I placed 2 orders with a company within 2 days apart. Same address on both labels, ordered from same company. Packages were to be delivered to my address 1 day apart. I got the first package, second package is in limbo due to incorrect address. How can you deliver one and not the other? These parts are for an automobile that is used to get to work, to provide for our family. As the package sits in limbo this vehicle is not moving. I have contacted support every day sometimes 3 times a day for the last 3 days, Not one of them can explain to me how I can get one package and not the other. I had requested to pick up the package and was told I could not do that. The I was told to contact the shipper for an address correction, which they could not do because my package was put in as return to shipper. Now the company has agreed to call fedex, but is going to charge me an additional 16 dollars for an address correction. This is not the first time I have had problems with the delivery person. I have complained before. Now maybe they need to be trained better, maybe have them look at the actual numbers on homes, maybe tell them stop being lazy? I am not sure but something needs to be done with your delivery people.
Desired outcome: I WANT MY PACKAGE DELIVERED....
