I placed an order in store received a confirmation number. However i have not received a confirmation email about the order. These are my kids school sites and i was told my order hasn't been processed yet. I'm upset because i explained clearly i needed them by a certain date. I wanted to leave a review but haven't figured out how as of yet but will do so when I find out how. Im very upset and won't do this with finishline again.

She did not act like that to her other customers who were caucasians. Her facial expression changed as soon as she saw me and was very rude when I asked for her assistance. I believe she is racist. That is very sad and disappointing that Finish line would hire someone like that. We've been loyal customers of finish line for almost 8yrs now and this is the only time we received such a poor service. We are so very disappointed and turned off. i think that associate should be reprimanded and reminded that cuatomers, no matter what race should be treated with respect.

I went to the deptford mall location in NJ advertise was a price of 34.99 for a pair of Jordan's on sale when I approached the counter the cashier at register 4 name Trevor said the sneakers rang up as 64.99 and that was the set price I ask to speak to a a manager manger says that the price tag located on sneaker on dislplay shelf was in error and refused to offer the ticket price of 34.99 and said sneakers cost original price 64.99 and said he "wasn't gonna lose money and cared less of what the ticket says" I was angry and upset that the mananger would act like this towards a customer. Please retrain staff and let them know when the shoe has a ticket label sale 34.99 that should be the price at the register it's is sad.

I ordered some shoes online for ship to store pick up. The next day I received an email explaining the nike shoes i ordered were not in stock and the order had to be cancelled. I called the online customer service number because the money was never refunded to my debit card. The charge should have been reversed immediately but never happened. I spoke to 3 people from the number on the website. The keep telling me it's my bank and not them. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I need my money refunded and by telling me it's my banks fault is unheard of.

I had forgotten my card in finish line (yes my fault) I went back and asked the lady if they had found any cards on the counter. Without looking or asking the employee that checked us out she said no. I turned my card off and was going to buy another one that day. This was around 2:30. I got a notification on my phone at 5:00 saying my card was swiped twice in a restaurant in lake charles (where our mall is located) I called finish line and asked if they had found my card and they told me yes. They said they found it 30 minutes after I had left. I informed the manager on duty that my card was swiped while in possession with someone in the store. She began to catch an attitude with me and then hung up. This is terrible customer service and theft. Further action should be taken.

Went to store 505 in Wilkes barre pa to buy Jordan 12 Michigan at 700 am was told day before that shoes were going to be for sale on Saturday at 8 am first come first serve I was the first person there employee that opened store did not show up till 8:20 then did not open the store till 8:42 just to find out that they did not have any size 13 he stated they did not get any size 13 and aske if I wanted a size 11.5 I waste my Saturday morning for the second time to here they don't have my size but they have a list on the counter that they take care of certain people now I called the store today to find out about Jordan 10' s coming out this Saturday I was told they have all sizes available and all I have to do is come in at 10 and buy them we will see

My wife and I took our children to the Mall yesterday for the annual "beginning of summer shoe purchase". My sons wanted to go to the finish line. After purchasing a pair of shoes for our youngest son, our middle aged son picked out a pair of running shoes. I decided to also purchase a pair and the female rep was assisting us. I found a pair of Nike's and was going to purchase them. I asked the rep the price, since I was not wearing my eyeglasses, and she said "120.00 according to the sticker in the shoe. Then she said, Oh wait, these aren't 120, they are not marked right. They are 150." Then she began to remove the sticker. "So you want these?" I didn't know what to say except "No, not today".
How about this! Sell the product on the marked price. How do I know she wouldn't have charged the 150 and pocketed the difference...actually...you are supposed to sell the item when marked as such at that price.
Won't be back...it's OK, the foot locker is two stores to the north!

"Their prices are good, their honesty sucks!" I purchased shoes online one afternoon & the very next day I received 13 telemarketing calls back to back. The day after that 8, and 5 days later am down to 7 per day - Grrrr! Their privacy policy states they don't sell personal information, but that now tells me they give it away freely!
After contact of customer service via phone, they shuffled me around to various reps until they transferred me to a voicemail manager that didn't return my calls. Was told you cannot delete your online registration, only update your account info and was informed they can remove you from further email, but not phone contact. They didn't even flinch when I said I'd go online to let others know of this practice.

I've attempted to contact finishline regarding a horrendous shopping experience I had last night and no one has gotten back to me. I was verbally attacked by an employee and it escalated to the point where she almost physically attacked me as well. I've never felt so threatened and unsafe trying to buy a pair of
sneakers. This was at the Finishline inside Macy's at the Paramus garden state plaza. I asked the Finishline employee to please get me a size 9 for my dad's sneakers (the display sneaker was a 9.5). She said size 9 was sold out. So then I asked for 9.5. She tossed the display sneaker across the counter and said, "he can try that that's 9.5." I told her he wanted to try on both sides. She then asked me to give her a minute with so much angst in her tone of voice. Mind you, the place was empty and she did not appear to be busy at all. I then walked away because she was clearly not having a good day. This employee chased me down yells, "what's your problem [censored]" to which I replied "excuse you?" She then told me to "shut the [censored] up" she said "you think you're tough ima take off my shirt." I asked to speak to a manager because she clearly was not a sane and stable person. She proceeds to call her manager and I quote her, "can you come here I'm about to [censored] this [censored] up." As I was explaining to the assistant manager what had just happened she continued yelling obscene profanity and threatening to fight me in
the background. Customers browsing nearby were all dumbfounded. The assistant manager simply said this is not the first time this employee has acted in this manner to customers. I don't know how Finishline trains their employees or how horrendous situations like this are handled, but I will not let this
go until this employee is rightfully reprimanded. The assistant manager informed me everything was recorded on the hidden camera she had in her shirt. I will be asking for this footage today. This incident was beyond unprofessional and scary. It is unacceptable Finishline chooses people like her to represent and work for their company.

Let me start by saying I've NEVER written a formal complaint to a company before, and I've had many poor customer service experiences. After my experience in your Smithaven, NY (store 868) store today, I am no longer silent.
I have been a long-term Finish Line client. I have 3 kids who love Nike and Adidas shoes, and your company stores have always had the best and most current selection. That's where it ends.
I did in fact, buy 2 pairs of shoes today, spent $175 and my receipt transaction # is 98271.
I will NEVER return. What I experienced today was an embarrassing display of incompetence, disregard for customer service, rude and unacceptable complacent behavior from EVERY team member in your store. There were 3 employees at the register, 2 at the door, and 2-3 others roaming the store. NOT ONE offered to help us, or any other customers in a crowded pre-mother's day store. But what's worse, is most of the employees were roaming or standing texting or snapchatting or whatever else they could do on their phones. My 2 daughters and myself could not get anyone's attention, were trying on the sample shoes off the displays, had to interrupt an employee at the register on their personal phone to get our sizes. Same employee didn't return to check fit or offer any further assistance. The feeling was we were bothering them in some way, as if it was an obligation or a favor to help a customer.
I ask you THIS- what is my incentive to come into your crowded store on a rainy day and shop for shoes if not for some customer service? you ARE aware that Nike and Adidas sell their shoes in about 15 other stores and online? Why would I not stay home on a rainy day and order from Amazon online with free shipping and 24 hour delivery? Honestly, your employees today were a bunch of self-entitled millennials who can't pick their heads up from their phones and engage customers in conversation regarding their intended purchase. WHY are they permitted to even have their personal phones out and on their person ? And if there's a reason for that (not sure what that could be) then they at the very least should not be openly wandering the store texting while ignoring customers while getting paid to do so. The laziness and complacence that I witnessed was embarrassing for your company.
I'm a 47 year old woman with 21 and 19 year old daughters who were with me. They too, are millennials who have cell phones, they GET IT, but they were disgusted by what they saw. The only positive for me here- teachable moment how NOT to behave at your place of employment, and HOW to work hard, make good impressions and converse and interact with people.
Congratulations Finish Line, for employing America's lazy youth and enabling them to continue with that work ethic.
Will never return, not to purchase anyway, just to occupy as much of your incompetent employee's time while I try on 10 pairs of shoes, walk out with NONE and go home and buy online.

My kids are not spoiled. As a matter of fact I told my daughters they are not to go shopping at Finish LIne ever again. That if they did that I would disown them and they would no longer be considered family. One of my daughters started crying and I told her if she was going to act like a baby she could walk all the way home. She did which was a good seven or so miles. It was dark and if she had been raped because of their stupidity and her own stupidity I would have sued Finish Line. She would not get money that I won for the lawsuit if she were raped because she was asking for it.

My Friend ordered a pair of Jordan's on my behalf. He called and the Customer Service Rep claimed that the order couldn't be canceled because it had been shipped. We didn't want it canceled just wanted to change the address. She said she changed the address, the money was deducted for the shoes along with the shipping cost. This was done last Friday, the shoes should have arrived in Miami from the 4-6 April. The status never changed and the shoes were never shipped. Not only am I really disaapinted I'm disgusted that we were told the package was shipped out and it was not so, this was for someone's birthday and I have no idea what is going on.

I call today on 3/12 to find out why I do not have a tracking number. They tell me my order has been canceled because the Shipping didn't match the billing address. This is unacceptable. My shoes were paid for and where I ship my shoes is non of your concern. I will not be doing any business with finish line again.

Don't order anything from them, I am begging you. It may be the worst website you will encounter in your life. The same things can be said about their customer support that does nothing to comfort their customers. They offer no alternatives, are very definitive and may be rude sometimes.
I only wanted to ask when they are planning to send my package because it was important to me to know 'cause I ordered it by a special date. I was called impatient. Not saying it was too rude, but hey, why do you think you should judge me, huh? I got no answer, by the way, the conversation was a piece of crap.

On October 28, 2017 I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes for my children. The total came out to $95. The order number is [protected]. My children could not fit the shoes so on November 5, 2017, I returned both pair of shoes. I used a shipping label that I received from the finish Line website. The tracking number is 1Z61A5E49095969795. When I checked the status of the return it says that the shoes were received on November 9, 2017. I had not received a refund so on November 14, 2017 I had a chat session with Cierra. She sent me a new tracking number ( 1Z61A5E40394488498 ) and said that I would get my refund in 5 -7 business days. I still hadn't received my money so on November 24, 2017 I called and spoke with Raffy. Raffy sent a request through that the Daianna in billing said she received November 27, 2017. Raffy said that I would receive a refund in 3 - 5 business days. Here it is December 3, 2017 and I still have not received my $95. I called and spoke with Iris and Iris said as well that I should have my money back in 3 - 5 business days.
This is unacceptable. My family and I shop at Finish Line often but after this last transaction you will never receive mine or my family's business again. I have been given the run around for over a month and I'm not ok with it. I need for someone to handle this situation because I really don't want to have to take this further but I will if I have to. I bought Reebok classics in-store but they didn't have them in my size there so they purchased them for me online in-store. I received the shoes in 7 days. They were packaged in a ripped and taped up box. When I opened the box the shoes were opposite sizes and nasty. Mudd was on the bottoms, the outside, and inside was covered with an extensive amount of dirt. It was disgusting. I called customer care to complain. They had no more classic Reeboks in stock so all they could offer is my money back. Great. What an inconvenience. So I go to send the shoes back, and thankfully they send you a return label. However, the box was so damaged that they sent them in UPS would not accept the box. So I had to purchase another one. Great right? So almost 3 weeks pass and I still have not receive my money via mail. I call back to complain, and somehow it was not mailed out. No supervisor available just the promise it will be sent out with a 25 dollar gift card. A week later I receive partial of my refund and no gift card. I call back again! Where is the rest of my money and my gift card? Sorry we will resend the gift card and the rest of your money. I deposit the partial refund of my money in my bank. A week later I receive the rest of my refund and of course still no 25 gift card. As I deposit the second refund I realize the first check bounced. Really? A million dollar company is sending out bad checks. I call back again, because not only did your check not clear but it cost me 12.00 for being returned. Again, they have no clue what happened, but we are resending you your refund and a 25 dollar gift card for the inconvenience(Ive been promised over 3 times a gift card to not receive 1!). Here we are 3 weeks later still no refund. I called back again today asking where is my money its going on 3 months now! Again, I do not know what happened claims the customer representative we are resending it now with your gift card. This is the worst company ever!

So, I wanted to exchange a pair of Air Force 1s that I had bought from FinishLine. I had only worn the shoes to break them in and they started to hurt my feet. Unfortunately, I apparently didn't have the receipt, so they said I could exchange them. Okay, but then seconds later the man said I could not exchange them because they were already worn (note: the shoes had only one crease in them, otherwise they were perfectly fine). I tried to take it back to another FinishLine, but they refused the exchange as well. So, I am officially out $90 and I got so disgusted with them, so I gave the shoes to a man who really needed shoes outside the mall. I will never buy from FinishLine ever again!

Ordered socks on 08/13/2017 online.. after going to your store in Tyler, Texas at the Tyler Square Mall...Socks were buy one get one half off. Sales associate at store told me to order online and I would get same price and it was tax free week-end in Texas...
