I bought a leads list from Nationwide Marketing LLC
I bought a leads list from Nationwide Marketing LLC. They promised it would give me real clients. But guess what? 64% of the emails didn't even go through. And don't get me started on the wrong phone numbers! I couldn't even reach a live person or get any response. It's really frustrating. All I want is my $325 back. I bought the leads on 1/26, worked on them, and asked for a refund on 4/29. I've followed up multiple times, sent emails, and they keep promising to fix it. But nothing happens. Please, just give me my money back.
I signed up for Nationwide Marketing's $50.99 per month plan to get access to their databases
I signed up for Nationwide Marketing's $50.99 per month plan to get access to their databases. At first, I got what they said I would. Sometimes there were some technical problems, but Travis Rogers, my contact person, fixed them and gave me extra credits. But now, I can't cancel the program. I've asked them many times through email and phone, but they haven't acknowledged my request or stopped charging me every month. Since I first asked, they charged me for two more months of credits. I had to complain to my credit card company and they blocked any more charges.
I got an email from a representative from Nationwide Marketing months ago
I got an email from a representative from Nationwide Marketing months ago. They told me about their services. So, I paid them $995 for their service. But guess what? I didn't get any services for months. So, I asked for my money back, you know? They said they would refund if they couldn't provide the service. I talked to the rep and he promised a refund. But it's been weeks and still no refund. So, I called the rep again and he promised to check on it. I waited more weeks and then I emailed the rep. And you know what he said? He said he would find out where my refund is. But guess what? I still haven't gotten my refund or any response from the rep about where it is. I'm so mad, I'm gonna get my lawyer involved and complain to the State Attorney General.

I bought leads from this company and they said they had a guarantee
I bought leads from this company and they said they had a guarantee. But when I didn't get the results they promised, I asked for a refund. They said they would do it, but they never did. I argued with my credit card company about the charge, and they warned me that they would take action because of the dispute. They said they would give me my money back, but since there was a dispute, I had to pay again. Then, when the dispute was over, they would reimburse both charges. This happened in February, and I have lots of emails saying they will refund my money, but they never did. Now, they won't reply to any emails or calls. They not only took advantage of me once, but twice. I'm really mad about this situation.
I got a few email threads about this, but here's the lowdown
I got a few email threads about this, but here's the lowdown. Travis *** & Kyle *** were my contacts at Nationwide Marketing. Here's the link to the leads I'm talking about: https://nationwidemarketingcrm.com/affiliate/store/NA==/product/hot-rollovers-9865174-2. In the email, we agreed on what I bought, which was a list of 401k rollover leads (they also threw in a list of IRA leads that I didn't ask for). They also sent me some call scripts later on, but they were a bit iffy in terms of wording. The contacts were in an Excel file with all the personal info. Some phone numbers were disconnected or belonged to the wrong person, and some emails bounced back as undeliverable. When I searched the home addresses in public records, the names didn't match the spreadsheet. I tried calling Travis on his cell, but he never called back, and he stopped replying to my emails. He took the money and vanished.
I'm writing this complaint for 2 reasons
I'm writing this complaint for 2 reasons. First, I want this company to honor its word about guaranteed refunds. Second, I want to warn other potential customers about Nationwide Marketing's business practices. I received my leads, but most of them were wrong numbers or disconnected. When I mentioned this to Travis, he suggested that he would put together a team of cold callers to get me leads. I went along with it, but I didn't receive a single lead from them either. Travis sent me emails on January 7, saying that my account was taken care of yesterday, implying that my refund check is on its way. However, as of today, I still haven't received my refund check from Nationwide Marketing. Additionally, Travis never answered any more of my calls. All I want is my $400 refund. They promised it in writing, but they're not honoring their word. I'm going to consult my attorney and have him file a complaint with the State Attorney General.

Purchase of Prospect List from Nationwide Marketing
Seeking Refund of Purchase Amount due to Prospect Data Issues
I called Travis Rogers on 3/15 to let him know about the problems with the list. More than half of the Prospect list had wrong phone numbers. I made more than 200 calls to the prospects on the list, but the phone numbers didn't match the people who answered. Out of the 675 prospect names, only 338 were accurate. After making 200 calls, I didn't see any point in continuing. The list of prospects was a complete waste of time.
I have called Nationwide Marketing, ***, more than 12 times and sent 7 different emails asking for a refund. Travis doesn't answer the phone or emails. He only responded twice, but didn't follow through as he promised. Prospect Lists are not worth the money I spent.
I am making this complaint for 2 reasons: first to try and get a refund that was guaranteed in writing for the purchase of two "scrubbed"
I am making this complaint for 2 reasons: first to try and get a refund that was guaranteed in writing for the purchase of two "scrubbed" marketing lists in October . Secondly to warn others not to fall prey to the unethical and dare I say "scam" methods of Nationwide Marketing, ore more specifically ***, who claims to have worked for them for 11 years yet on the ComplaintsBoard.com site it says they are "out of business" and I have been unable to reach ANYONE other than ***, even upon request to speak with a supervisor. So I am unclear if this complaint and warning is to be aimed at a defunct business, a business "front," or an individual scammer, ***. With that being said, here is the history: Sometime in the fall of 2020 I received an advertisement email by "*** with Nationwide Marketing" offering scrubbed lists with qualified leads. On October 8 after speaking on the phone with *** I purchased 2 sets of lead lists through *** who claims to be with Nationwide Marketing. The lists were identical and I brought this to the attention of *** who supplied me with a second list. The lists came with a written guarantee which is not being honored despite the fact that I have done everything asked of me. I called each lead (that was an actual real person and not a non-working number) at least twice, if not three times, emailed them all (most bounced back as undeliverable email addresses) and I sent handwritten notecards to all as well. So I worked the lists extensively. I did not receive ANY leads and again most phone numbers and emails were bogus. There were even a few that said they were on the "Do Not Call List." After asking for my refund, *** asked for my worked lists - I provided them only for him to claim several weeks later that he was still waiting for them. So I provided them again. I have exhausted all other means of resolving this issue and am therefore seeing the ComplaintsBoard.com's help. I have provided all written correspondence between us (attached). I have been seeking a refund according to their guarantee to no avail for months as you will see by the email written correspondence. I have been "given the run around" so many times that *** is now contradicting his own excuses. As you'll see in one email I was told I would receive a confirmation number of my refund - never received it. *** is evasive at best and misleading most times even contradicting himself in writing multiple times. I have been more than patient as I try to get my refund, including one phone conversation (where I had to call from a different number to get him to answer) where I listened to a very long explanation from him about how the company has transitioned and the refund is "stuck" in accounting. I warned *** that I would be making a complaint through the ComplaintsBoard.com and filing a Google Review and gave him time to respond and follow through with refunding my money. I have also tried to contact Nationwide Marketing directly via the email and phone numbers affiliated with their website. The email bounced back as bogus and the main 800 number never goes to a person. And on this ComplaintsBoard.com site it shows "out of business" yet *** is still operating under Nationwide Marketing and refuses to give me a supervisor's number. I am beginning to think the entire thing is a scam. I just want my money back as their guarantee says. But I would encourage you, the ComplaintsBoard.com, to investigate this supposed business and specifically "***" who, if this business is in fact closed as your ComplaintsBoard.com site says, is holding himself out fraudulently.
