If I could leave zero stars I would, I purchased a flower arrangement me for a funeral of a child. I picked the selection that said exactly as shown in the picture. I choose that arrangement because it came with a cement child angel the parents could put in their garden. When I got to the funeral home a totally different arrangement was done up with a white blob porcelain statue of either a Mary or adult angel, couldn't tell and the florist didn't attach my name to the message. The next day the service was held at a church and I had emailed about the wrong arrangement the night before, and finally got a message back asking me for a picture of the arrangement before the service started but the funeral home did not bring all the flower arrangements to the church on top of that it is impolite to take photos at a viewing or service and I did not have access to the arrangement any how to take a photo, they said since I didn't mark no substitutes on each individual item even though I assumed marking the selection of make as shown in picture that would indicate I want it exactly how it was shown and not to make it any different and they said that because I didn't supply a picture alls they can do is refund me 11 dollars for a 150 dollar purchase. Didn't even try to make it right and offer to have it redone by a different florist who messed up the first time. So disappointed and upset with the outcome and poor customer service. All this happened on 8/21/2023 and paid extra to have it delivered the day before. Picture below is what they advertised and I picked and thats not what was delivered by any means even the message wasn't printed nice it was half faded and could hardly read it.
Desired outcome: Either refund the full amount or do it up correctly and send it to the parents house
