those cards to commit some kind of crimes? Huh? What does that have to do with me? I had not been in that store for months, I go in the store, the cashier is even more rude and hateful than normal, then she says she sorry ,she thought I was the person who had been in the store the night before and stole some stuff. Ok, again what does that have to do with me? Where my son goes to church is no one else business. Don't embarrassed my family and myself, over her stupid, rude comments. She has no business talking about her employees, and customers.
Claimed loss: My time, and I am seriously thinking about talking to an attorney.
Desired outcome: I would like to see her replaced. She has no business running anything, much less managing a store than the public goes to.
