On or about dec of 2021, I was taken to court over a Fingerhut purchase, that was made in 2018 for 2200 +, that didn't belong to me, it was made by someone with same name in New York. I tried to tell the rep from collection agency, but right in front of me he went through all the paper he had and changed address. Which in my opinion was very deceitful, which he knew I had no idea what the purchase even was and still don't. I've disputed it in credit file. But I just discovered y'all have a lein against my property for almost 3000.00. That does not belong to me, someone obviously stole my identity and you all clearly don't care about any hardships consumers face as long as somebody pays and that's not right to make someone that can barely buy food pay someone else's debts. And first of all I was told at the hearing it was 2200 now it's almost 2900 in 2 years, if someone couldn't pay 2200 how you expect 2900 to get paid. It's just a shame I'm gonna have to file bankruptcy to get a judgement removed that shouldn't be there in the first place. If you had an ounce of dignity within your business you'd remove this ridiculous lein without all that having to be done
Claimed loss: 2900.00
Desired outcome: I want this removed from my credit file and the judgement relinquished
