Due to this impatient delivery, I am now facing potential penalties from my bank and risk losing a crucial deal. This not only reflects poorly on the service commitment of FedEx but also has severe financial implications for me.
Considering the urgency and the financial consequences of this incident, I am compelled to inform you that I am contemplating sending a legal notice for the potential chargeback I may incur due to this failed delivery.
