There is more to it than that. There is no reason it should be routed due east to Columbia, MO. as opposed to coming its normal route straight to Springfield. It was misrouted. Also, your rep reassured me yesterday that there was not a labeling problem and that I would be getting a phone call. Neither are true. There is a notation in the tracking stating "Address corrected."
There seems to be an issue with my name being printed twice on the shipping labels as this is an ongoing problem. No scan for well over 24 hours. Please correct the labeling problem as this could be obscuring other components of the address. Thanks.
