Flowers never delivered!
They charged my account but never delivered my order. I contacted them several times to inquire about my order and resolve the issue - I kept getting a form letter back that they would "look into it" (this letter had the wrong order # on it even thought I gave them the correct one) and never heard back. When the debit came across my account it was about $8 more than the purchase price when I completed the transaction. Seriously disappointed. They are a scam.
Desired outcome: I want my money back.
Flower arrangement and delivery
I ordered a rather expensive and beautiful arrangement to be delivered to my mom on her birthday, while she was in the hospital. In addition to the arrangment I also ordered a balloon. Additionally, I paid an additional fee to have the flowers delivered by noon. They had issues with their local florists and the arrangement was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be. The company offered me an upgraded arrangement versus cancelling, to be delivered the next day. I agreed. Flowers were delivered to my mom, no balloon and the (upgraded) arrangement was less quality then the original arrangement. I contacted the company and was directed to their disclaimer that substitutions may be applied. Substituting for something of same or better quality is acceptable, delivering an arrangement with cheap flowers instead of roses is not acceptable. Oh, and did I mention they still charged me the rush fee for having it delivered the next day before noon? Really disappointed. I went with them because I was trying to support, what they state is, a family business, I should have stuck with the big box companies. I would not reccommend them to anyone.
Both customer service and arraignment
Incredibly disappointed with the flower arraignment, is a HUGE understatement. I understand flower shops use photos of arraignments on their websites to promote their products. This company’s caveat is something to the effect “we do our best to make arraignments as close to the photo as possible, but not guaranteed”. This site should say “you’ll pay for the most expensive flowers, but we GUARANTEE you won’t get them!” Instead of iris’s or extra lilies, the arraignment I paid for was full of daisy’s! I can’t stand daisy’s and literally avoided ANY arraignments WITH daisy’s. So IF you won’t even add flowers that cost relatively the same as the ones I paid for, where’s my refund?!? Why would anyone pay so much money for daisy’s when they should be getting roses or lilies ? On top of that, the customer service was just garbage. She talked over me, interrupted, deadpanned every time I asked a question, had zero understanding. The whole experience gets an F. #Fail. The first photo is of the website arraignment I ordered, and the last 2 are what I got.

Flower delivery
I recently (5/11/22) ordered what I thought was a bouquet of a dozen red roses (the first picture attached) delivered to my husband for our anniversary. What was delivered looked nothing like the bouquet on the website and included only five roses and the rest of the bouquet was cheap daisy-like flowers (the second picture attached).
Desired outcome: I'd like a full refund.

Order Date 5/10/2022. Add Same Day Delivery Charge: $3.95, Exact Delivery Fee: $2.00. Total Charge $83.16.
The reason I chose to purchase from them was because they offered same day delivery. I received a voicemail saying that the order will be delivered the next day 5/11/2022, with reference number 272-9474. Asking me to contact them on [protected]. When I tried calling it does not connect me to any customer representative, I receive an automated message saying "at the present time there are no agents available to take your call." Neither does the 'delivery status of your order' automated option gives you any clear indication of the order, it is the same automated message which plays irrespective of the 3 automated options chosen, which is fraudulent and deceptive. The automated message indicates that an email will be sent and information will only be received end of day post the delivery driver schedule has been updated.
When I sent a message through their website I received a message saying "thank you for reaching out. We apologize for the delay in delivery. At this time the only shop available to take care of this delivery is able to do so tomorrow. If you have any other questions and concerns, please contact us". This message was received on 5/10/2022, with tomorrow indicating the flowers will be delivered on 5/11/2022. Today is 5/12/2022, I have no indication or status update of my order.
It has been over two days, neither have I been given an update of the delivery nor any indication of a refund for the extra same day charges which were incurred.
Desired outcome: And most importantly helping people to know the fraudulent nature of this business. They have many ads which appear on top of the google search bar. Forcing people to opt for their horrible customer service business.
Flowers not delivered and not notified of non delivery
This service is horrible. I placed an order several days in advance of Mother's Day and requested delivery on the Thursday before Mothers' Day knowing there would be delivery issues. I accepted their delivery date and nothing showed up. No call or email or anything indicating the delivery was going to be late or not delivered at all. The charge posted against my credit card so I was convinced it was going to be delivered. I checked a few days after the delivery was supposed to happen and the charge was gone. When writing to the company using their Contact Us link, they noted not to place more than one inquiry or it would delay their response. Obviously they aren't responding. This is not a service I would recommend to anyone because they don't meet the dates THEY suggested and don't let you know of any issues with deliveries.

I’m writing this review to express my disappointment with this company. I live out of town and wanted to send flowers to my mom for Mother’s Day so I searched up “flower delivery + the location” and FlowerShopping.com was the first suggestion to pop up so I clicked on it. Boy was that a mistake. I went ahead and placed an order for some pretty pastel flowers. The website stated they were $45 so I went ahead with the order. I was quite disappointed when I selected the date of delivery and noticed they charge an additional $10 since it was a holiday. They charge an additional $2 fee if I want my order delivered the exact day I selected? How does that make sense I’m getting charged additional to have my product delivered on the selected delivery date. Anyways, despite all these annoying additional charges I went ahead and placed my order. Then a couple days later I notice I have a charge on my card for $100. So now my mind is baffled because I ended up paying more than twice the amount I had originally agreed with. Needless to say I’m so disappointed. I could have went to a local flower shop and had got delivery for no additional fee and saved half my money! Not only that but my mom sent me pictures this morning when she received them and they’re nothing like the photo of my original selection. I will not be using this company in the future.

Failure to deliver flowers
I paid $122.00 for flowers that were never delivered and Flowershopping.com refuses to refund me. They sent me a pic of a guy on a loading dock as verification the flowers were delivered yet I purchased black balloons with the flowers and there aren't any present (see pic). Additionally, the hospital dock workers do not wear these clothing. Finally, the hospital and recipient never saw the flowers. I am filing a fraud case.

Wrong product delivered
I ordered the Fresh Blossom Potpourri arrangement because I wanted something very bright with a lot of flowers. What was delivered was at least 50% leaves in a glass jar. There was no attempt to use equivalent or higher value flowers, they didn't even bother to put a ribbon on it.
When I contacted CS they defended the arrangement even though I sent photos and offered an $8 refund of the $57 I paid.
It feels like they communicated something very different to the florist, probably so they could keep the extra money. Won't ever use this company again.
Scammers
I ordered flowers to be delivered to my dad on his birthday to make his day because I live away from him. I paid extra as well to get it delivered before 12:00 pm. Nothing was delivered, no answer from customer service, and then I read all the comments on their Instagram page full of complaints and negative feedback, and how people got scammed! I have deep regrets now and I am not sure what to do.
Desired outcome: Close this company that’s first, and return my money immediately!

This is a review of flowershopping.com this company absolutely stinks their customer service is non-existent I tried for 3 Days to call them only to keep getting a recording that sisters and nobody here to take your call please call back during normal business hours... I ordered I ordered flowers on February 7th for a February 21st delivery they emailed me back on the 21st of February at 3:30 p.m. that my order was canceled and they were refunding my price meanwhile my mother's birthday came and went with no flowers when I tried to complain about it they were rude and hung up on me on repeated occasions don't have anything to do with these people they are lousy they stink their customer service sucks you will regret it‼️

My husband placed an order with flowershopping.com on February 1st (a full two weeks before Valentine’s Day) knowing that he was going to be away from home and unable to call for two months while away on military orders.
The 14th came and went with nothing delivered to his family at home.
Because he was unable to call or contact us again until the 16th, I got to spend my Valentine’s Day this year trying to convince 4 Heartbroken little girls (and 1 pissed off teenager) that their dad hadn’t forgotten about them or gotten hurt as the reason behind his [what we thought at the time] unusual silence over the holiday.
What’s worse? Flowershopping.com customer service cannot be contacted over phone, Facebook messenger, Instagram, e-mail, etc…
The only way to Contact them is Using the “contact us” link On their website. Forgive me for having little faith in their ability to respond appropriately or professionally to my request for a refund using that method.
Thank you flowershopping.com for Breaking my children’s heart, making my Valentine’s Day this year the loneliest it has been as far back as I can remember, and for robbing US Service Members and their families by accepting payment for services and products that you’re are incapable of delivering.

Ordered flowers for my girlfriends birthday. Flowers were delivered to wrong address because when they printed out shipping info they cut off a number. Which was confirmed by website and florist and they are saying it's my fault. After bunch or emails and weeks of waiting and hearing nothing back I sent one more email and they tell me that. Which mean they weren't even planning on reaching out to inform me I would not be getting a refund. In what world is a printing mistake on their end my fault? Not only did I look stupid in front of my girl I had to go and buy flowers elsewhere. The worst company save your money, time and headache and go elsewhere

Day late, not what was ordered and no card.
I ordered a lilly for my parents after they put their dog of 13 years down. It came a day late, with no card and it wasn't even what I ordered. They offered $5 dollars off for no card and informed me they have the right to substitute the plants. I asked them to pick up the crappy plant they delivered for a refund. Apparently their terrible customer service is on me. I should have known they have the right to deliver late and substitute without contacting the buyer.
No delivery and i'm still waiting on my refund
I had ordered flowers for an elderly friend of mine who had lost her beloved pet. I had ordered what I thought was going to be a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The day after my order late in the afternoon, when I hadn't heard anything about my delivery, I had called Flower shopping to find out about my delivery status. It was right before 4pm and I was told the driver had until 7pm to deliver the flowers but I would receive an email when they were delivered. A little after 5pm, I received an email saying my flowers were delivered. I waited awhile and never received a call from the recipient, so I called her. She all over outside and no flowers.
I called Flower shopping and they started to tell me there were issues with my delivery. My question was then why did I receive an email stating they were delivered when they weren't? I have no explanation. So, over a week ago I received an email stating that my order was cancelled, and a refund would be issued and the customer service rep I spoke to (Ricardo) told me I would receive an email when my order refund was initiated. After a week and no email, I called back and spoke to BeBe. She told me it could take a few weeks because of my banking institution, which I can tell you my bank puts through transactions refunds etc as soon as they receive them. I asked BeBe if a refund has been initiated, she said I can email customer service…. well isn't that who you are? I asked to speak to her supervisor, and I was told because of covid there is not a supervisor there. Ok, how about an email or a phone number, no I need to email customer service. Bottom line, I'm still waiting on my refund. If I was smart and would have read all the negative reviews on the internet (see google, complaints board and trustpilot), I would have never ordered from a company who has such a bad reputation. Now I'm battling trying to get my $58.00 back. Seriously, this company needs to be shut down. Don't waste your time or money; it's not worth it. Beware of the reviews on their web site too. Funny how they show good reviews but everywhere else, not so much.
Never EVER use Flowershopping.com they are FRAUD
I ordered a flower arrangement for my best friend in Tulsa, Oklahoma (paid $63.71), but this arrangements was HORRIBLE...the leaves had holes, green stems seems like they were cut from someone's garden since it had so many insects bites (some were partially cut off indicating Insencts Bites that had chewed the leaves off.
When sent E-mail and called, their response was we can reimburse 5% of the item cost ? What about my money paid ($63.71), frustration with my best friend, etc.? Shopping.com are unprofessional, careless, and they STOLE my money.

Placed order on their website. They are no a flower shop...just middlemen with a website. All they do is then call a local flourist to try to order what is on their website. What they show on website is not available locally so they just send something else...and charge the same price. Paid extra to have early delivery...arrived late.

I placed the above order online (Tulsa, Oklahoma store) to be delivered to the following address on 09/17/2021, and also called twice on 09/13/2021 (800-790-4779 and 800-786-1178) to confirm that my order was received: Website: (https://www.flowershopping.com)
Unfortunately the store in Tulsa, OK delivered a LOUSY POOR arrangement (paid pay ($46.76 + Handling & Delivery $16.95 =Total $63.71) - it seems to be that someone got those from their backyard.
The green leaves in the floral arrangements had holes;
The green floral stems seems like they were cut from someone's garden, since it had so many insects bites (Some were partially cut off indicating insect bites that had chewed the leaves off); and there were very few flowers. Several flowers were wilted and dead. It didn't have any ribbon at all.
After exchanging several E-mails, they offered 25% off the product, ($11.69 instead of the full amount paid $63.71). This ridiculous amount will NOT compensate the DAMAGES-EMBARRASING caused by their florist.

I am writing this email to express my disappointment on my recent purchase through your company. My recent order (order number is [protected]) was for our daughter to celebrate the recent birth of our granddaughter,
what I specifically ordered was an arrangement that contained a red wagon with "its a girl" instead my daughter received an arrangement that looked nothing like what you displayed . I am disappointed in the fact that the vendor did not even have the courtesy
to call our email to let me know or give me an option to choose an alternative arrangement. I am asking for either a full refund or that you fulfill the order that is clearly displayed on your site.
I received a response offering me 20% off... and I was told that the policy is the flower shop has the right to substitute with an equal or greater value substitute . My response I am quite aware of what your substitution policy listed, you can't tell me that the red box was an equal substitute to what was clearly shown in your website display, and quite honestly that is what motivated me to pick your site and that particular product to buy, at the very least some sort of reply or an attempt to contact me to give me an option should have been attempted, instead what I paid for was completely different than what was sold...this was akin to a bait and switch tactic. No 20% is unacceptable and giving me a red Box is a far cry from you clearly show online which is deceptive advertising and to offer me 20% after the face is insulting .

Incorrect Plant delivered
First-time customers ordering from this website just like the other sites. Their policy stated that if the wrong plant was delivered, they will try and refund the money or send the correct one with NO QUESTIONS ASK. Customer satisfaction guarantee.
So I let this customer service lady know the issue. Next thing you know, she mentioned a substitute order that if they couldn't find the correct one or the same description, they get a substitute, which I WAS NOT aware of being the first-time consumer from their site. She immediately said she CAN NOT give me any refunds or deliver the correct plants to my mom. She was insulting and determined NOT to give me my refund back. I was so surprised and upset at the same time by the way she handled the issue. At this point, I want my money back that the company sent the wrong plant to my mom's place. I am not happy with their service, and she was NOT friendly or willing to accommodate me at all.
