5/21/2024 12:11:03 pm, take out order for Heines (should be Hines but not a big deal), ordered 2 rav, 2 kids spag. and whole pizza, should have gotten 16 bread sticks (I got NONE) so I call and talk with their manager (AKellie) she said I am so sorry I will put you on the board for tomorrow and I will give you a choc. cheesecake for you trouble. 5/22/2024 I go to the Fazoli's again and tell them that I was suppost to get 16 breadsticks and marinara sauce Akeelie said she put it on the board, the girl at the register gave me the breadsticks and no marinara or cheesecake, so I asked her if I may please have some marinara she gave me the marinara and I asked if Akeelie did not put it on the board for me to come today and pick this up, She said you weren't suppost to pick this up until FRIDAY. (I mean come on they have 100 breaksticks, up there and I have made two trips clear across town for this. I stopped going to fazoli's some time ago because their service got bad thought I would try them again BIG MISTAKE. never again!
Desired outcome: I would have been happy just to get the breadsticks, marinara and cheesecake but do I make another trip out to get just the cheesecake, there is no good outcome here.
