This store is a scam, they sold me a fake Moncler jacket. I showed them proof from ***.com, but they don't wanna give me my money back and say the jacket is real. Don't buy from here!

I bought a winter jacket from Fashionbarnshop, the Moncler Parnaiba, in December . My order number was ***. Unfortunately, they sent me a fake jacket instead. I found out when I verified it with Moncler. I tried to get a refund multiple times, but it was difficult. Eventually, I sent the jacket back to them. However, they are now saying that they never received it. I have proof that I returned it, though.

I bought something from Fashionbarnshop and had to send it back. They got it on 28/7 and it's now 9/11 and I still haven't got my money back. I've sent them loads of emails but they haven't replied. Some guy who says he's the boss (called ***) said they gave me a refund but that's not true. He said he'd help but then he just ignored me. This company is really bad and they're doing something wrong!

I purchased The North Face Men's 7SE Summit Himalayan Parka GORE-TEX 1 XL / Yellow from Fashionbarn shop on Saturday, Oct 2, 2021, at 7:21 PM. It cost me $470.00, paid in four installments via Klarna. Fashionbarn shop failed to provide a tracking number, and Klarna erroneously charged me twice for $117.50. Attempts to reach Fashionbarn shop by email and chat were unsuccessful. Klarna was contacted, but they directed me back to the shop. Klarna has since paused my payment until 3/9/2022. I am seeking a refund of $235.00.

I ordered from Fashionbarnshop on October . I emailed them on October *** or *** to ask about my order, and they said it would ship on the ***. I got a notification on the *** that it had shipped and got a tracking number. It's now October *** and the tracking says "USPS is awaiting the item" for 6 days. I emailed them twice on the *** and ***, but no response yet.

I bought the Tumi Alpha Bravo Sheppard Deluxe Brief Backpack from Fashionbarnshop on 9/13/2022 without mentioning the order number. They emailed me on 9/19/2022 to say my order was dispatched, but the tracking showed no movement. It arrived on 9/30, which was too late for my needs, so I initiated a return on 9/29 without providing the RMA number. I'm still awaiting return instructions as of 10/4, despite multiple emails. Other customers seem to face similar issues. Assistance in expediting my return would be appreciated.

I bought some sick Air Zoom Pegasus 37 Running Sneakers in white and mango from Fashionbarnshop. They cost me $114 plus $10.33 for shipping. I got a tracking number from them saying my shoes were shipped via ***. But when I checked the link, it said the label was created but the package wasn't received yet. I tried to email them three times but only got a response once. I'm getting pretty frustrated and even contacted my credit card company to help me out with a dispute. I just want my shoes or my money back, you know?

I bought the Moncler Grenoble Laplance Belted Jacket in silk white, size 0 from Fashionbarnshop on 3/6. I paid $1876.43 with my visa card ending in *** and chose 2-day shipping. They sent me an email on 3/11 saying they made a label for my package with tracking number ***. But it's been 6 days and *** hasn't picked it up yet. I think they don't have the jacket to ship because it's sold out in my size on other sites. I looked online and saw other people have the same problem. I think this company is a scam and I can't get a response from them. I sent them emails and called their phone number but no one answers.

I made an order on Fashionbarnshop on 07/21/2022 for 4 sets of Loewe Home Scents Sample Set. I paid $344.92 for it. But then I realized I made a mistake and wanted to cancel the order. Their website said I could cancel within 48 hours by emailing them, but the agent told me to cancel it myself in my account. I couldn't find any "CANCEL" button in my account under the order link. I couldn't cancel the order even though I had just placed it within 24 hours. I called customer service, but they just kept trying to sell me their "$100 offer" and asked for my card information. I didn't want to give my card information away, but the agent yelled at me "are you crazy? are you out of your mind?". I don't think that's how you talk to customers. I'm really unhappy about this. My confirmation number (order number) is ***. I hope they can cancel my order and refund my money for $344.92.
