Fasthosts Internet review: Marketing suits

So I own a few services with them, around 5 domain names, 1 hosting package and 2 websites builders. I have also ordered a marketing suite because it was 50% however after purchase, it turns out that it was purchased, but the coupon hasn't been applied, I asked for the cupon to be applied which I was told he is from tech support, so he can only cancel as I am still within the time, and then I can order again using the coupon, by that point I was a little annoyed and asked for the cancelation of the service, so he said he proceded with the cancelation.

I run a business, and have had a marketing team dealing with my issues for both of my website, only recently I have realised I have been charged for the last 3 months, and not only that, but on top of that another 4 marketing suits have been added to my account of which all 4 have not even been set-up, they are still pending configuration, there is no cancelation available.

The reason I found out about this is because they failed to collect £33 for one of the suits, there is 4 more that aren't even set up. I dont need the service, but they are threatening suspension of the service, now which service I dont know, do they mean the Marketing suite, or all my services? the rest are all paid up to date. Please help.
