I ordered some shoes as a gift and had it sent to a little boy that does NOT have an email and that does NOT have a vehicle to drive to USPS. When he received the item there was only ONE shoe! I called customer support and asked them what I should do. Before getting hung up on by the first caller he told that he could mail me a label and then that he couldn't because it would take 5-7 business days. I told him I didn't care just to send it so we could actually get a PAIR of shoes. He then goes on to tell me that can't send me a returning label through the mail. Umm sir no this is NOT my fault and idc how busy the distribution is. If i pay for a product I am EXPECTING that product. He made a million and one excuses instead of saying it was a mistake on their behalf and I'll send you a label he said he said it's MY JOB to print the label. NOOOO it's the company you're working for mistake and they need to fix it... I called back and it's a lady on the phone bless her heart she didn't even have a chance, she immediately put me on hold and left me on there until I volunteered to hang up... Called back again a different lady answers the phone and she is talking so much she doesn't even understanding my problem. After I allowed her to talk over me for a few minutes I finally asked for a supervisor or someone that couldn't better assist me. She then then tells me to basically hang up and I should get another representative. LIKE REALLY?! I ordered the items so the person that the gift was for wouldn't have to go out of their way...The last guy that answered helped me with NO problem. He understood my issue and assayed me WAAAY better than the others. MAKE SURE YOUR SENDING OUT THE CORRECT PRODUCT. THIS IS A HASSEL FOR ME AND MAKES YOUR COMPANY LOOK BAD.

I was charged 18.40 on my card on Aug 20, I called in on 08/26 after speaking with my bank to inform I did not place the order, was speaking with a representative, she had me on hold for three minutes, came back to the line and then disconnected the call! Customer service was horrible and I am still confused as to why I have a charge for something that I did not purchase.

I bought Fila shoes in jersey garden, finish line on 13th of July 2019, soon after I reached home I realized that the shoe hurts my toes and I won't be able to wear shoes for a while since I'm pregnant with swollen feet, I went to the store after 2 days requested for refund n when I checked the bag the receipt was missing, so the lady at the counter said she won't be able to refund, I asked if I can talk to the manager, so a tall lady came(store manager), very rude, wrong gesture, I felt like she looked down on me, she kept saying no refund as no receipt but I had online banking statement, tag on the shoe and I asked for the exchange and refund policy, she highlighted that part n gave it to me which said only exchange or credit note if no receipt but also on the above it says she has right to limited to refund regardless of receipt, I had to call customer service and deal with it while my 1 and half year baby was waiting and I'm 7 months pregnant. Although the customer service fixed my problem which I'm so great full. My only concern is being treated poorly and giving me hard time by the manager which could be solved in a sec. I think no customer should be treated like this, specially by a manager who sets examples to the employees

I recently ordered shoes for a good price and used a coupon for 40 perfect off. I was suppose to get my order today. It said out for delivery and I kept checking and checking because it was suppose to be here by 8pm. I contacted finished customer care for her to basically tell me it's not in her hands.! Which I ordered from you guys. The tracking said undeliverable when I've order shoes before with the same address. The lady from customer care is telling I now need to go to the post office and figure it out. The whole purpose of ordering online shoes is not having to go anywhere they come to my house. So now I have to make my way down to the post office with my 5 kids. I'm very upset to the point if I do get the shoes I will be returning them to take my business else where.!

I ordered on March 13, 2019 and only certain items was shipped to me. I have contacted the their customer service department the same day I was suppose to receive my order and told the Rep that my items were missing from order and I never received my package and I then asked what was the process of starting a claim they informed me that they would send me out the items that were missing from my order and they gave me a new order number well when I went to go look up the order number it was the same item that was missing it was for a previous product that I bought in the past and that I already received. So they lied and which is down right out criminal. Worst customer service I have ever dealt which in my life horrible company who doesn't honor they contacts or commitment to their customers with out customers then there would be no company. I will never ever buy anything from them a again. This is exactly how class action lawsuits start.

To whom it may concern: I am submitting this complaint after a very dissatisfying purchase recently made. I was shopping in the Orchard location finish line and wanted to purchase the above mentioned shoes. The associate that helped me advised that they did not have the size i wanted, and that the Aurora location had them. I advised them that i would go to the Aurora location to purchase them, however they were so uncomfortably persistent about me purchasing the shoes their and then driving to the Aurora location to pick them up, that that is just what i did even though i had a bad feeling about it. I should have listened to my initial instinct because everything went wrong. Upon arrival at the Aurora location i was advised that my "order number" had been cancelled and there was a refund to my account. However that was not correct and there was no refunded money in my account. Jose Aguilar the manager at the Aurora location did not seem to want to help, he kept advising that we would need to purchase the shoes again. Since myself and my husband are not employees of finish line we could not understand this. We had our receipt for proof of purchase, however we were being told that we needed to pay again. At that moment i called the Orchard location to advise them of the situation. I spoke to Kaye (manager) she stated that everything was good on their end and she could not see where the error occurred. She was not very helpful. She stated that she would contact the manger at the Aurora location to get the situation settled. After back and forth for about 30 minutes, we were advised that we would get a $20 discount and guaranteed a refund on the original purchase. Against our own judgement we went ahead and purchased the shoes again at the Aurora location. The next day we did receive the refund from the original purchase. These shoes were a Christmas gift and so the holidays came and gone. My daughter went to put her shoes on on December 26th and we realized we were given 2 right shoes! As you can imagine we were not happy. I called the Aurora location to advise them of this and they stated that they would order us a "fresh" pair from California and when they arrive in a "few" days we can pick them up. I have not heard from the manager (Jose) at the Aurora location, and am now left with 2 right shoes that cannot obviously be worn. If i were a manager i would have done everything to get these shoes overnight shipped for a customer that had already had all these issues during the purchase. It's unfortunate that we will probably not purchase from this franchise anymore due to this "mishap" as your employees call it. I am not asking for anything, except for someone to address the issue with the employees both at the Aurora location and the Orchard location to avoid future issues. Also according to the Aurora location they could not locate the 2 left shoes that were left behind, which means that those were probably sold that way as well. Once that customer figures that out I am sure there will be another issue arising. I ordered shoes online and received them pretty quickly. When I opened the box, it was a different shoe from the one I originally ordered online. When I called the customer service line, they told me to go in to Finish Line to replace the shoe. Once I got to the store, they told me my shoe would be shipped to me express within 2 days! Well it's a week later and I just received my new tracking number with the date my new order was processed ( an entire week later). When I called to express my concerns AGAIN, I was told that I was given wrong information in regards to my package arriving in 2 days. I expressed to them that I was not happy with their service and I would prefer my money back over the shoes. Long story short, they did not handle my services accordingly and did nothing to assist me with the inconvenience they caused. I will not be purchasing shoes from them again.

My family for thanksgiving drove from san angelo to san antonio, a 3 hour drive to do shopping for Christmas. We went to finishline to do shoe shopping. I approached ms. Amanda benavidez to ask for help on shoes, i hadnt approached her in my life before and when i went to ask her for help, her response was..."Do i look retarded?" All i asked her for was for help on shoes. I was stoked, i was with my family and this was very embarrasing! She was rude and paid no real attention to customers need. She needs to leave her personal problems at home, this was a disgusting experience when finishline's policy is said to have the best customer experience. Today I witness him doing the [censored] again it's unfair that customers wait in line for hours to get pairs that we couldn't rsvp for, I watch a whole family get pairs for one man, than they went to other store in the mall Dtlr and did the same stuff! My 2 sons and I entered the finish line in the viewmont mall today (8/29/18) and there was a worker in the front of the store and one behind the counter having a conversation with her friend. I asked her (after I had to go to her) for a size in my son's shoe. She acted like I got it from the wrong section for the size I wanted, then said yea we should have it... Set the show on the wall and went back and continued her conversation with her friend. I walked over and said can I get my shoes please and she stated she then had to wait for someone else to come to get them. I replied that's all you should of said instead you went back to carry on your conversation about whatever it was you were talking about (which wasn't sneakers). Then another girl came out of the back and stood at the register so I waited about 2 min, realized she wasn't getting my son's shoes either so I asked do you think I can get those shoes I been waiting for . That girl then also said they are waiting for so and so to get them... The store was dirty, stuff all over the carpet and the MOST Ghetto and rude customer service associates ive ever come across. The customer service rep, told me I could pick up my shoe at the Noth lake mall in charlotte NC or I can receive them in two day. So said I will wait for the two days. My children and I went into the Finish Line at the Crossroads Mall Mt Hope WV there were at least 5 employees just standing around talking to each other no one ever greeted us nor did they ask if they could help us with anything. Needless to say I let them know how unprofessional they were and left. I wouldn't dare give my hard earned money to a store or company who can't greet their customers.
