First, I'd like to tell you how infuriating it is to (NOT) be able to speak to an American, let alone the department I'm trying to speak to at all! I literally had a woman (After 25 calls to 1800 go FedEx) Tell me there is no one in the United States to talk to! I was enraged! I'm an American and a customer, I don't like having to speak to a person in Latin America who just learned how to say words in English yesterday!
Now my issue. I filed a claim in December, Claim #C-[protected]
I have not filed an inventory as of today, yet I received a check and a notice of claim case closed. I want to return this check, submit the claim form/inventory of damaged goods. and receive a check for the proper amount. I declared $400.00 and paid additional fee for this. The damage is much more than $400.00 I feel they should have sent at least $400.00 Instead of the random $217.00 they did send. Please contact me immediately so we can get this handled properly.
