Account Blocking
I think my situation with my bank account has gone out of Hand! I am extremely upset and frustrated and don't know why my issue can't be resolved or what is happening.
My account was blocked on the 13th of August because of document expiry. I uploaded the new documents on the same day and was told it would take 4 days for it to be unblocked.
For two weeks my account was blocked and I called everyday to get an update and never received one just that it will be unblocked the following day. Which never happened.
Twice I asked to speak to a supervisor about my account and they said they would call after 24 hours but only received a call after 5 days from the complaints team.
I opened a case that was supposed to be completed in 7 days .. it took 10 days for them to call me back and 17 days to unlock my account and to update back to me.
My account was finally unblocked on the 30th of August.. but my salary which had been transferred by the bank on the 26th of August was not deposited.
I spoke to one customer service agents on Sunday 29th and the complaints team on Monday 30th who said that the bank had the salary and once my account was unblocked it would be deposited end of day Monday.
I called today and now the customer service is saying they don't have my salary. I am confused frustrated and need my salary .
This is my salary that I have worked for and it's my right to know what has happened to the money deposited it's is my right ! I have been on a call average 1 hour each day with the frustrating 20+ minutes it takes before someone answers for more than two weeks now.
I need an immediate response on what is happening with my salary and where it is.
Then I can close my account, because this is not banking. The customer service is unbelievable
Unable to get my excess fund with FAB
Dear Team, I have a buyout of all credit card from my EI bank. All cards blocked, clearance letter issued. But I paid excess amount of AED 10000 to FAB because FAB issued me a wrong liability letter and this is accepted by all the officers in FAB who spoke to me.I don't have any account with FAB. Still they are not transferring this excess amount to me since 10 days I am following with customer service and complaint officer Mr. Shadi Mabrook, Mr. Qazi Nadeem, Mr. Mohammad and Mr. Tareq ( Buheira corniche branch CS ).
Transfer not credited to beneficiary account

But till today the amount has not reached the beneficiary.

Emailed the bank but not response. I dont know what kind of service FAB is providing.
Negative balance
I purchased a currency online which was naturally deducted to my account balance, but now it shows that i have a negative balance because of it and i have no idea what happened.. i Still have the receipt for the said transaction and photos of my balance and the purchased transaction which i will upload below .. now i don't know what to do because i don't have any cash that i can withdraw, please, please help me regarding this matter

Amount blocked for no reason
I just opened an account with FAB and transfer money from my old account with Emirates NBD, for some reason the amount is blocked and the call center can't tell me why the amount is blocked. I just transferred my salary to FAB and if this is what is going to happen, I've made a huge mistake.
Desired outcome: I need my money to be released and the reason why it’s blocked.
Unresolved issue with fab bank for account unlock assistance
I have sent you updated documents, which is my passport, as I no longer have an EIDs card or visa stamp. I left the UAE in January 2017. So the only document that I send is the passport, which was sent to you last year and then last month, and earlier this month in June 2021. I am fighting FAB to unlock my account due to flaws in their system.
Desired outcome: To get my account unlocked and to update my account with the recent passport that I have sent 5 times now.
I am complaint about the attitude of my account

I am complaint about the relationship manager who is just far away from ptofisionaloty, FAB bank sent me email to update my documents before three months from today, on the same time I updated them all in the mobile banking, however no one contact me to confirm or reject documents, today I traveled to Dubai and stock at the petrol station becase my account is blocked, when I Communicate with them, they said you need to atte d personally to one of our branches, I move to their branch in Dubai and I received call from Muaayad Sakan who deal carless and blam me for not updating documents, then he keep delaying the verification, I feel so sorry to deal with such non behave employee
Atm deposit
I want to send a complaint to First Abu Dhabi bank Dubai Mall branch.
I deposit money to our company account in the ATM. After I put the money in the machine, it says error and it will be processed manually which will take up to 48 hours.
What happened is very inconvenient. I used the atm so that the money will be transferred to the bank account immediately but because of the error caused by your side, it might take DAYS before we receive the money.
The atm number is: P32B7268
I hope that this incident will not happen again.

المرة الأولى في الصباح الباكر الساعة 8:50 دقيقة ، اخذت رقم 5 لخدمة العملاء . . كل الموظفين موجودين على مكاتبهم مشغولين بدون عملاء وشاشات الأرقام مغلقة لا تعمل .. انتظرت لاكثر من نصف ساعة دون ان يفكر اي من الموظفين في عرض المساعدة حينها جاء احد العملاء وذهب الى احد الموظفين مباشرة وقام بإنجاز معاملاته .. حقيقة اندهشت من هكذا نظام وعندما انجز الرجل معاملته ذهبت الى نفس الموظف الذي افادني بإن اوراقي غير مكتملة فذهبت لحين اتمام اوراقي
المرة الثانية كانت اليوم وتكرر نفس السيناريو كل الموظفين موجودين بمكاتبهم والشاشات مغلقة لا تعمل علما بأني قد اخذت رقم ... ذهبت مباشرة الى نفس الموظف الذي افادني بأن اوراقي ناقصة المرة الماضية فقال انه مشغول ويجب ان انتظر .. انتظرت كثيرا ايضا علما بأن الموظفين لا يخدمون اي عميل امامهم وانا في قمة الاندهاش .. حينها اشتغلت الشاشة ووجدت ان رقمي لم يظهر وظهر الرقم الذي يليه .. حينها قمت الى الموظف معترضا على هذا النظام فقال لي لا يوجد مشكلة وجلست واتممت معاملتي.
الإفاذة ان بنك ابوظبي الأول/فرع بني ياس حقيقة ومع كل اسف لا يحترم وقت العميل ولا يلتفت لوجوده بصالة الانتظار اساسا علما بأن الانتظار مرئي من كافة الموظفين غير انه لا احد يهتم لوجود العميل

Clearance letter for my credit card account
I've been calling FAB since 2019 (that time was still FGB) to provide me a clearance letter since my account/credit card was already settled last 2018. I did not get any reply from them until I started receiving an overdue payment of 268.00 AED last November 2020. Every month FAB is sending me a reminder to settle my overdue amount of 268.00 on my mobile. Last month I am trying to get a carloan which to my surprised it was declined due to my outstanding balance in FAB. Never in my life I had bad credit image to any of my loan, infact my score was high and maintained good reputation when it comes to bank liabilities. FAB spoiled my name and now I am stuck! because of that I went to FAB Dubai to reaise my complaint, however, the Manager told me to call customer service. and here I am, did what the Manager said. to make it short, I called back customer service and same as usual the agent told me my clearance will come in few days time. well, as expected I did not get any reply nor any clearance letter in my email. and of course I still continue to receive an unpaid due of 268.00 every month. FAB can you please tell me when you can help me resolve my issues? this is really unfair, you put my name to shame and despite of settling my account, still you manage to send me an overdue amount. What are you doing to your customers? why are you not helpful enough? please clear my name in Central Bank and please give me my clearance letter.

Credit Card Settlement

Iam writing this mail in connection the my credit card settlement payment. I had an expired credit card with FAB and agreed on settlement plan of AED 6K on my Credit Card No: [protected] Viz settlement Plan no COLL-SL-FAB-DXB-JUL-[protected], where i had arranged the money and went to FAB ATM machine located at Sheikh Zayd Rd Branch ATM 3 where i had deposited all 6 notes of AED 1000. The ATM machine had issues and the cash was returned only AED 5000, i took out and my 1000 got stuck in the ATM and it gave me a deposit Slip No :1441 Stating that the deposit is accepted and it will be processed manually and the same machine i deposited again remaining AED 5000 and same issue where the cash was stuck and it gave me another deposit Slip No 1442 stating that the deposit is processed manually as i checked near to ATM machine and also else where if my money fell down but when realized that ATM has captured the money Immediately i called the bank at the ATM machine and raised an Complaint No: [protected] and addressed the concern. But to my disappointment i was notified by Mohammed and Noor from the complaint section that they received only 5000 AED which is not true and i had raised the concern that it is 6000 as that's the only money i took with me for depositing . They had conveyed that the complaint is resolved which is not resolved as my argument was its 6000 dhs which was deposited. Now the complaint is closed without any resolving but as per their department its resolved. I would like to go for CCTV footage at FAB Sheikh Zayed Branch, Would advice how this can be done?
Payment not received
Dear team, please note that I am using al rostamini exchange r pay card, which is connected with fab.
On 26-06-2021 I was purchasing air ticket from dubai to islamabad for 19th july. When I was purchasing from card there was something error in system and that ticket wasn't purchased but the amount was deducted 750aed.
I complained in fab customer care service and I was informed that this amount would be returned in 72hrs or one week, I waited for given time and contacted again with the fab team and then I was informed that I have to wait for 14 days which is maximum limited time if third party is not claiming the money it would be returned today sixteen days have been passed but still the amount is not returned and I am not getting any satisfication from fab customer care service team. There fore requesting you to consider my request and resolve the issue.

Good Day, I have paid online transaction in Seha pcr test and they did not able to process my payment its shows failed payment in thier application, bill was 130 then when I balance my card it's been deducted 130, I confirm also in fab call center that the last transaction that has been deducted is 130, I didn't able to do pcr test because the transaction in seha has been cancelled due payment was failed, how I can take back in my account the 130 that was not being use for my online payment but bank has been taken or deducted in my account .Thank you
Unethical behaviour
In 2018, I was left jobless for a period of 8 months, where I had to use the credit card from FAB for my basic life expenses and to afford my child's living and schooling fees. I had and still have other liabilities with different banks. I am a single parent to one child and have no support from any person.
A previous credit card accumulated amount was scheduled via a repayment plan set for 24 installments which was provided to me by an officer at NBAD (prior to becoming FAB). I have made a several number of payments of instalments, however none of my payments were confirmed by the bank and the total debt amount was never reduced by paying the instalments. Accordingly, I communicated with a number of different persons from the bank through the bank telephone line but unfortunately no one could explain why my payments were not recorded under my account with the bank. All that gave me the impression that I was not paying any amounts and all the monies that I paid went in vein.
Recently, FAB has been chasing and harassing me by threats to file a legal proceeding against me for not paying my dues on the credit card. I believe this is unfair and not right. I asked for a copy of my accounts to be able to see and understand what's outstanding and what has been paid up to date on my account and they refused to provide me with such data without explanation provided to me as to why they cannot share such information and data related to my account with me.
Desired outcome: I am with good intention to settle whatever I have had incurred on the card in the past in a reasonable manner (time and instalments). I need to be given options that suit my current earnings so that I can commit to pay in due course.
Need to close my account!
I don't live in UAE anymore and I'm trying to close my account (which they told me at the bank thatbit would vê easy) I'm waiting for a closure confirmation for a month and I just keep receiving the same email

On Ist July 2021 I have filed online request for personal current account opening application.
On 03.7.2021 I received a call from your representative Mr. Abdul Aleem. He ask the detail, i describe him that I have recently get registration of my LLC company, i have partner visa, and i want to open my personal account. Mr. Abdul Aleem also ask me whether i have my company account ? I replied " NO" I have not open my company account yet, but my this online request is for personal account.
Mr. Aleem inform me that I cannot open your account, because you have partner Visa, and you need to open you Company account first, then You can apply for personal account, also I also need your company account statement for opening of your personal account .
Today my son Mr. Haider call on my behalf to customer care and ask the last status of application, the Lady to us that the comment on your application put by Mr. Aleem " DOCUMENTS NOT PROVIDED BY APPLICANT " also I come to know that i have been miss- guided by Mr. Aleem. there is no such requirement of company bank statement for opening of personal account .
I request you that kindly check the recording of call, investigate the matter. and register my complain.

Credit card credit shield

Description - I visited Amina in collections to submit documents related to claiming credit shield on my credit card, submitted all the relevant documents ie - Passport, visa, emirates ID, 6 months credit card statements, termination letter, Labour card / contract, alongwith HR contact person
When asked about the time frame, she said that I would have to continue paying the minimum balance every month, apart from that would have to continue visiting Collections to submit my passport, visa and emirates ID copy to check if I have got a new job
In the interim my account has been blocked pending my EOSB, am unable to view my statements, have been told to keep calling phone banking to get the minimum balance which I am to continue paying even without a job. What is the point of a credit shield if not to cover such instances of ILOE.
I have paid diligently for the last 5 years, to cover such untoward instances. My visa will not be cancelled for a while hence EOSB will be on hold, so what will I do in the interim?
I need to wrap this up asap amicably, all I ask is you to check the statements for the last 5 years and see the credit shield payments made out each month
Am not asking for any favours from the bank, just pls settle what I have already paid on the credit shield
Liability letter delay
Now more than a month behind FAB to get my liability certificate. such a irresponsible bank and unprofessional i havent ever come across. Really horrible. Validity of a liability letter is 14 days meanwhile it reach the customer on 12th day which mean it get invalid for submission but Bank will take the fees. very nice. i applied two time now. horrible 100 times.
