sports illustrated subscription fraud
I purchased something from Finish Line several months ago and during that purchase, the Sales Associate asked me if I would like a FREE, one year subscription for Sports Illustrated. Of course I said yes. I've been receiving them, no problem. Until August 10, I see a charge of $49.95 on by bank account for Sports Illustrated. I NEVER AGREED TO THIS, nor did I ever provide ANY information regarding debit or credit card to Sports Illustrated or Finish Line for any other purpose other than my purchase of some tennis shoes. THIS IS FRAUD. Flat out, fraud. This is NOT ok. I want a formal complaint issued to BOTH companies and let everyone know not to do business with either unethical company ever again.

I paced an order on 7/6/2017, when I Received the order 2 of the sets of shoes were missing the mate! Called CS, they sent me one order, cancelled the other one without notifying me, I wait 2 wks for nothing than I had 2 wait another 2 weeks for my refund. All I get when I call is "IM SO SORRY". After I received my refund I had to RE-SUBMIT the order and they expedited for me for free, only because I had to request it. I received my order Friday 8/11/17, and what did I receive?

Even the orders come with an "inspected" document. They were to have shipped me a correct left shoe mate on 8/11, have not received this and here I go again back to calling Finish Line because no one cares, but they sure did take my $$$ and send me a screwed up order!

I purchased Black & Gold Jordans. Took a screenshot as I do with all of my online purchases. 10 minutes later I get a confirmation email stating I'd ordered Grey Jordans. Spent 53 minutes on the phone only to be given 3 different reasons as to why this happened. And was told I couldn't purchase the Black pair for the same price ($99) but could get them for $139. So how did my purchase go through at that price but got changed to a different color after the transaction. I was told there was a glitch and that I never should have been able to purchase them for that price. 4 kids= roughly 8 pairs of sneakers a year. And Finishline will never see another dime from me. Who was going to die by giving them to me at that price? Fix your website. Or better yet stop changing orders. This is repugnant and sleezy. Footlocker here I come!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Manager "ARIEL" is clueless about winners circle rewards and doesn't care about making customer happy. He MADE me forefit $20 rewards on a return and I argued that the rewards are earned every $200 in sales and I shouldn't lose them. He stated that is the policy. However when I came home and looked up the policy it CLEARLY states that the rewards should be given back in a STORE CREDIT on returns. He didn't care at all that I wasn't happy. Andd come to find out he had NO IDEA what he was talking about. NEVER shopping here again.

I paid 120.00 for a pair of work shoes at the Clarksville TN store and wore them around the house for 30 minutes and they didn't fit ride and hurt my feet so I brought them back to my Paducah Ky store and the employees refused to return my money and the shoes were in perfect condition and not worn outside at all ... Peyton from the Paducah store wouldn't stay off his cell phone long enough to even assist me for sizes since they made me believe I could only exchange them... after a hour and half of being there and being ignored I asked for another option as they insisted I could only exchange! I shop with finish line only and always have but I will never spend another penny at a finish line again! And p.s. I had my original receipt! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT FINISH LINE AGAIN!

I purchased a pair of shoes from finish line yesterday online because they didn't have my size in the store.. so I decided to trust the the online services & now I'm Getting terrified after reading so many of your post & complaints! I called them and told them I wanted to cancel my order the [censor] told me it can't be cancelled and that it was already shipped out.. how the hell is it already shipped out on a Sunday? Lying [censor]! I told them everything about all of the complaints I see online, I also told them I'll be recording my every step from receiving my package to opening to box for evidence! I don't have money to waste like it & If they are really treating their customers this bad & ripping ppl off this company needs to be Shut down completely! I'll keep you all updated on what happened!

Went in store to buy Nike Air Max 2017. Didn't have what I wanted, so ordered it for me. It was late coming so left me with no work shoes! Shame on me for paying the price I did for these shoes. Finally got them Tuesday. Wore them half day at work on Wed, hurt my feet so bad I had to put my old shoes back on. Took back to store today to get refund, system was down and refused to do return and credit my credit card or even give me cash back. Sales lady even called corportate and they said I had to come back and try later. Unsure what time it would be up and running and this is a Saturday!I live 40 minutes from this store! This is just so ridiculous. This is the second time we went in this store to get shoes we wanted and they had to order what we wanted cause they didn't have the size in stock. They were also late in delivery with our sons school shoes promising we'd have them on time and they never got here in time. They have lost a customer. Shame on you Finish Line! I did email the corporate office and got a pathetic letter back giving me no satisfaction basically saying, they didn't do anything wrong. Their sales people lied on the delivery date (possibly)yet they say their not on commission.

I was shopping inside of Finish Line at SouthPark mall when I approach employee Rashadd to request a shoe and I could smell a strong smell of Alcohol. I ask to speech the the manger Ashley Young she was very rude. I exit the store and called the police. While I was waiting on the police the two employees exit Janliel and Rashadd exit the mall and was in the car drinking more alcohol and Colonial Heights pulled up and arrested both employees for drinking in public. While the police search both employees marijuana was found in the car. The police tried talking to Ashley she was very rude to them also. I will no longer be shopping at this location or Finish line at all. The manger refused to give me her boss number and the employee is still working at this location.

Several and I mean several times I have spoken to the customer care dept of finish line to inquire why I had not received my 2 yr old sons shoes that I had paid for online. Every time I have spoken to someone they tell me a different story why I haven't gotten the shoes but to not worry because they will make sure I do. They stated at one point they didn't have my apartment # with my address which is false, also was told that someone would follow us with me personally if there was another problem with obtaining item, which also did not happen. Every time I have to take the time to call myself and explain the whole problem again. To this day I still have not gotten the shoes. It has been over a month. I have spoken to supervisors and keep getting told a date on when I should get my sons shoes but yet to have seen them. Very unprofessional when they can't even give you an explanation as to why I have been told inaccurate information. Very disappointing customer service, I feel like my money was just given to a company and they have no care if I get the product I am entitled to.

I bought three pairs of nike jordans shoes from the Michigan city outlet store. I then drove 45 minutes back home to south bend, IN. My daughter's shoe did not fit. I also purchased the same shoe for myself just in a bigger size. I gave my daughter my shoe and decided to take her Jordan nike shoe back to the Michigan city Outlet sore, it is 45 minutes from my home. I arrived at the store and the manager who was a black guy with long Dred locks was very rude and stated that they did not have the Jordan in a bigger size. Lindsey the manager with the Dred locks state that he could order the shoe and have it mailed to the store closes to me, "which is the finish line in Mishawaka, IN. Then the manager Lindsey with the Dred locks stated that he could not order the shoe in the correct size because the shoe that I brought in to exchange was in the wrong size box. I purchased 2 nike Jordan shoes, one was a size 6.5 and the other was a size 7.5. I returned the size 6.5 in the 7.5 box. Lindsey the manager stated that I would have to drive all the way back home to get the correct box. Lindsey stated that the wrong box would mess up his inventory per Lindsey the manager with the long dred locks. I drove all the way home 45 minutes away and got the correct box, then I drove another 20 minutes to get to the Mishawaka, IN finish line. I spoke to the manager at the Mishawaka, in finish line and she stated that the manager Lindsey lied to me flat out. The manager at the Mishawaka store stated that Lindsey could have very well exchanged the shoe in Michigan city and ordered another shoe. I wasted time and gas driving back and forth. I have called and complained 2 other times concerning this issue. Since Lindsey is the manager I'm sure he's discarding the complaint however, I will find a way to be heard.

I placed an order on 3-17-17 for a birthday present for my grandson our local Finish Line did not have his size. So did an on line purchase from them. It was a nightmare. After over a week could not track shoes. Called Finish line on line number talked to a representative and come to find out it was never shipped. Representative tried to where they were shipped from they would not answer the phone. Since I could not get my money for another 7 days she reordered shoes for me. I asked for a manager to call me on [protected] they never called I waited on phone for them for ages representative could never get one to come to the phone. I have purchases shoes for ages from Finish Line I will never order from them on line again and since they do not value their customers as his is apparent by the uncaring attitude management has I will never purchase shoes again from them.

I had the same problem as many others - I did not get a refund and was completely ignored by Finish Line. They simply didn't care and didn't want to help me.
Ordered a pair of shoes and received the wrong size and with their permission I sent the shoes back and was promised a refund. Time passed and no one contacted me and there was no sign of my money. I tried to reach them many times but they simply did not reply.

Hello, I got a new pair of Nike air maxxs. Spent over 160 dollars on them. They are so squeaky I told them in the store where I got them and was told nothing they can do for me nor return or anything. I get all my shoes from finish line and very upset. Spent a paycheck for a new pair of shoes and can't even wear them more then 5 times. Tried to break them in thinking it would go away. But it's worse and worse every time.

Do not buy from finish line. Their customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. They send me the wrong shoe and promised to replace the shoes. After i returned the shoes, i never received the shoes i originally ordered. I spent a whole day talking to the customer service line after being told by the online representative that they can't do anything about it. I was able to get a refund for the shoes. However, they told me if i needed a replacement, i should place the order again. They told me i would have to pay for the shipping all over again. Why would i pay for shipping twice for the same shoes? they kept telling me they couldn't do anything about shipping and apologized. But, how can they apology solve anything? do they care about customers' feelings? my whole day was wasted because of their mistake and they still make me pay shipping that i already wasted on the original order? this doesn't even make sense. Anyways, do not ever buy from this horrible store. It's a miracle how finish line became such a big company.

By far the worst experience of my life. Associate was as rude as they come. His name was (RICHARD)-RICKY This guy was a total loser and should be jockeying a register as that is about the extent of his mental capacity. Refused to accept a return on an item that had been purchased 3 days prior and not used. Was the rudest person I have ever come into contact with. Called the police and security on me because he kept asking personal questions about where I lived that I refused to answer. I kindly asked him to do his job and not to worry himself with my personal life. What an embarrassment to myself and the other customers present. At first refused to take the return because he said his computer was down and I had to go to the out to return when it was an online Internet non outlet purchase. Called one of his friends on his cell phone to watch me, as If I raised my voice or acted out of line. Stated "So this is America now", made some very RUDE comments, very racially motivated. Obviously this m#### with an IQ level of about 40 was uneducated, unskilled, and had no business even filling up space during the holidays. Currently having my lawyer write a letter to the company as a result of the embarrassing, rude, assaultive behavior that this employee exhibited. Should he have worked for me he would have been fired immediately. Obviously he has some deep seeded prejudice issues that are conveyed to his customers at work. What a loser, he will go far in life. On december 8th I placed an order and received a confirmation email. 10 minutes later I get an email that it's cancelled. The rep tells me it cancelled because my billing and shipping were different & had to be the same as the billing, so the rep re did the order with both addresses the same, again get a confirmation email and then a cancellation email. Called back and the new rep tells me that the apt # was missing. She re orders it. I get a confirmation & then a cancellelation. I call back another rep tells me it cancelled because the billing address said unit 2 & shipping address said fl 2. Which obv means the same thing. And now can't reorder cause it's sold out. Now dec 15th I try to order different sneakers & copy & pasted my name & billing address from my credit card onto finish line, so they can't say it don't match. I get a confirmation that it went through & Then another cancellation. I called & now the story is, they are transferring 3rd party & that this is happening a lot. And that I should go to the store & order it from there. When today was the last day to get it shipped before Christmas. Thanks a lot. Now I no where not to shop anymore

Laid them off with no notice, making me wait 2 weeks to get paid, Never did a w2 so when a payment came they took out the maximum in taxes even though I faxed one to them when told a check would be cut., No Quality assurance regarding financials of clients information, nothing secured. Worst of all they neglect to pay or answer calls or return emails regarding promised commissions earned while employed there.

I have purchased a pair of shoes from www.finishline.com website and received my order in a timely manner. But they sent me the wrong pair so I contacted them and asked for a replacement. They gave me all the necessary information and I sent the wrong pair back. They said I'll get the right shoes within approximately two weeks.
Two weeks passed and nothing arrived and their support said that I need to be more patient. One month passed and they said the same thing. They claimed they sent me my shoes, but when I asked for a tracking number they stopped replying. What a scam!
