delivery of medical reagents
Tracking number is [protected]. Called on 1/15/18 at 1430 because we had not received the reagents. Spoke to a fedex clerk who told me that they had not attempted to deliver it because it was an office and it was closed today. I told her we are a hospital, we are open 24/7, and the reagent we are waiting on are crucial to the operation of the hospital. We had expect them this Monday. She assured me that she had spoke to the local office on Howard Lane in Austin Texas and they had schedule them for late delivery. She told me the package should arrive around 1700. It is 1953 and we still don't have the reagents. Called customer service and was told that it was never put on the truck and there is no way they can deliver it today. This is totally unacceptable. poor customer service. Not only did you not deliver this the first time because of an assumption you made but you failed to redeem the lousy service the second time. We are talking about a hospital that needs there supplies. very, very disappointed in you service.

That's ridiculous to think you can get away with such a tactic. I sure hope this malpractice gets remedied before I consider purchasing online again. On 10/27/17, I scheduled a pick up at my home/porch for a return item to a company called Southern Marsh. I have an account with fed ex and (at this point I can't remember but I assume I was charged for the pick up). I was not at home when the pick up happened. I received a call the next day from the warehouse person, Jim Coyne, asking if my package had been picked up because they had a new driver who's scanner wasn't working and they didn't know if it had been picked up. In fact, they sent out 2 additional drivers the next day that I did speak to and informed them the package had been picked up. I assumed everything was ok until a while later when Southern Marsh says they never got the package. I called back to Jim Coyne and he says the package was mislabeled and sent to Crate and Barrel and likely will never be recovered. I've been working for 2 months to have this issue resolved. (It's $107). I keep getting the story that since it wasn't labeled, it's like it doesn't exist and no one can prove that I'm not just trying to scam you all for $107...and now since the original return label was probably Southern Marsh --technically they own the account and would have to do something to allow us to get reimbursed. What a joke. Your driver screwed up. The warehouse manager confirmed that and I'm having to try to fix your mistake?

I paid for second day delivery, didn't happen. Your tracking website said it would be delivered yesterday and that it was out for delivery. I waited all day for the delivery. I canceled an appointment today to wait for delivery. Still haven't received it. The part has to be programmed and I have that scheduled. I am waiting today again. I will have to make a 50 mile trip one way if it is not delivered today. UPS has delivered packages to the house the last two days. Apparently their second day delivery means something. Your complaint person said you aren't required to meet deliveries. I wish I had recorded that conversation with her so I could use all the social media to let everyone hear that statement. package not delivered on time
On December 21, 2017 I shipped a Priority Overnight via Fed Ex. When I tracked the item it was still in Memphis, TN. Funny, the other package shipped at the SAME TIME with specific shipping instructions to be delivered on Tuesday, December 26 was delivered TODAY December 23, 2017! Christmas is totally ruined. My heart is broken beyond fixing. I don't care that someday the package will get there. It doesn't even matter now if it ever gets there. Fed Ex can NEVER undo the emotional pain & suffering this has caused me and will continue to cause me. I will NEVER be able to salvage this Christmas. It is gone. This is the absolute worst Christmas in my entire life.

I was expecting a package to be delivered and it was "apparently grouped in with 139 other packages " and delivered to a completely different address. The rep told me that he would follow up - NOTHING!. Someone called me and basically took my information and did nothing with it- I spoke yet again to a nasty customer service agent the following day - still nothing. I probably will never ever use FED-EX again.
DECEMBER 21, a package was supposed to be delivered- paid for rush delivery- called and spoke to a rep who told me to keep my fingers crossed - it was back out on the truck for delivery today -

I placed an order from chicago to Jonesboro Arkansas. I confirmed in the store my delivery address twice on the screen. I re dived an email saying the package will be delivered December 13 at the end if business day. I got an email saying the packages were delivered at 5:01pm on December 13. I called to make sure the person received the packages. They confirmed the packages hasn't been received yet. I called Fed Ex and they assured me the packages were delivered. I checked the tracking on the package and that's when a rep names Michelle said she will look into it and follow up with me. Now the first mishap not only being sent to the incorrect address BUT I requested a signature WITH identification of the person whose name was on the packages. Strike 2..
Whoever got the packages signed R. Reid and there is not one person in that house with any of those initials, I later found out.
On December 14 at 8:00Am, I get a call from Fed Ex saying they package was sent to the wrong address. I immediately questioned how was that possible when I verified the address in the Chicago location twice with the rep. They said they will look into it and contact the driver. I then received an email/text stating that the address it was sent to was the incorrect address and there was a mixed up. Reassured they will contact the driver and get some results.
At 1pm on this same day, 5 hours later, I phoned the fed ex store again in Jonesboro. I spoke with Kristy. She told me that Michelle was handling my account and that she was gone for the day. I asked why didn't anyone give me a call to let me know what was being done. Kristy told me that Michelle was handling my account and that they come in early and leave early, which was irrelevant regarding my mis delivered package. I asked her if she can look into my packages she assured me that the driver will go back to the location once he finishes his rounds and retrieve my packages. Now we are almost at 24 hours and ppl these days are manipulators. I questioned her gesture as to when will that be? She says she don't know. I asked her what was the delivery guy name and she said Henry but he's not the one that delivered the packages on yesterday.
She was very unprofessional and rude to a customer that their driver deliver the packages to the wrong address. I asked her who her manager was and she replied Walter. I asked to speak to him. Kristy said he was on lunch and she didn't know what time or even if he was coming back today. Now that really through me. Kristy had EVER excuse to give me except where my packages were
Needless to say the FEdEx driver NEVER showed up. I got the police involved to go to the address after 20 hours of mis delivered packages. Of course the police didn't find the packages. I called back to phone Walter Morris the said manager and he also was very rude and showed no empathy. His words were if the police couldn't get the packages we can't either. Now I am livid. How can someone that is at fault be defensive and unconcerned when it's my money at stake?
I purchased this television and firestick for my sons 18th birthday and now he don't have it as his gift. I'm livid. I went back to the Fedex store in Chicago and the same young man that helped me Mitchum confirmed the addresss that I put on my packages were correct.

I was contacted on several occasions that there is a consignment at the Terre Haute, Indians Station this addressed to me in McPherson, Kansas.
The agent, has told me that the consignment was abandoned at his station some time ago. I was never given any tracking number or any information as to the consignment.
I was asked to send $200 for him to personally deliver this consignment to me
I sent money, no consignment, but a request for another $200.
the issue is still on going, and he is still requesting that I send $200.
The station agents name is Jeffery Pair. I was informed my him, that he was the station manager.

This is not an isolated incident, just the most recent. The halogen garage light assembly I ordered for one of my sons for Christmas was delivered to my neighbor, even though my address was clearly marked on the box and on my house. My neighbor's home is about a quarter mile from mine. The neighbor stopped by this morning to tell me that my package was at their home. They are elderly and the package is too heavy for them to bring to me, so even though it is 19 degrees outside and snowing, I will bundle my special needs child up and drag him out into the cold to get the package that my neighbor says is beat to pieces and the product exposed (which means it will be full of snow). I have lived here for four years and have no problems getting UPS packages. I guess FedEx employs drivers of lesser intellect (dumb), lesser ambition (lazy), or both. On a happy note, I called the company from whom I ordered the light assembly and they gave me a credit of 30.00 which will get charged back to FedEx.

This product was supposed to be delivered to my house not 2.5 miles away when I went searching for it the night of the delivery I could not find it. Yesterday I was leaving our ranch and Caren called me and said the driver left the package by our front gate by a concrete block I was just driving out so I checked again and told her that it was not there. I asked Caren what we needed to do now. She said I needed to contact the shipper and have them file a claim with Fedex. I called Battenfeld Technologies this morning they checked their information that I gave them when I ordered the product. They said this is a FedEx problem and Fedex needs to reimburse me. They also stated that this is an on going problem with FedEx not delivering the product to the correct place, which I know is true because it happens quite often with FedEx deliveries to me. I received another FedEx delivery yesterday and it was brought to the house like it should be. Since I live in a very seclude area I am starting to think the FedEx driver either kept the product or left it somewhere else because they were to lazy to drive down to the house and deliver it. Another words he should do job he is paid to do. I spent the day at home. Around 4 p.m. I stepped out of my front door (single family home) to take mail out of my attached mailbox, and saw at the end of my walkway a package leaning against the corner of my front-attached garage. It was a large, heavy futon mattress in a package about 6 feet long and very heavy. I was alone at home, and because of thefts of mail and packages in my city being on an increase, I knew I could not leave the box outside unattended. I grabbed it by the end and started pulling it towards my front door, walking backwards. It was very difficult and awkward to handle. Near the front door I stumbled against the one step leading to the front door and fell backwards. I hit my head on the door, and my hip, outer thigh shoulder and arm on the left side on the concrete step. I am now sure and bruised and having muscle spasms in my mid/upper back. I am very angry that the delivery person did not bring the package all the way to the door which is about 30 feet away from the garage corner where he left it leaning. I believe he didn't bother ringing the doorbell because if he had and I opened the door, he'd feel forced to bring the heavy package all the way in. Needless to say, I am very upset. I orderd above part for my 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer, it is for the blower fan in the front of the vehicle. The box was just delivered via FedEx and was ripped open on side and part was damaged inside as well as another part missing. Not very happy with this as I felt that we were going to get the parts needed to fix the fan inn our vehicle. I would like to return and have my account refunded for this messed up part. This is the second year for this same issue. Your driver leaves the package at the wrong address. This has happened twice in less than a week. We had the same problem last year and filed a complaint. Both houses have the address clearly displayed. Please tell your driver to read the address on the package and the address on the house before just dumping the package off and leaving. This makes me believe FedEx don't care about their customers. UPS can find our house every time. Never a problem.

FedEx Ground service have now misplaced a few expensive packages. About a month ago my attorney Overnighted me a large sum of money from a settlement. Upon notification that my package was delivered, via tracking number, we searched high and low to find nothing at all. "Signature Required" someone I don't even know signed for my package. Upon investigation and several phone calls, we had found that the package was ma's-delivered in a lump of packages to be shipped somewhere else. Finally two days late received my package.

Yesterday, my fiancee had received notification that her wedding dresses were delivered. Could not find them anywhere once again. After playing phone tag with a couple reps yesterday afternoon they resolved nothing and we had no information about the two packages. Being left hanging about two expensive dresses is very frustrating! Now this morning FedEx delivery driver came to the door and rang. Dogs barking, growling and howling, the door was answered. The man said hello I'm dropping by to check on a filed investigation regarding two parcels. It says that you didn't receive them yesterday. Well yes, no packages anywhere and it says delivered.. The man then argued and said well I delivered those packages yesterday. Did you check with everyone in the house hold? Our response. 1. Yes and nobody saw the packages. 2. The packages were not delivered yesterday to this address or else we would have heard this (Barking) frustrated the delivery driver stomped off huffing and puffing. Not five minutes later there was another ring at the door. Upon opening the door. Delivery guy was long down the road in his truck and our two dresses left on the doorstep.
This is what I call [censor] Shifty customer service. We are tired of this happening to us and want it fixed.

Ordered a couple of large items from Amazon to be sent to my daughters house. Now we have been waiting for 4 days. The first day it was sent back to the center because it said they were not home. When she called and said she did not even receive a delivery notice the lady at the office was horribly rude and said to call back later to see where the item was. When my daughter called back, then they told her they didn't try to deliver cause the driver thought it was damaged and took it back for inspection, and they said nothing was wrong with it. The next day, my daughter had someone stay at the house all day waiting and no one showed up, so I called the main customer service number. They told me to leave a note on a car in the driveway and they would leave the item out there. Again another day and no item. Call back to the center and they don't know why it wasn't dropped off and no delivery notice. I find all this highly unprofessional. If I have a choice to ship with another company I will.

Brittany told me the item would be derived today, of course that didn't happen, when I called they told me that the package will be on hold at the Walgreens store in marietta. I didn't ask for this. The package will be there tomorrow 11/16 they claim. Ill see. Im tired and cannot make any more calls. Im so discussted. HELP.!

Then an attempted delivery was made on the 11th, of course no one was there because you stated the 14th was the delivery date. I called asking about me picking it up but was cut off so I did not request this, however the next day was told that I made this request. The new delivery date was the 15th. On the 15th two other items were delivered but not this on e. I waited at home all day no delivery. I called again and was told delivery was attempted, not true because I received two items, not the inquiring one. I am exhausted from. all the calls and lies I have been told. Today another email stating the item will be delivered on the 16th. I have spoken. with Jimmy, Juanita and others whose names I don t recall. Some of your employees have been very rude and lacking proper information. I have never experienced this before and I just would like my package. tracking number [protected].

While reviewing my exterior cameras I noticed that a FedEx truck dropped off a package at the chain pulled across my driveway to keep delivery trucks out because there is no room at the end for truck turnarounds. This driver chose to pull up to the chain, get out of the truck drop the package at the "No Delivery Trucks Past this Point" sign, then back up and pulled up into my front lawn and proceeded to turn around on my lawn. He could have simply backed straight out of my driveway at the point before he pulled up onto the lawn. According to the date stamp on the camera this occurred on October 26, 2017. It is operated by Choto Enterprises of Clayton, truck #405367. He violated our trust in delivery drivers by his action because it seems to have been an intentional act due to the sign being posted. Below that sign is another one notifying that the premises is monitored by cameras, but I guess he felt that there was no camera.
extremely poor delivery service
I ordered products on line. Vendor would only use FedEx, do not use USPS.
Vendor site linked to FedEx and they stated delivery was at 1:57 pm. On Oct 12th. A check at my front gate, as well as my mail box area showed nothing left. This usually happens with FedEx and the other delivery company ('brown'). This is why we use USPS, no complaints there.
I don't know what 'mapping' program FedEx uses, but I found my package at approximately 6:30 pm, 3/4 of a mile from my house, shoved between a fence and a tree, at the backside of an apartment complex. See attached photo.
This is not the first time this has happened with FedEx. There has food products, clothing, and breakables, as well as expensive items left at gate(s) or thrown over fence. his is the furthest afield I have had to go to retrieve items that are sent via FedEx.
Because of this, I have terminated service with this vendor as well as shipping back the item(s) at my own expense via USPS.
I will NEVER deal with a vendor that uses FedEx or any other 'delivery' service other that USPS. This even if products cost more or shipping is more. At least I know I will receive the item(s) I order.

I was taking son to school just missed then so called they arranged to redeliver sat Sept. 30 at my house again. Sept 30 no delivery so I called to see where my package was as I am leaving out of town and work 12 hour days also.
Sept 30- oak park Michigan location labeled it as a business and decided not to deliver it. I called spoke to a nice gentleman he didn't understand why and said Monday oct. 2 since I'm working 12 hour he could deliver to a Walgreens fed ex drop of where I could pick it up.
Monday Oct. 2 they tried delivering to the hous e DT7194 4978 4468 I went to Walgreens to double check and they didn't leave package here as requested and recommend by your employee. I spend 1 hour with Oak Park supervisor on phone Stacy she wasn't nice she acted as if it was my fault that I didn't get my package. I asked if it would be then delivered to Walgreens tomorrow Oct. 3 to pick up as I'm on 12 hour shifts. She said yes! I confirmed twice as I said it's all recorded by your company!

I would set up deliveries differently! I am so mad the lady today now said to schedule it with this tracker so she transferred me and then that lady I said ok Thursday Oct. 5 between 7:30-8:30am before I fly out of state! She said she cannot do that! Why keep bouncing me around and rescheduling the package of your company apparently doesn't have there act together!
