Flight network
I had a return flight booked through flight network, order number LECTRG. I was meant to fly from Dublin to Dubai on the 30th of December, stopping over in London Gatwick (Flights Aer Lingus EI230 and Emirates EK16). Unfortunately, I tested positive for Covid prior to flying and made Flight Network aware of this. According, to their current policy I was entitled to free cancellation, refund or rebooking. I contacted Flight Network by phone on four different occasions, being left on hold for more than an hour each time. I also made tickets and tried to contact them by email which were of no avail. On my phone call with Flight Network on the 4th of January, I was talking to a worker named Ameer who assured me he would handle the situation and would get his colleagues to email me directly with the flight options. This never happened. I called the following day and was left holding for FOUR hours, which is an absolutely appalling service. When I got through to the agent, in which I have recorded the call and I am aware Flight Network will have the evidence their end. I explained the issue and urgency of my case, in which he told me he could see the urgency on my profile, he then said he would book the flight for me immediately. However, he then claimed that his computer was not allowing him to so he would need to transfer me to someone who would do it straight away. After I pleaded with him to not put me on hold again, he assured me that I would be referred onto another agent instantly. This did not happen. I was put on hold again and then the agents put me on a hold that was incessive beeping and did not appear to be a proper hold. Regardless, I waited a further forty minutes on hold before the line was cut off from Flight Networks end. The cost of my phone bill for these calls is outrageous and a solution was still not provided. I was forced to make alternative arrangements as I had work commitments. As a recurrent flyer I have never come across such a disgraceful flying agent and I wish to be refunded the cost of the flight I am owed.

I booked my ticket from Winnipeg to Tirana on September 23rd for December 20th till January 6th.
I went to the airport on December 20th to be told that I do not have a ticket. I had to book one in the spot for a ridiculous pricey amount. I called the airline company to be told that FLight Network had changed my departure date to December 15th and the airline had not confirmed it, so the Flight Network was at fault. I have been calling them for a week no, also submitted a claim via email and they have the worst customer service and never managers around. The representatives keep telling me a manager will call me but this is a joke, none has called me. I have submitted my claim for a month now and no response. This website/company is a FRAUD and should not be allowed to operate. I already spend $3k on these tickets and I can't see any refund anytime soon.

Attempting to change flight date
Due to unforeseen circumstances- I am attempting to change my return flight date, but Flightnetwork's 'customer service' number is USELESS. I've spent 12+ hours on hold, or being transferred, or being told that a supervisor will call me. But no one ever calls. And no one has been able to help me yet.
I'm getting desperate, but having to pay another $1300 to buy a brand new flight seems INSANE. But that's just how frustrated I've become with FlightNetwork.
I just want to change my flight date.

Via my cell phone, I made a last-minute return flight using my Visa Debit card. The company debited my account $964.30 on September 21, 2021.
After several calls to GOTOGATE and Spirit Airlines I was advised that my confirmation was NOT valid and NO flight was booked.
I have contacted my bank but they have not done a proper investigation and are refusing me my money back despite I did NOT receive a service/flight for my money...I received NOTHING!

Booked an air ticket from Sydney to Delhi and then back to Syndey from Delhi through Bangkok transit.
While in India - government-imposed restrictions that Thai airways is only allowed repatriation flights, so Thai contacted me that I won't be allowed to onboard this flight because had a contact flight from Bangkok to Sydney on my way back from Delhi.
Contacted flight network, waited for an hour before someone picks up. When someone picked, she had no idea about restrictions and so on. I was trying to explain but then she hung up. I was very frustrated.
Had to call again, waited for another 30-45 mins, spoke to someone about the situation, he had no idea either about thai restrictions. I was only getting an answer, we cant change your flight and it's running as per schedule.
I was like yes, but they won't let me on board because I have a contacting flight from Bangkok to Sydney. I cant use this flight any longer because the government has advised repatriation flight only means only passengers that are only going to Bangkok (not any further including any contacting flights).
Advised them I got an email as proof which I can send them. A representative from the Flight network was like, Oh! its not me who will look at it, you need to send it to another team. I asked, "Can I speak to them"? He said, "No we can't transfer the call through". It was very frustrating.
Finally given me an email that couldn't send an email which was "customer. [protected]@support. etraveli.com". Tried sending email on this one many times but it kept popping back.
I was advised that I will get a response by Monday. Here comes a Wednesday nothing comes through.
Called them again on the day flight was due, waited for another 30 -45 minutes. finally spoke to someone she was like wait sir, we waiting on the airlines response.
Then two days later. get a response from Harkirat that it's against the airline policy to provide a refund.
Very very disappointed in this poorly handled conduct by Flight Network.

Refund for my Tickets
I booked a flight for my family to travel in April 2020 through Flight network. Flight was cancelled due to Covid-19. It was an Air Canada flight. When Air Canada came out that we could ask for the money to issued back. I put this request through Flight Network and have received two emails that my refund has been issued and will reflect in my account 3 to 5 business days. This has not happened in all two instances. I wanted to travel in October and called flight Network to ask if I could use one of the credits to book the flight since refund had not been received yet but they said no, because the refund request had been already initiated. I told them I had not received the refund but they refused to rebook the flight. I had to pay for another flight on my own. It has been 8 months since I asked for my refund but up till now. I have not received it. Total flight amount paid was around $3689.

Failure to provide refund or replace ment tickets
E-ticket Nos. [protected] and [protected] issued January 18, 2020, to Passengers J. and C. (the "Cancelled Tickets"). These tickets were for travel in the month of April 2020 and were cancelled due to travel restrictions due to the global Covid-19 pandemic and were assured that the Cancelled Tickets would either be refunded completely, or else a credit applied toward future travel.
J. and C. Have called the number indicated on the ticket: [protected] in order to arrange future travel and have repeatedly received the message "your call cannot be completed as dialed". J. and C. have pursued other avenues to reach FlightNetwork and have been met by phone attendants, including numerous telephone calls on November 14, 2021, which phone attendants claimed to experience "technical difficulties" accessing the file, thereby blocking any attempt to book travel using the credit for the Cancelled Tickets. These attendants assured C. and J. and a manager would call them back by phone the next day, November 15, 2021, but nobody called, effectively leaving a dead end with not refund nor flight credit accessible for the Cancelled Tickets.
Desired outcome: provide a 100% refund for the Cancelled tickets, in the amount of $1,969.72.

After the Canada Airline company cancelled my flight in March 2020, I submitted a refund request to FlightNetwork.
20 months later, I didn't receive a penny. I have been calling their call centre but didn't get any help. The message I have been hearing from their front line employees working from Mumbai "your request is still in progress. You'll get a phone call back within 48h" !

I was to travel by Westjet in March 2020. Due to COVID I did not travel. Westjet says I have a flight voucher but I need to rebook through Flight Network since the original flight was booked through Flight Network. I have called Flight Network over a dozen times in the past month. I have called everyday this week. I always get told the same story: "A supervisor will call you back within 24 hours. We are front line agents and do not have access to old credits." No one has called me back or emailed me. Two agents have given me phone numbers that did not exist.

I made flight reservations and bought flight cancelation protection (FNTCP8614520) for $121.21 from Flight Network in January or February 2020. My flights were canceled by the airlines in April 2020 due to Covid issues. For several months, they would not answer calls. If I am lucky enough to get through to a representative without being disconnected, they say they will refer my concern to a refund department that cannot be reached directly. They promise I will be contacted in 24-48 hours, which never happens. Their voice messaging directs people to go to their web page to see the status of their refund, but the web page gives a message that it is unavailable. I will be forced to purchase new tickets to the destination to which I wish to travel since I cannot wait for years for them to honor their word and issue a refund. I believe the agency is acting fraudulently, should face appropriate penalties, and should not be allowed to operate.

I want to complaint as I didn't receive my refund and spoke to airline beginning September and they clearly said they process straight away but flight network keep lying about the refund process taking too long. The service is very poor from advisors and. Nothing is sorted out. If it not resolved asap I will reported to police as fraud from the company and I will take it to further investigation.
3 tickets to Paris
Hello everyone, same scenario.. bought three tickets to Paris back in December 2019 for travels in June 2020.. due to Covid.. flight canceled.
I've been calling, emailing since then and when I'm lucky enough to have a response back is always the same excuse.. "we are processing your refund".. so far nothing.
I did contact Corsair airlines and they informed me that my refund was sent to FlightNetwork already.
I want to know if anyone is processing a class action lawsuit agains this company, Or guide me how to start one.. I'm tired of their disrespect as a customer and their disregard of this pandemic.

Complete an online complaint with the Department of Transportation (takes a few minutes). Talk to your banks about the company taking your money and let the banks pursue the debt. Pass this info along to others who believe they are being scammed by this company.
They did the same to me. I have filed an online complaint with the Department of Transportation and will contact my bank to complain about the fraudulent charges to my credit card.

Waiting for refund
We had a flight booked through them with VietJet but was cancelled due to Covid. We asked about a refund but were told to go through the airline itself, Vietjet. We contacted Vietjet and was told they had refunded Flightnetwork on 19 December 2020, 9 months ago . We have tried contacted them but only get told that they are processing our refund. It is now 9 months that they have been holding our money and still no communication from them.
They have done the same to me. If I reach a rep, they refer my concern to what appears to be a fictitious "refund department." They said they would contact me "earliest possible, " which seems to be never. When I try to check "My Bookings" on their website, I get a message that the page is unavailable. I have filed an online complaint with the Department of Transportation and will be talking to my bank and will ask them to address the charges made on my card for services not rendered. It's blatant fraud, in my opinion.

I had my ticket cancelled by the airline back in 2020 due to covid 19. In April of 2021, I asked for a refund as mandated by the government and I got an email from Air Canada confirming that i'll be getting a refund through FN.
I waited for 4 months and nothing has transpired, I call Flight network and they don't answer. I have been calling everyday of the week with no success. One day I called Air Canada and they confirmed that my refund was sent to FN. I finally got through one day with an agent and he told me that Air Canada had refunded me half of a total of $3500 for my ticket. I was told to wait 3-5 business days for the money to be deposited. It's now over two weeks and there is no money. I have been calling FN and no one picks up.
This company is garbage, I'm hoping customers can team up for an class action lawsuit against this crook. The company is a thief and the workers should be ashamed to be even associated with this devil.

Non-existent customer service
I don't normally write reviews but my experience with this company was so terrible that I felt obliged. Avoid this awful company. Virtually non existent customer support. I had contracted COVID and needed to change flights and every time I have rang the call centre the wait time is over 1 hour, sometimes 2 hours. On most cases the call handlers are slow and unhelpful. One particular call handler today (31 July 2021) at around 1600 was rude, dismissive and hanged up the phone. He also didnt know what he was doing, meaning having to ring again and wait for 2+ hours further to speak to someone.
Flights were changed at a rip off price, hardly any difference from buying a new ticket!
This is the worst customer experience I have every come across!

I spent over 2 hours on hold trying to rebook a flight for which I was issued an "open ticket" for December 2020. I was told at that time that I had to call flight network to rebook. I tried calling the airline to rebook but they told me to contact flight network which I did. Unfortunately, I was having a hard time understanding the gentleman I was communicating with. I explained that I originally booked my flight through flight network and gave him the flights that I now desire to take which is Sept. 10 from Halifax to St. John's, NL on AC 8998 at 19:10 and return on Sept. 19 on WestJet 3425. I understand that my credit with AC was $177.00 and Westjet $179.00. The current flights available on the flight network shows these flights for approximately the same price. However, the individual I spoke with was unable to book these flights for some reason and said they needed to contact the airline which I already tried to do and was told by the airlines to contact flight network. The gentleman responded to tell me that the "team" will be contacting the airlines and try to get the flights but gave me no indication of when I would possibly hear back and was given no other information other than that I will hear back. This is unacceptable. I cannot wait days for these flights to get booked and he gave me no indication of when I would hear back. I need to use this travel credit and get these flights booked. I have used flight network many times in the past and I understand we are all dealing with COVID issues. However, this kind of service is unacceptable. These are the details of my original booking.
